Furthermore, she began to lose her sight, but they found a way to comfort her. I was grateful for the care they provided. However, I was not notified of another fur baby being in their care of while Nunu, our fur baby was in their care. Given the circumstances, I would have chosen another provider. We had to cancel a scheduled trip in March, but they were handsomely compensated. We did a meet and greet for our "new" fur baby. All seemed well until our April trip. It was a disaster. This business has potential. It's common courtesy to give you notice of other fur baby visits, especially if you have a male which marks territory. Secondly, if you have an injured ankle, walking a dog is problematic. We were not notified of Fred relying on crutches poses a dilemma, but we brought Nunu's stroller. Their heart is in the right place, but scheduling must be a priority especially with dogs as their deneanor cannot be predicted. By the way, Nunu, the the female weighs a mere 5 lbs. while male weighs 10 so their size wasn't the issue, but they placed the ownace on my husband and me. I wish them well. Eventually, their pet care will be fine. Just be honest.

I am really terrible about asking about a pet sitter last minute and she was always available even on that one occasion I asked only two days before we were scheduled to leave due to some last minute plans. She came in advance to meet our cat and our finicky girl took to her right away. She's sweet, professional, flexible, and took fantastic care of our cat over weekends and even 10 day vacations. I am an anxious pet parent and she sent regular photos of my cat to reassure me that my Bug was in good hands. Now, with all the coronavirus craziness, she is still checking in on her pets and making sure everyone is doing okay. Also, it's worth mentioning that her pricing is more than reasonable. Hire her to care for your pet and you won't be disappointed!

Molly has known him since he was a pup and has provided him with the affection he demands and the positive guidance he needs when his energy is over the top. Not only does Molly do a great job providing a safe and fun environment for by sweet boy--whether it be during walks, play dates, or daycare--she also works with him on some of his annoying habits (like jumping on people and stealing things) by using lots of positive reinforcement. I am an overprotective dog mom and I am so grateful that I never have to worry about Zuppa's wellbeing when he is in Molly's care. I don't know what we would do without her!

He was young, full of energy, and really needed more exercise and socialization with other dogs. The improvement from going regularly has been huge. The staff has been fantastic -- it's always great chatting with them about Ducky, and they've given us a lot of helpful tips and things to try with him at home. Ducky got all the attention - I could see by how he was at pick up and drop off how much he liked the staff there. I especially appreciated how careful they were with introducing him to the other dogs. Ducky got a lot of attention, built confidence, and turned into a bit of a social butterfly there. He's now a 43 lb Bernedoodle at 6 months old and does great playing with both smaller and bigger dogs. Only downside is I wish they were closer to me... or had a puppy party bus for pickups.
