I don't write many reviews good or bad. But I wanted to share an excellent experience from the initial visit, follow up from Alex (salesperson), delivery... End to End a great experience. I don't know about y'all, but buying trucks, bikes, etc. can be a less than great experience. This was great. I said I needed time to think about it, they gave me time, I called back and asked what would it take to hold the bike and they were honest straight forward. I arranged everything w/ Alex, no pressure, exactly what I wanted! When my next bike or off roader comes up, I'll be headed to Lucky U!

Made numerous phone calls to the owner to the manager to the sales rep about a motorcycle for sale I traveled 1300 miles for this motorcycle over the weekend after they would not take a deposit talk to them Monday morning they finally called me back after several calls because their voicemail was full to let me know it was sold I know one of their friends got it before I could please beware bikers don't go through what I had to go through find somebody else that has better customer service and customer satisfaction

Stopped by to check out a bike that was listed online. Lots of bikes sitting outside store front. Greeted by one of the employees. Very friendly, easy going. Got a offer on our bike. Would have taken listed bike for a test ride but was raining. Bike didn't start right away so mechanic came out and got it started pretty quickly. Bike did have flat or low on air on front tire. Close to closing time but definitively did not rush us at all.

Don't bother. They're too short staffed to find out what you need. My advice... call someone else.

I recently decided to get a motorcycle again. I'm 55 and rode a 1500 Vulcan in the past, but I had…read morehip replacement surgery recently and had to give it up. After rehab, I started getting the desire again and began looking for a bike. I was unsure as to what I wanted, so I spent a lot of time sitting on a lot of different bikes at a lot of different dealers. My 20 year old step son was also looking for a motorcycle, his first one. Our experience at All Out Power Sorts in Daytona Beach was by far the best. Randy patiently took the time with us to answer every question. Never one time did he try to "hard sell" us. He was also very reasonable when it came to discussing offers. He accepted my step son's offer, took his scooter in on trade, and even let him keep riding the scooter until he got his motorcycle endorsement. He bought a 2002 Suzuki 650 Savage. Randy gave him a 30 day 3000 mile warranty. About a week after picking it up, he noticed oil leaking. No questions asked, Randy said bring it in and replaced a seal. After bringing the bike home, days later it began to leak again. Randy said bring it in again, they had to order special parts and let my stepson take his scooter back to ride until it was properly fixed. My bike had a couple issues after I brought it home as well. I bought a 2007 Honda VTX1300 with 30,000 miles on it. Beautiful Bike. Chrome everywhere. I made Randy an offer and he accepted it. I wanted to make sure I didn't pay too much so I shopped around a lot. I got a really good bike for a fair price. Also gave me a 30 day 3000 mile warranty. My wife wanted to get a more expensive bike, but I was unsure because of my new hip. So Randy told me that if I ride around and want to trade up right away, he'd give me full credit for what I paid for the Honda if I decide to trade up. My bike had trouble starting the first morning I brought it home. Again, no questions asked, Randy said bring it in. The mechanic "John" trouble shot it, and discovered that one of the charging wires was not working properly, had to order a new one, so they lent me a plug-in charger to plug in to my bike until they got the part in. Once it came in, they fixed it right up, and I haven't had a problem since. For the price, the quality of the bike, the quality of the service and the positive attitude of the staff, you won't find a better place to buy a used motorcycle in Central Florida than All Out Power Sports

By the time my husband actually got the bike and his motorcycle lisence the 30 days were pretty much gone On day 35 we discovered it had a petcock leak. We had only put 26 miles an the bike and the dealership wouldn't stand behind it at all. I realize the 30 days were up but I think due to holiday days prior to bike being recieved by the rider and the fact we only put 26 miles on it they should have honored the repair

Your internet sales representative (Tim) gave me such horrible, rude customer service via email…read morethat he cost you my business. My initial email reads in full: "What's the lowest out-the-door price you can give me on the vulcan 900 custom 2011 (including taxes, title and fees)? I am looking to buy my first bike this weekend and I am shopping around. I'm going with the dealer who offers the lowest price." Instead of quoting a price, your dealer fees, or even the services you might offer on a new bike purchase, he simply responded: "And I am going with the customer that will pay the most." In his second email he added, "we don't need all the customers." The new advertising campaign should be: "We're going with the customer that pays the most: We don't need all the customers." Just flash this motto on your main webpage so everyone else has the same customer service experience I did.
