The only reason this place got two stars is because they have fantastic burgers. Too fantastic. I get the feeling they have something incredibly unhealthy in them. But they're very very tasty. They come with fries. Fries, as in barely plural. You might get eight if you're lucky. Honestly, the cheeseburgers are all I've tried here. They serve alk-ee-holic drinks, too. The main problem (and it's a big one) is the waitresses. Maybe they're understaffed. Maybe they're just plain dumb. At this point, it's a coin toss which one is true. I've waited 15 minutes before on service, while the waitress passes me 7 times, trying to not make eye contact. I get the feeling they get frustrated trying to tie their shoes in the morning. So here's the secret. If there's no one else eating there, they'll be friendly. Too friendly, in fact. I got sick of hearing the waitress give me a song-by-song rundown of the karaoke from the night before. Leave me alone with my cheeseburger. If they're busy, forget getting decent service. They're overwhelmed by more than two customers. "Have you two been helped?" "Well, considering you're the only waitress, that would be... no." The best way to enjoy this place is when you don't care how long you spend here. It's a beautiful view, completely surrounded by water. Stay and watch what my waitress called an "irraluscent " sunset. "Excuse me?" "Irraluscent. You know, all those colors." "Right. okay." They have live music and karaoke at night, which might be fun. I haven't checked it out yet. The service might seem more reliable if it's dark. And you're drunk. And suffering from third-degree burns from being out on the lake all day.

After spending $22,000 on a brand new tractor. The experience at Frederick's outdoor was something…read morethat I still can't wrap my head around. The tractor we bought has been in and out of the shop several times. It's been less than a year and it's gone more than it is here. Very frustrating as you can imagine! After the fourth time, Frederick's outdoor dropped off a brand new tractor to us and we thought they were doing the right thing! We were ecstatic and thought that they were standing by their Customer Service! We were happy until we weren't when the phone call came, they dropped off the wrong tractor. OK, disappointed, but whatever, we set up a date and time to do a tractor swap! Unbelievable, but we are getting the old sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't track her back. The date and time was set up for 930 the following morning. Apparently that wasn't good enough for the Owner Tom Fredericks. He proceeded to call making demands to pick up the tractor sooner. Wanting to know where we were so that he was on his way and could get it immediately. That's not how things work. You don't go demanding to know where we are, we don't work for you. We have our own lives, we work. We have it all set up for a 930 pick up and delivery for the following day. After he continued to yell at us, we hung up. 930 the next morning came and went. The schedule delivery time there was no pick up no drop off. We did receive a phone call that they would be late, our valuable time once again is I guess no big deal to Frederick's outdoor. 40 minutes late, yes, 40 minutes. And we have out of state guests in the home which we had plans for, but we needed to sit around and wait for Fredericks outdoor to show up on their time. A flatbed truck rolls around at 10:10 I say hello to the Driver he mumbled something I couldn't hear. He does the tractor switch, we inspect our tractor and it looks OK, he takes the new one and we noticed that there's only one key on our key ring which we turned in with two. The new tractor that did show up had our name on the key tag so we told the driver that we needed two keys back since we did turn it in with two and we only have one. He said OK and then proceeded to raise the bed of the truck and that's where this video shows I had just jumped off the bed after taking the key out of the new tractor so now we have our two keys back. This did not make him happy. He proceeded to yell at me for taking the key that I own. He can have the new tractor back, but I am taking both of our keys back. The whole experience dealing with Frederick's outdoor was unbelievable. Not only that, but they proceeded to send us a text message saying that we were trespassed from all Frederick's outdoors, service centers, and such. This is unbelievable because we have a warranty with our product that we paid so much money for. This is completely absurd. Wehl, Fredericks, and all of your employees. You are no longer allowed on our property either. I do not feel safe with you or your drivers anywhere near us after seeing the display from your Driver as he gave us the middle finger driving away from our home. He is unstable and I am threatened by him.

I sent it back again and last week a new tractor was delivered to my house. Today they called wanting it back because it was a mistake. This seems to a pretty big mistake. When I've turned my tractor in for repairs I've called to get updates because it will go in for repairs and you don't get any calls and when you call someone is always out to lunch or not in seems they are buying time to find an answer then call you back. Now they are returning the tractor they can't seem to fix. Poor service poor product save yourself and go somewhere else.

We even worked trade figures over the internet for my boat! The boat was as described, and the figures were exact to the last penny. All of this was done during COVID-19, and I actually never laid eyes on the boat until I had paid for it! They managed to pull off 'touchless delivery' with about 6 of us in one day! After getting the boat home, and 2 solid days of rain, I noticed some items that needed correcting. Kyle and the staff at Shoals took care of everything, and made sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. The park was quite busy on my day there. It was a particularly beautiful Tursday afternoon and people were just enjoying being alive and spending time in this beautiful park. Large trees kept the sun at bay in places, plus provided a beautiful contrast to walking through nature's landscape, walking between brilliant sunshine and the serene calmness of a step in the shadows. I sit in a little picnic area as I write this, enjoying not only the scenery that surrounds me and the calming sound of the waterfall, but the calmness that this park evoked within me, a realization how brilliant the gift of life truly is.
