The salon was lovely and had beautiful flowers and artwork everywhere. I could tell that a lot of thought and love was put into every detail. After I walked in I was promptly greeted by my stylist Amanda and was asked if I wanted a coffee, water or a snack. Once I was settled comfortably in the chair Amanda listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that would compliment the look I was going for. I can't say how happy I am with the amazing cut and highlight! She was able to give my hair so much depth and volume. I absolutely love my new look and will be back to see Amanda again!

I ended up having to find a stylist that could fix the issue without damaging my hair, which the only option was a color correction $$$. Now my hair is potentially damaged from her shitty products as she claims she used a new bleach and didn't let me lift long enough, because of this my hair turned a orangey / golden color.. KEDRIANA also refused to fix her mistake, and only gave me half of my payment back. I think this is horrible business and will never recommend this place to anyone for how she treated me.

First when I walked in she was sitting on her phone & honestly looked so annoyed that I was even there for an appointment. She then proceeds to talk pretty much about how great her business is & how highly skilled she is etc. I have very thick hair & asked her thin it - to which she basically made it seem like anyone who thinned my hair before had no idea what they were doing. She then cut my thick curly hair DRY.... I wanted a shorter bob with the length at my shoulders dry... even showed her a picture of a prior hair cut I loved by someone down in Florida....she cut my hair dry so you guessed it when I wore it naturally it shrunk up to my ears. My only request with color was to cover the greys & not make it look orange..... I waited about 10 days after because I felt bad saying anything & was hoping maybe a couple washes with purple shampoo would make it look better & NOPE she made my hair brassy orange - so many red flags done with dark brown thick curly hair.... I then finally emailed her & said something around 10 days I think to which she replied that they only have a 7 days window for returns & would not give me a credit back or redo the highlights at the very least.... I literally sent her this picture & she did or said nothing back. I waited 6 weeks as a busy mom for this haircut & paid $500 in total.... I hate leaving these kind of reviews but I feel like other women need to know before they made the same mistake :/

GOOD; accommodated last minute scheduling, 1/3 employees were friendly, left with a BADASS haircut. BAD; staff perseverated on the fact that I had never been there before questioning why I came in, lead person in charge "Medina" did not become welcoming until after I gave her a compliment, she was also a poor teacher in regards to her intern stylist "Hope" whom is new to field as evidence by, " did you use conditioner? She has oily hair, you should not use conditioner", Medina would not accept an electronic form of coupon, and I had an up charge of 10.00 that was not mentioned prior to services rendered. . My personal suggestions: if you are looking for a full service salon experience where complimentary drinks are served, magazines and tablets are provided while you wear a spa robe. This is not your salon. But if you looking for a badass haircut because Medina can truly cut hair with service that needs major customer service improvement. Then maybe you can try it and see for yourself. If Medina sees and reads this, try editing your teaching method and style so you can leave a better legacy behind.
