So we drove all the way back. The bathrooms were dirty. The whole place looks like it needs help. Even the ceiling tiles are dirty and stained. The allies are very close. In my pictures you see a chair that you can sit in but it is not for an adult because you cannot get around the person easily to get to the bowling start point. So we had to stand and we were on top of each other. We had to become friends with the people next to us so we could spread out and have room to stand. We enjoyed each other so we had an ok time but We ALL agreed that we will never go back there again. THere are other bowling allies . I do have one positive thing to say The snack bar person was nice. We got a pitcher of soda and she was happy and trying to make sure our drink had the perfect amount of ice.

They gave me a card to "compensate for the inconvenience", but I specifically asked them to open the machine so my sister can get the cards that she won and for future players (so others won't play a jammed game). It wasn't until another lady who had to go up to the to the front counter numerous times to tell them about the jammed machine did they open the machine to give us our cards. This store had a jammed game and the solution to it was simply opening a glass door and grabbing cards from a space where they were stuck (very easy to pull these cards out my sister described). The employee did not even have to use any special tools or go down on their knees to fix this jammed game. I find frustration in this because it took multiple complaints for the employees to actually take action, when the task at hand was very simple. It shows that employees do not care for individual customers and are only there to open and close the store or to just "get by", which is a very lazy approach to any kind of service. As someone who doesn't find many problems in customer service and have grace for people who work in these fields, found the service here quite unpleasant and frustrating.

For $10 per person you get a wristband to play unlimited games all day. No tokens are needed! That's quite the deal! They have numerous pinball machines, skeeball and the hoops game without tickets. It wasn't crowded since it was 2pm, once it hit around 4pm/5pm it started to get busier but still not packed. If you would like to order food you either go to the bar or seat yourself at a table. The bartender/ server picked up our food at the pick up window and brought our food. You're allowed to bring your drinks with you and play games. They have space built in between the arcade games large enough to place your drinks there and they provide coasters. There are free refills on soda except the root beer which is on draft. We ordered the pork nachos which can be substituted with chicken for no extra charge. The presentation of the nachos are appealing and colorfully vibrant as well as delicious!
