Anytime I visit a place that is unknown I get a bit nervous but SG surpassed my surprise and did an excellent job on the wreath. I paid $125+$15 delivery fee + TAX (tax on delivery and product) = ~ $150. Ordered the solace spray wreath which i was told is small. But when I saw it, it looked great and perfect size. They substituted red gladiolis with white, it looked fine. The online ordering system didn't work so i had to call and place it over the phone. Easy but worried they would get the order wrong. My wife likes one of the more exotic arrangements so I ordered it ("Imagination Blooms") for Mother's Day. A day or two later, I noticed an email from Maria apologizing that they could not deliver my order because they didn;t have the right vase in stock so I asked her to substitute the "Botanical Beauty" arrangement. Have used them several times past couple years. Purchased some flowers, a mix of red, pink, and yellow roses, to be delivered on Valentines Day 2023. Seems they used some roses that were older, as you could tell some petals were trimmed off that were probably already old, or close to it (I'm probably not using the proper florist lingo) Freshness just wasn't there. Maybe because it was Valentines Day and they were slammed, we got some older roses... not sure. But wasn't up to their usual quality. Went with a flower, bear and box of candy package. The dance with me package to be precise. Came back a week later to drop off a custom card I had worked on that I wanted attached to the gift. With a $8 delivery fee. It was delivered on time on Valentine's day. Arranged it so my boss would recieve the delivery. From there, my boss would surprise the person it was intended for with it during lunch break. It took everyone by surprise and more importantly it made her day. Sigh.. After carefully searching for a florist nearby on Mother's day, I decided to give this place a try after reading the yelp reviews. I was very disappointed. There were only few types of flowers to choose from and they were NOT even fresh! I wanted to run out after seeing the flowers, but I did not have the time to look for another florist, so I gave it a try. I wanted to get two bouquets. I asked for assistance since I was not sure what flowers to get, but the girls seemed like they were not really experienced with flowers. I thought they could give me some advices or suggestions, but nope. They did not bother to bring someone (who is experienced) to help me, so I end up picking out the flowers... They just stood there waiting for me to pick out all the flowers... :/ They took the flowers and wrapped them up. And they were the ugliest bouquets I ever seen!!! :( It took them only few minutes to wrap them up, and I could see the staffs cared less.. They put so much greens that I was able to see more greens than the flowers.. They wrapped them up in clear wrapping paper that were not even cut correctly and put a big ribbon to cover all the ugliness on the bottom.. It looked horrible. And I asked them to re arrange the bouquet couple of times, too. And they still looked embarrassing.. I hurried back home, and re-wrapped the bouquets to make them look somewhat "decent". I couldn't present them to my mom or my boyfriend's as they were...because they were embarrassing!!. Bottom line: If you want to get flowers and arrange yourself... then "maybe" you should get flowers from here. read more
