The first, I simply asked for red gel nail polish on my natural nails for Christmas color...I got orange but it didn't turn bright orange until I got into light. 2 nails chipped the day after getting them done. My daughter and I had a 3:30 appointment. We were seated promptly. And the we waited, and waited, and waited...we sat so long the foot bath became too cold to enjoy. finally at 4:30 someone started my daughter's pedicure. 20 minutes later my pedicure began, we both had the same service (deluxe) and they ended at the same time. My technician, Tracy, seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Hot stones were barely used. We were going to have manicures, but after two hours in a chair we cancelled. read more

Ive been looking for a nail salon for months. My best friend brought me to Tiffanys and I'm hooked. They are the first place I've been to that can do designs that I find online. The gentleman who did my nails the very first time was fantastic. I couldn't find my pictures of that appt. Sorry. Jimmy did my pastel stripes and it blowed me away. I got sooo many compliments. And the last time i went although i was reluctant i was asked to let Mimi do my marble nails. Well she knocked it out of the park. Then I had not had a pedicure in a really long time but I got one here and the older gentleman did a fantastic job. I totally recommend Tiffanys. And they always match my toesnails to my fingernails. I have been coming to Tiffany's since they first opened by Fujiyama in Melbourne (so we'll over 10 years) and now the only shop is in Suntree. Jimmy and his wife run a tight ship! Everything is super clean and sanitized. They never use the same tools in new customers without cleaning it. I have lived a lot of places and gone to many different nail salons! NONE of them in Maryland, Tennessee, or Florida are as well maintained at Tiffany's. Well.....I would absolutely NOT recommend. I had such terrible customer service. I was given a e-gift a purchased on their website. It says on their website and cards, gift card available. That is a lie. And they are thief. I went yesterday trying to use my online e-gift. The lady was extremely rude. She refused to have me use it and refuse to help. She just said to wait 10 min for her boss to come and then I can ask her boss how to use the e-gift since she said she has never seen or use those. I waited 30 minute. I was never offered anything, a cup of water while waiting or anything. The boss never came. Then when I got up and left, very upset, the lady started to be even more rude. I asked her to call her boss otherwise I won't wait more, she refused to help. I emailed them 2 times with a copy of the gift certificate trying to have it cancelled and get the money back to the person who purchased. Nobody is getting back to me. That place is nothing good. A nail spa is supposed to be relaxing and there is nothing relaxing in there, no music, no television or anything. There is just loud construction workers. so BAD! read more

Don't go here unless you have an appointment with Jimmy or Tam. I made that mistake, and just take a look at the pictures. The nail attendant didn't listen to a word I said, and immediately started to take my acrylics off when I asked for a fill... and she of course said "where did you get your nails done last? It doesn't look good you need a new full set." Little did she know I got a new full set last time and my nails were fine. Moving forward, she burned my nails to crisps with the electronic filing, and not one of my nails is the same shape, length, or size. By the time I was done I told her to forget the color and do a clear coat and call it a day. She also chipped one while she was completing the filing and shaping and just left it so I'm probably going to need another fill like tomorrow. Also my middle finger nail is as thick as my finger and when I asked her about it she just said "it's okay." Honestly won't ever come here again, being that the only technicians that are good are booked out for weeks. They should do a little bit better at training their colleagues. read more

I have been coming here for about 6 months. I was excited to finally find a good place. The last few times I have seen different nail techs. The last one was bad but this one today was the worse pedicure I've ever had. I'm not even sure if he is actually licensed. Detail was horrible. If you want to be treated with no respect or regards to time management, then please make an appointment with Tam right away! Tam has been doing my nails off and on for several years. Yes, he does a good job and is fast, but he is NEVER on time for his clients who take the time to make appointments and show up ontime. I have waited for Tam to show up or finish up another client on every visit for 15-20 minutes, sometimes even longer, and this is totally unacceptable. Oh, and don't you ever make an honest mistake like I did. I had an appointment with Tam about a week ago and I thought my appointment was at 1:00, but it was at 11:00, my mistake. Tam texted me @ 11:13 and asked if I was going to make my appointment. I apologized profusely and told him I could be there in 15 minutes, if he could still do my nails. Heard nothing back from him and I apologized again. He texted me @ 7:00 that evening and said he could do my nails the next day. I texted Tam the next morning and asked what he had available and I have never heard a word back from him. He apparently doesn't care about my business, but that is okay because I will find another nail salon that appreciates and respects their clients. I have been coming to Tiffany's Nails since the day it opened close to 20 yrs ago. Prior to that I went to Diamond Nails owned by Vaughn(Jimmy's brother)and Tiffany. I have always gotten great service. They are very clean and sanitize everything and always have. I noticed a few comments about appointments running behind..thats the nature of the business. If someone walks in they will take them. As they should. This is how people stay in business!! I'm in no rush when I get my nails done. My family and I have been to several places in the Melbourne area and this is by far the cleanest and nicest. We are a family of 4 and all get pedicures. The people are good at their job and if you call to make a reservation you will not get the typical Florida experience where they seat people in front of you anyways.
