    Bowling lane

I was sadly disappointed with my visit. I thought this was supposed to be a nice bowling spot, but they cram everyone into these tiny lanes with not enough seating to go around. The service was slow at times, although the service staff were very friendly. You're going to pay about $15 per hour, which is not bad, but also not really worth it for being crammed into such a tight space. It gets very crowded so be sure to make a reservation. The bowling pins are on strings which changes the bowling experience and how the pins fall. My friends and I went for fun, so we didn't care about that, but if I was bowling competitively, this would be a huge issue. As for ordering from there, the food is very greasy and the drinks are overly sweet. The meals are pretty pricey too on top of that. The positives are that the place is very clean and modern-looking. The music was good and there's plenty of TVs to watch some sports games as you play. They have a nice bar in the center and arcade games as well. It's still a fun place to go and I had a nice time with my friends, despite the downsides to this place.

I went to Lucky Strike last week and it was a lot of fun. I enjoyed bowling and the arcade. My favorite part of the gaming area was playing air hockey. They have food and drinks too. The staff was great and I would definitely go back.

We had a family outing this past weekend at Lucky Strike Atlantic Station, and it was a hit for all ages! The venue space has gone through a few lives over the years (it was Fox Sports Grill, then Bowlero), but this upgrade feels like they finally got it right. It's "stylish", spacious, and super family-friendly. We had a group of 20, ranging from toddlers to grandparents (ages 4 to 70!), and everyone had a great time. It was easy to reserve four lanes side by side, and the venue had plenty of room--no feeling cramped even with a big group. There's an arcade, billiards area, and other games, which kept the kids (and adults) happy between turns. The food came out quickly, was served hot, and was surprisingly tasty for a bowling spot--definitely a step up from what I was expecting. There's also a Sports Bar section serving really good drinks. Our server was friendly, and the staff overall was helpful and accommodating. Also, reminder that Atlantic Station gives you 2 hours of free parking, which was perfect--we had enough time to bowl, eat, and enjoy without anyone needing to pay extra. Definitely recommend! Perfect for family outings, group events, or just casual fun. Strikes, smiles, and good vibes all around. Happy bowling!

Yikes, what an unfortunate experience. Upon arrival my guest and I had reservations and apparently a manager is only allowed to handle reservations. We waited for 20 minutes with absolutely with no acknowledgment from the manager Mercedes, in fact we felt blatantly ignored, despite the fact that it was nearly empty. There was no apology at all, and we had to request for us to be accommodated for the lack of customer service. The environment is cool, however the customer experience was lacking.

This was my first time at this location and it was really nice and pretty good to go with a group of friends. The food was ok it seemed to greasy for us.The drinks were good though but other than that we enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend the bowling and arcade area inside.

I didn't eat anything there, so I'm not sure how the food was, but we did order some cocktails. I want to say we paid about $20-$25 per drink, crazy! They had a live band and the music was weak! I've been to places that had live bands and the band was great and played universal music for everyone to enjoy. We requested a few universal songs for all types of crowds, but they never played any of the songs. Again, this place is nice in the inside.... it's just not my vibe. And not very entertaining. We went on Friday night, so maybe that's why it wasn't as fun. If I decided to try this place again, I would try a Saturday just to see what the vibes are like, but this isn't my crowd.

I arrived around 4 PM with my daughter, a friend, and her four children. Before coming, I called the location around 12:30 PM to confirm their "all-you-can-play" deal ($29.99 including a $10 game card, meal, and unlimited games). I was told it was available. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff told me the deal was no longer being offered. After explaining that I had just confirmed it hours earlier, I was still dismissed. I had to call the location again, standing there, just to have someone else confirm that the deal was in fact available. Completely unacceptable and a clear lack of communication and training. That was just the beginning. We were told we'd be placed on a waitlist for bowling--even though there were multiple empty lanes in plain sight. After waiting an entire hour, I went back to the desk to ask what was going on, and suddenly a lane was "available." Interesting. When we got to the lane, there were piles of boxes stacked nearby, making it feel like we were bowling in the middle of a storage room or construction zone. Then we were told we couldn't even order food from the lane--despite menus and condiments sitting right there. Make it make sense. Before bowling, the kids played laser tag, and one of the children ended up with a bloody nose. Not a single staff member stepped in to help. Instead, a 12-year-old child was told to go to the bathroom and handle it himself. That alone was enough to question the safety and supervision at this place. We then attempted to eat at the restaurant area. We seated ourselves, were handed menus, and then completely ignored. After waiting, we had to walk up to the bar and place our own order. While standing there, I noticed a noticeable infestation of flies--at that point, I decided not to eat anything at all. Meanwhile, a new manager had come on shift and sat in a corner the entire time, while the staff--mostly teenagers--stood around on their phones, offering little to no service. The entire facility was filthy. Tables covered in leftover food, trash all over the floors, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I don't know who is running this location, but it is being run into the ground. At this point, it needs a complete shutdown, deep cleaning, renovation, and an entirely new staff. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Do not go here. Seriously--go anywhere else.

We also noticed several families leaving disappointed. We barely heard any laughter and see smile compared to other locations we have been to. Suck that this is the only location in Atlanta. Until service and maintenance improve, we won't be returning. We'd rather visit the newer claw machine arcade at another mall.
