Kids in my neighborhood charge less than $100 and leave it looking better than these guys did. When I raised my concerns, they completely stopped responding. Overall, the service was overpriced and mediocre. They know the work they did does not match what they charged me. And when I said something, they went ghost. No way I'd use them again.

Even though they don't usually work on weekends, the owner, Jose Alejandro, actually showed up on a Saturday to perform a masonry installation for me. Being that accommodating even though I hadn't yet become a 'true' customer was super impressive. He showed up on time and even drove to Home Depot to pick up the stones for me at no additional cost. This 'job' is one that I had been trying to get done for years - but the 'big guys' don't take on small jobs like this and the smaller landscapers I spoke to gave me insanely low quotes, but I believe it was because they just didn't seem fully aware of what I was hoping to accomplish. It was sort of combination retaining wall / flower bed - but it posed too much difficulty for my basic gardening skill because to keep it level - I was going to need to 'cut into' a large sloped area / hump. Aside from that - that following Friday - he actually showed up on the actual date and time promised and performed the service. And in case you're wondering why I'm so impressed with someone actually doing what they SAY they're going to do - you just have NO idea how many landscapers I've 'hired' this year - only to have them totally flake out and not show up on scheduled day. Or show up at the wrong time (while I'm still sleeping). In addition to the fact they provide masonry installations - they also provide sprinklers / irrigation and I've always wanted to hire a service that can handle ALL of my landscaping needs instead of me trying to find a new contractor every time I need something done. About the actual service - it was great. They trimmed the hedges down to the appropriate height - something the last 'landscaper' failed to do. (Who trims hedges so that they are still covering the bottom 6" of your window?!) They even treated weeds. They went above the basic 'mow, blow & edge' but the prices are pretty competitive / comparable to what other service providers in the area are charging. Any way - I'm thrilled to have found Supreme Lawn Care. And I'm looking forward to being a customer for years to come.
