She was the only person who actually listened to me, and the only person who seemed to understand that you can't do a lot of layering with very thin hair. After she cut my hair and blew it dry, she asked me to take a look, and then offered to take a little more off the back. I could see that her next client had arrived, but she took an extra few minutes on me to make the cut perfect. I really appreciate her attention to detail. And I could see that the next client didn't mind waiting 5 minutes: probably because she knew that Kelly was going to make her hair look perfect too. The cut was $45, which I think is quite reasonable. For me, the true test of any haircut is how it looks after a shower, when I've had the chance to style it myself. This cut looked great, even after my novice blow-drying. I will be back.
