I bought a 2017 Harley trike in February,it needed breaks,front shocks,a battery,electrical wireing,rear calipers,rear break lines, front directional yellow lenses, a relay for all led lights,a new rear master cylinder ,and the nut for front gooseneck that holds the forks on. When the bike was lifted for repairs it fell apart. I brought it to Harley to get it fixed and the said they couldn't work on it because it was not there trike. I tried other shops and they the same. Also when I contacted lucky you the were apologetic but because of an as is sale they stopped all contact with me. This trike had 1400 miles on it and was advertised on line as almost new. It has been eleven months and the trike sits not rideable or sellable. I still get no response from lucky you, I've called repeatedly and they said Jeremy the owner is on vacation. I believe his inspectors lied to him or he lied to me. I have been in contact with the bbb and channel 8 news,one way or another justice will be done. At first I wanted a sincere apology but now it's full on war,. I live an hour away but I will drive there every day to picket in front of the building. I suggest if you choose to go to lucky you for a bike you inspect it with a fine tooth comb,get a flashlight then test drive the crap out of it. Then walk away or you'll get screwed also. Would have taken listed bike for a test ride but was raining. Bike didn't start right away so mechanic came out and got it started pretty quickly. Bike did have flat or low on air on front tire. Just bought a bike from these guys. I can't say how easy the transaction was. I called them on a Sunday and got my bike on Tuesday!! The staff was always available and NEVER overbearing or pressuring. The bike was in perfect condition. These guys worked through their weekends and lunch breaks and were always happy to help no matter what. They were professional and extremely efficient. When I called to double check on a wire transfer, the bike was about to pull up in my driveway. Even the delivery driver was super friendly. What I appreciated most was the fact that I wasn't spending a lot of money, but they treated me like I was. If you're looking I recommend looking here first. If you don't see what your looking for, just talk to one of their staff you'll be glad you did. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most efficient transactions I've ever made. I purchased my second Harley Ultra from these guys , a pretty nice low mile bike , and purchased the extended warranty for around 1500.00 . after riding for a very short time it sound like 5th gear is imploding on it , went to Lucky U and spoke with the service guy about it and his response was to not use 5th gear , WTF . So now the imploding sound is noticeable in 4th gear as well as 6th . The service guy is either a total moron or they are just crooks . There is no way this bike will make it much longer in the condition it is in . So now I will have to take it to somewhere else to get the transmission repaired on my own time and money . They have a full shop: I'd have my bike serviced there if I lived there. I saw a negative review here: Do you trust someone that can't even distinguish between the plural and the possessive? Upon deposit for a polaris slingshot prior to full purchase asked over and over if everything worked as it should.. headlights, tail lights ect ect. They assured me EVERYTHING was in proper working order from lights to engine components and assured they thorgoughly checked the vehicle over....So I made the foolish mistake of believing someone selling me something. Sure enough MULTIPLE problems that will now run me into the thousands. At this point I would have saved more money buying a brand new slingshot from Polaris. Brake lights dont work, center tail light is completley out, ESP system failure light is on, and hood wont even open. They assured me the oil was also freshly changed before I arrived for pick up. Which I now see I was lied to about that as well considering the hood latch is broken and you cant even get access to the engine compartment. If you are thinking about giving these guys your money RUN. They will tell you whatever they have to and lie like a snake presenting themselves as trustworthy people to get a sale. lucky you cycles? I dont feel Lucky at all I feel Bamboozled and tricked. A more accurate name would "Bamboozle you Cycles" bunch of frauds. I will be reviewing negativley on every platform possible and making a youtube video about why I will not recomend you do business with these snakes at "lucky you cycles" aka "Bamboozle you cycles". Tried for over a week to get information on a deal on 1997 Honda VT1100 nice bike priced right, sent information to salesman Tim and he was supposed to call me back in which he did not but did email me with a offer which was done by the owner and was an insult to me because it was less than average trade in allowance and i asked them to sharpen their pencil and was told that was the only offer, take it or leave it as they sell more bikes than anyone else in central Florida. Talked to Tim on Thursday (8/29/13) about a 2009 Roadking and told him I was pre approved from my bank, hell we even talked about a trade in, and I was serious about buying a bike. I was asking about fees and was told just taxes and license was all the fees "we" have. I said I live in the Ft Myers area and Tim said "we" can deliver, I said I wanted to look at the bike and wanted to know the store hours for this weekend (Labor day weekend) and was told open to 3 PM Saturday and closed Sunday. WELL guess what, after driving 3 hours on Saturday to get to the store by 1 PM the store had a little had written sign telling everyone they are closed for Labor Day weekend. Thanks for the notice....and the three hour drive... I called Tim today Tuesday and asked about it and he said we didn't talk on Thursday it had to be Tuesday, if he did talk to me? I told him I would be happy to play his message to me with time stamp included.. but he was sorry. Sorry, six hours on the road and he is sorry. read more
