They could have easily replaced much more and I would not have known that the repairs were not Needed or charged more for what they did do. My door handle is hard plastic not metal that pin in there is still sturdy as can be I have opened that door several times no issues . Won't ever be back especially when you won't take responsibility over a $25 part and I'm going to assume the guy working on it pulled himself up with the handle and broke it because once again I've pulled pretty hard on everyone of those handles and not to mention each one of those door handles were replaced last year .!

Mike was super friendly and kind and he took a look at my engine check the transmission fluid ran a scan on the engine and found two ignition coils misfiring. He opened up the cap and there were two dead mice in there. He found the problem in less than 10 minutes. Results may vary! Lol! The tech said "okay," but the receipt shows I was charged for Auto Ace 5W30 Syn Blend (more expensive) and a Mighty M4612SP filter--which is the wrong type for my car (Subaru 3.6R uses a cartridge filter, not spin-on). When I returned immediately to point this out, they claimed they "don't make conventional anymore--only semi or full synthetic," yet their website still advertises "The Regional" package with conventional oil. They gave no clear explanation for the wrong filter and refused to fix or refund the difference.

During the sales process, he was friendly and…read morehelpful, but after we signed the paperwork for our certified pre-owned vehicle, his communication and approach changed noticeably. We traded in our previous vehicle, but the title was still at our families home in Michigan. Keenan told me that this wasn't a problem and that once I returned to Michigan, I could simply mail the title to the dealership. Based on that conversation, I believed everything was taken care of. I was surprised when he later called and told me that I now needed to sign a power of attorney because the dealership had already sold my trade-in before receiving the title. This was never mentioned during the purchase process. If selling the vehicle before receiving the title would require additional paperwork or legal authorization, that should have been explained from the beginning. Buying a vehicle is a significant purchase, and customers deserve clear and transparent communication throughout the entire process. My frustration isn't with having to sign the paperwork--it's that the need for it only came up after the dealership had already sold my vehicle. More transparency upfront would have gone a long way toward building trust and avoiding unnecessary frustration.
