Most recently, we noted a slowly growing pool of water in back of a toilet - not something that made itself noticeable in the ordinary use of that household resource; I couldn't figure it out. The AC tech knew exactly what the problem was, updated the interior of the tank, upgraded the gaskets that had been used to secure the internal tank apparatus (not the proper plumbing name for that stuff, of course. . . .) and got everything back into working order. We appreciate the good communication between the scheduler and the technician, the prompt and early arrival of the tech, and the quick success they achieved in getting all that back to normal working order. In early 2015, the heat wasn't working in a 2-storey, 2-HVAC unit rental house. I had ARS come out and they told me I had to replace both units for $14,000 and redo all of the duct work. Someone suggested I ask C&J for a quote. They came out and told me all that was wrong was some of ducts had come lose under the crawl space and the bottom unit needed cleaning. Price? $250. The house was toasty warm the entire winter and I haven't heard a peep from the tenants this summer.
