I bought a washer and dryer from them last fall. It had a 90 day warranty. It broke down in 2 1/2 months, they brought me another one, it broke down too, then a third one broke down, they delivered a 4th one and is has also broken down. They say it has been too long since I bought the first one, so they won't honor the warranty. I had assumed that the warranty would be 90 days from the date each washer was delivered, but evidently not. I have gotten 4 defective machines from them. Our fridge unexpectedly broke and we needed a replacement quickly. It was going to cost $600-$800 to fix even with the part covered therefore we decided to buy something new. I found this place randomly by a Facebook marketplace search. I had no idea it was right down the road! Immediately entering the lot, it is a bit rough. It's a huge outside lot with lots of tarps set up. I was so surprised when I walked to the back and saw the long aisles of appliances! We were looking for a stainless Steel fridge and freezer under $350 and to our surprise there were at least 50 to choose from! Some are in rougher shape than others but overall the selection was huge, and that was just the ones in our budget. If we went a little higher we would have had at least 50 more to choose from. The man helping us was so helpful too! He walked me to each fridge he thought would work for me and then was willing to work with the price when he saw I really liked one! Not only that but they deliver for a very low price as well! I got a great looking stainless Steel fridge delivered and a 3 month warranty for $300. Then to go above and beyond, when he delivered it (on the exact time he had scheduled the day before) we didn't have a water hose so I asked him where to buy one. He told me he had one in his truck I could have, he came back with a brand new one for me! I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing! I would definitely recommend them and will be using again! I will follow up in a few months with how my appliance is working! P.S. Good place to find used appliances. Prices are a little higher than you might find on facebook marketplace or craigslist, but the 90 day warranty and the fact that you don't have to run all over the place and load the appliance yourself makes it worth the extra few bucks. Customer service is mediocre, which is why i give it three stars. Once you pull up you have to hunt down someone to help you, and most of the employees are clearly not too thrilled to do so. read more

I found this HONEST, friendly, low priced used appliance store on Facebook Marketplace. My stove went out & it was too old to repair. I had shopped, Lowe's, Home Depot & Sams Club. The prices were high. Then I saw the ads on the marketplace for a convection oven. I didn't get the one I went for, I got an even nicer Samsung stainless double oven for a great price with a 90 day warranty. No problems. The next day we bought a stainless refrigerator. They delivered on the time they promised for a small fee & took away our broken one. The refrigerator arrived with ice & cool, but it never got to the correct temperature. The next morning we called & a repairman arrived within the hour for repairs! He said if it didn't cool before the afternoon, to call. We decided to go back and look for a replacement just in case it couldn't be fixed. Kevin & Lupe were wonderful & went over and above our expectations. We really love the refrigerator so we're having them take it back for repairs, and they are holding our second choice if it is unrepairable. I didn't get this kind of service at any of the stores I shopped! They have hundreds of choices in stoves, refrigerators & washers & dryers. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

I bought a propane stove this morning. Brought it home and it didn't work at all. Called to see if I could get a refund and they said "No refunds". Asked if I could get a different stove as an exchange and was told they didn't have any in stock comparable to the price I had paid, meaning I would have to pay even more for another stove, that may or may not work..
