The owners/operators are SUPER friendly, speak several languages and carry the goods to your car if necessary. The experience however -…read more High Cotton Home cannot control the incredible challenges related to supply chains at this time, or a delivery date that was pushed back by nearly one year. They can, however, clearly communicate the impacts of those challenges. They did not. We had to call back, repeatedly, over nearly a year to try to get updates on our sofa's eventual arrival date. When it arrived, and we had to return a pillow for restitching, we were told again that they would call us when the pillow was completed, and again, they didn't. The lack of communication was more frustrating than the inevitable delay, because picking up the phone or sending an email is completely under the High Cotton team's control. In summary - sofa 4, customer service 0. We will not be ordering from them again.
