Helen the manicurist does for her nails every couple of weeks, and Mom always chooses the spa mani-pedi, which she truly enjoys. She loves the scented water treatment, soft, fresh, and pleasantly subtle. Since Mom's nails grow quickly, Helen trims them, and though it's not her favorite part, Helen's skill and gentle touch put her at ease. Mom usually picks the same nail color, and Helen always has it ready. The appointments are never rushed, creating a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Helen is warm and attentive, and the salon is spotless, with chairs wiped down and bowls thoroughly cleaned. The spa mani-pedi is about $65 plus tip, and although we've tried other great local salons, this one is our favorite. Mom's nails always look beautiful and perfectly done. I'm very disappointed with the owners costumer service, she treated me very poorly as she was in the middle of doing my nails and someone else came in and she stopped and told me to go wait while she does her other clients nails and she'll finish mine once she finishes their nails.... I was like okay maybe they had an appointment but I feel like that was still very rude. secondly she did not take her time with my nails as I asked her for a specific shape of nails and she gave me a shape she wanted. my nails look like a 3 year old did them. Had my nails done Thursday afternoon. Was in a different part of town so I tried a new nail salon. I just got a pedicure and I'm really glad I didn't get a manicure. Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. She took so many chunks out from around my nails they bled in a few places. They are uneven, the really short one on left side is really red and hurts today when I woke up. She cut it too short. Then still lots of pieces of white skin all over she missed. This is the only nail salon in Brevard that didn't hike up their prices to $60-80 pedis and $120 full sets with the deposit bs. I went to get a full brand new set white tip nails for a French look with gel pink over them and a regular pedi with gel also French tips on my toes and my eye brows waxed which she did a great shape and she was very kind and pleasant and the bill was $100. How it was before COVID. So I recommend this salon it came out nice and I usually get diamonds and all this fancy designs back home in the north but this was classy and sexy and she did a great job! They were very friendly but they BUTCHERED my nails and refused to give me a refund. I asked the guy to fix them and he just threw another coat of black on. He said "the top coat bubbles" and tried to put MORE top coat on. He also got acrylic all over my fingers, which flaked off onto my 6 layers of fingernail polish (which still hasn't dried). Today was our 2nd visit here and we were extremely disappointed. Waste of $120. My boyfriend and I both got pedicures, he got the deluxe and I got the regular. Besides my gel polish my feet are no different than when we went in. My heels are terrible, she didn't scrape any of the dead skin off. My boyfriends are even worse! He's on his feet all day so they get pretty bad. We had to ask them to use the grater and even when she did it was for 10 seconds and did absolutely nothing. We got home and there's skin peeling off his feet after they told him there's nothing to slough off. My nails? Awful! I had a picture of what I wanted and my nails are not even close. They tried to improvise because their color selection leaves a lot to be desired. Let's just say they don't even try to accommodate when even I know how to "create" different glitters and sprinkle them on instead of relying on a gel. I'm so mad at the money we just spent there. I was trying to give them a chance because they're closer to my house than my normal salon but never again. Don't waste your time or money! I expressed our dissatisfaction when paying and the owner sat there not giving a crap that we were unhappy. read more

Do not waste your money! I went here for gel nails for my wedding. They chipped the same day (and trusts me I didn't do anything that day) the next day was my wedding and the 3rd day half of them started chipping/peeling near the cuticle. By day 5 all were off. Great job on my French Gel Manicure. I had to wait 6 weeks and let my nails grow out from another nail salon in Vierra, who did a terrible job and I had fungus under like 5 nails. Very slow and the quality didn't match the time I spent. Took close to 1.5 hours to do shilac, they don't use aluminum foil and cotton to remove old shilac so they soak you in solution which takes a long time. They only had 3 on staff with many customers so they sit you down in a chair to soak while you're waiting your turn. I don't like wasting my time, I'd rather know up front that I have to wait for service. read more

Today, I went here to get my nails done by the owner, was not really impressed with his service. I feel he gave me a bad service because I was complaining that the drill was hurting my nails. He proceeded to tell me several times he has to clean the space in between my cuticle. So I said I understand but if my nail hurts..im gonna tell you every time my nail hurts..i just thought it was bad business on his end. Not once did he apologize to me the paying customer but kept reinerating that he had to clean my cuticles...my horrible French manicure with designs was horrible, I showed him a picture and it was still awful. I believe my niece could've done better. He charged me $33 for all of it and I still thanked him by giving him a $4 tip. However I have been in here before and received great service from 2 other members of his staff..so because of that, I will keep going here. read more

I have been going to Rose for several years. The staff is friendly, they do a good job and their prices are reasonable. The only thing I complain about is when you make an appointment they are never on time. I've waited anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. The reason you make appointments is so you don't have to wait. To me this is unacceptable and I keep telling myself I am not going to go back there anymore but I usually do then get irritated again. read more

The air was on which was a plus compared to another shop near by. The three walk ins in my party were seated and waited about 5 minutes before a tech was free to start on the first pedi. I went in today at 3:30 for a mani pedi. I have been here multiple times and have been satisfied with each pedicure. I usually do my own nails but decided to treat myself to a manicure for Christmas. I waited 30 minutes for pedicure service (fine), and 45 minutes soaking in the pedi chair before anyone started on me. My feet were soggy and wrinkled they were in there so long. The man who did my feet was quick and they look and feel good. When it was time for my manicure, though, yikes. It all went wrong. I got the powder dip, and he rushed through it so fast, he missed the side of some nails, he left a weird build up on another nail in an unnatural spot, he filed multiple nails crooked. And that's it. He just did my nails and nothing else. The last time I checked, a manicure included cuticle trimming, lotion, massage. I didn't get any of this. The job looks BAD, and I'm going to spend the next few hours soaking and scraping this stuff off my nails wasting what money I spent while there for two hours (20 minutes of that was spent on my nails if that tells you anything). I MAY go back for another pedicure, but would refuse this particular man for any service whatsoever. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. When I first moved here this was the first salon I tried out, simply because it's closest to my house. They did a great job the first few times I went there. The staff was friendly and attentive, my nails turned out amazing and the polish lasted a long time. Not to mention they have the most adorable dog running around. However the last time I went there, they were pushing back the cuticles on my big toe and they went to far. It left a sore that later got infected. My toe was swollen and it was extremely gross looking. When it happened the guy doing my nails didn't even seem to notice, much less apologize or anything. However my nails still looked great and lasted a long time! This is the only reason I have it 3 stars. I have to admit though, I will never go back here. I have found better salons. read more

This was the worst pedicure and manicure I've ever had in my life. First it was a big production to get anyone to understand what I was saying. All I wanted was an American manicure using cream instead of bright white. As I was trying to explain it they talked to me like I had never had a pedicure or manicure before. Then they ran a cold footbath for my pedicure I had to ask for hotter water. The guy almost hurt me using fingernail clippers on my toes. So I just told him that's OK don't cut him short just leaving medium. Then an older lady came in who proceeded to talk the whole time I was trying to relax and get my pedicure. When it came time to get my nails done I figured out this is not a good place so I just said give me a color. He put wet polish on top of wet polish without any drying in between the polish was like puddles on my fingertips any top coated it pullingThe coats off partially. I was so relieved when he finished I went to dry my nails under the ultraviolet light then the dogs came out and started barking and circling me every time somebody walked by the door they would bark it was nerve-racking. Finally told him I had to leave I'm allergic to dogs so I shouldn't of even been in there. Will never go back here again don't go there waste of your money read more
