Very COVID friendly with shields at all mani and pedi stations and masks in use by all. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere with very relaxing music. I had the male (forgot his name-owner?) but he was fun and friendly and very accommodating. He gave a long and fantastic leg/foot massage as part of the pedi service $35 total. He did a great job on the Dip mani (my first). There was a couple of women who came in who were being difficult about sitting next to each other for both manis and pedis. The woman (owner?) handled them very graciously and patiently. Their request was really impossible due to the limited staff and stations (unless I moved half way into my mani) I'm sure they would have accommodated them given more notice. (You're grown ladies! Put your big girl panties on!) I have one piece of advice for the salon. This is just a pet peeve of mine and not everyone may share my feelings on this. I used to have a manager who spoke perfect English, but when a fellow Indian employee (who also spoke great English) would come in, they would speak only in their language in our small 3 desk office. They would laugh and carry on leaving me to think they could be totally making fun of me and I would never know. I lived in Belgium for 2 years and did not speak the Flemish language tho I really tried to learn. If my neighbors knew English, they always tried to include me in the conversation, as well as give me some Flemish practice.I just find it rude to speak another language in the presence of others when all are capable of speaking the same language. It's just being courteous. I would compare it to whispering secrets to someone in the presence of others. I think you all spoke good English and as a courtesy to your predominantly English speaking clients, you should speak only English to one another. It's good speaking practice too! I respect you for building such a great small business and you are doing an amazing job! I just feel it would be a good business practice not to alienate your English specustomers if it can be avoided. Keep up the great work! read more

I absolutely love Lucy T & T Nails! One of the things I appreciate most is the transparency -- prices are clearly posted, which I really value. The customer service is consistently amazing; everyone is welcoming, professional, and they actually know my name and exactly how I like things done, which truly enhances the entire experience. I personally always book with Tony because when it comes to nail designs, he is a rare talent. He really listens, pays attention to detail, and always brings my vision to life. That said, every nail tech here is very skilled -- you really can't go wrong with anyone. I'm also loving the recent upgrades to the shop. The space feels fresh and elevated, and the new pedicure massage chairs are incredibly relaxing and comfortable. Honestly, the only thing that's missing is a digital appointment booking system -- it would be amazing to be able to book my appointments online. Excellent service as soon as you walk in, you are welcomed with a greeting as How many I help you? Gel nail and pedicure quality is a 10 (beyond my expectation). I am excited to change nail color & style every time I go. During the holidays I choose Cat eye gel for extra $10 and it's worth the elegant look. The background music is pleasant and very clean facility from waiting area to the bathroom. Titi Nail has a family, peaceful vibe between workers and customers. I highly recommend this place if you are new in town or unsatisfied with neighboring nail salons. The prices are reasonable compared to quality service. absolutely loved this place! as soon as I walked in the gentleman was extremely welcoming. not from around here so I'm always iffy about where I go. when I was picking my colors he just let me do my thing until I was ready. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and said "if that okay?" he just said "if you love it I love it, they're your nails not mine" and we continued to joke around the whole time, making it a welcoming feeling. when we did the butterfly I was kinda iffy he just said "trust me" and did the three little white dots. I am new to the area and was looking for my new pedicure spot. This is it! They have clean space, plastic bags covering foot baths which is a must for me. Very friendly but not over doing it.
