From the moment we walked in, the entire team struck the perfect balance of being attentive without being pushy. They were available whenever we had questions but also gave us the space to browse, compare options, and think through our decision. Holly was our sales associate, and she was outstanding. She has an incredible eye for design and wasn't afraid to give her honest professional opinion instead of simply agreeing with everything we said to make a sale. We genuinely appreciated her knowledge and guidance,it made us feel confident in our decision. Charles, the manager, was also wonderful. I had placed an online order an hour earlier as I left the Independence Blvd Store that morning hoping to snag a clearance item. As I was directed to the section of the store for the patio cushions, I was going to return and purchase matching cushions, as the Pineville store definitely had more inventory! Again, Sabrina was training a new cashier and was so helpful to both of us as we navigated the process to get me out of there. In addition, Lourdes helped to expedite and bring the item that I ordered online to me, which was so generous! I saw brands that i know and love and an eclectic bunch of accessories and "chotchkies" that make the store stand out from everyone else! The owners are brilliant with their buying and merchandising expertise and I'm now in love! The store fits in perfectly with the Blakeney vibe and demographic and I hope they grow and prosper for many years to come.
