I was beyond disappointed that the staff would not make another arrangement for that customer and would sell the one I ordered and expected to pick up. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for her to make my new arrangement and I was completely dissatisfied with what she made. The florist did not even flinch, she just said it would need to be designers choice, but I could give her some ideas. I saw some beautiful arrangements in the fridge ready for pickup and pointed to one I really liked. It was right within budget. I came back the next morning and she was there to hand them to me. The bouquet was gorgeous, and the florist made it seem effortless - no stress at all. The birthday girl was happy and said she liked the pink pastel tones and felt like a princess.
