The next day Julianne gave me directions and where exactly to park as I told her I was in my lunch break and that I needed to get in and out. We went from looking at areas near the front of the store to the back of the store near the perfumes and colognes, no one cared to approach us if we needed any assistance. With as many staff as there were present, (5 staff as we counted) with only 5 customers present (the store just opened) the staff did not care to acknowledge our presence. This is the only time I have ever had this extreme lack of customer service at any sephora. I will not be coming back to this particular store and would rather order online or visit a store located farther than have to experience this again.
