The salon was lovely and had beautiful flowers and artwork everywhere. I could tell that a lot of thought and love was put into every detail. After I walked in I was promptly greeted by my stylist Amanda and was asked if I wanted a coffee, water or a snack. Once I was settled comfortably in the chair Amanda listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that would compliment the look I was going for. I can't say how happy I am with the amazing cut and highlight! She was able to give my hair so much depth and volume. I absolutely love my new look and will be back to see Amanda again!

Brittany is amazing! From initial consult to the fitting, she got me in quickly even though she's insanely busy and has people driving 5+ hours to see her. Love how she matched my extensions to my natural color, an auburn color that's difficult to find! She taught me how to style and care for my new hair. It also became clear that the owner encourages staff to only accept or prioritize "high-end" clients who fit a certain image, which I found very discouraging. For example, the owner prioritizes hair extension services as if it's a high end salon in New York City. On top of that, it was uncomfortable to hear clients being discussed after they left -- something that should never happen in a professional environment. There's been a lot of staff turnover recently, and it's not hard to understand why. It's sad to see this kind of culture in a small community like Waxhaw, where most salons take pride in treating everyone with respect.

KEDRIANA was very rude and unprofessional about the mistake and huge complete mess up she did to my head. I ended up having to find a stylist that could fix the issue without damaging my hair, which the only option was a color correction $$$. Now my hair is potentially damaged from her shitty products as she claims she used a new bleach and didn't let me lift long enough, because of this my hair turned a orangey / golden color.. KEDRIANA also refused to fix her mistake, and only gave me half of my payment back. I think this is horrible business and will never recommend this place to anyone for how she treated me.

First when I walked in she was sitting on her phone & honestly looked so annoyed that I was even there for an appointment. She then proceeds to talk pretty much about how great her business is & how highly skilled she is etc. I have very thick hair & asked her thin it - to which she basically made it seem like anyone who thinned my hair before had no idea what they were doing. She then cut my thick curly hair DRY.... I wanted a shorter bob with the length at my shoulders dry... even showed her a picture of a prior hair cut I loved by someone down in Florida....she cut my hair dry so you guessed it when I wore it naturally it shrunk up to my ears. My only request with color was to cover the greys & not make it look orange..... I waited about 10 days after because I felt bad saying anything & was hoping maybe a couple washes with purple shampoo would make it look better & NOPE she made my hair brassy orange - so many red flags done with dark brown thick curly hair.... I then finally emailed her & said something around 10 days I think to which she replied that they only have a 7 days window for returns & would not give me a credit back or redo the highlights at the very least.... I literally sent her this picture & she did or said nothing back. I waited 6 weeks as a busy mom for this haircut & paid $500 in total.... I hate leaving these kind of reviews but I feel like other women need to know before they made the same mistake :/
