Aesthetic of this place is very cute. There are some tables inside, also, the sells empanadas and drinks. The actual sweets were okay. They tasted like the plastic that they are stored in, which really turned us off from them. Specifically, the pb layered dessert and the whip cream on the cheese cake. While waiting for our table at a nearby lunch spot to be ready we exploded the area of Worcester. Lucy's cake was the perfect dessert spot to grab a small snack. We ordered the dulce de leche cheesecake slice and mini peanut butter explosion for our NYE cheat snack! My personal favorite was the dulce de leche cheesecake, the sweetness was a perfect balance with the creamy cheesecake. The mini peanut butter explosion was interesting I am happy we tried it but it was not the best. The inside of their shop was beyond adorable and cute they even had a flower wall for photos. Next time I am in the area I would love to try more of their menu! read more

The decorations on the cake were all foam or plastic. They didn't warn us that we'd be buying an incredibly overpriced choking hazard. The cake itself fell apart when we cut into it, had an odd texture, and had something in it that it turns out I was allergic to, and I don't have allergies. I'm giving them four stars because their cakes are dry but the cheesecakes are to die for! First cake I bought was dry so I figured I'd give it a second chance and get a different one. It was dry too. Might be the texture they prefer there. The third time I tried cheesecake and that seems to be the IT. I haven't purchased anything but cheesecake since. Service cashier seems young and inexperienced when asking about availability and texture on other desserts each time I go there which causes hesitation me try other things outside of cheesecakes. We tried the pumpkin and vanilla cupcakes. Cupcakes are not good tastewise. Frosting is dry. Cake is dry and tastes old from being in the refrigerated case too long. That being said the cakes and cookies all appear nicely decorated and present well. The taste just doesn't match the aesthetic. They have festive pumpkin shaped sugar cookies. We didn't try those but they looked beautiful. Counter persons are very friendly and welcoming. read more

This is a very cute little family-owned bakery near Elm Park. The staff are always welcoming when you walk in and the bakery is always clean and well-decorated. I'm a little thrown by the inconsistency of their quality and texture. I recommend their chocolate or red velvet cupcakes, as those are more moist and come with frosting that compliments the cakes. A lot of the fruit flavored or vanilla based cupcakes and cake slices though are often dry. What I was really excited to try were their guava cake and pineapple cake slices, but both slices were pretty dry with only the frosting and fruit fillings adding any flavor and merit to the cakes. Everything is appropriately priced, but I do wish the consistency of the desserts themselves were a little better (like others who have previously reviewed have stated). Overall, I'm a little underwhelmed, but it is a nice bakery to go to pick up a couple unique/speciality flavors and support small-business. read more

I Love Lucy. The quaint little shop has an adequate array of sliced cakes and cupcakes to tempt most sweet tooth appetites. I tried the carrot cake, pineapple cake and red velvet cake and all 3 were good. I also wanted a dulce de leche cake but despite me pointing to it several times and repeating myself, the lady behind the counter gave me the tres leche. I was not a fan of it given it was floating in milk and a bit on the soggy side (plus I'm lactose intolerant so...). She was also painfully slow bagging the cakes and working the register. Perhaps she is a trainee, which is understandable, but she certainly shouldn't be unleashed alone on customers yet. Besides the service snafu and the milkscapade, I loved Lucy quite a bit. read more

Stopped in this newly opened spot yesterday. They have a variety of deserts and we tried a few. All of them were great. The Dulce de Leche Cheesecake was the absolute best cheesecake I have ever had.
