So was told would be alerted nothing as of yet today been over 24 hours to find a resolution. so husband calls to get some kind of answers just received as rude and "what do you want us to do about it" responses. Then was trying to make it sound like my husband was a liar until he in fact also mentioned to her we have footage. tone changes yet no resolve or answers. Not even an attempt!! So spoiled food, busted freezer, frustration and out of a considerable about of money just on our food bill. Met with only with unprofessional, inept, insincere, scapegoating staff. I really hope this company does better and finds a reasonable solution. So far falling really short of any type of prefessionalism Or integrity.

They have one of the worst customer service protocols ever. I ordered a sewing machine on a…read moreSaturday. I was told it would be in that next week. No call on Monday like I was told they would call me. Called Tuesday, the manager was not in but she would call me...no call Wednesday. I called Wednesday afternoon and told them I was canceling my credit card charges as I had not received my sewing machine, not to mention no phone calls that I had been promised. Once I threatened to cancel the credit card payment a member did call to say the machine would be in the next week. The same member called me the next day to say the machine had been delivered to their warehouse, but they would not deliver to the store until Wednesday. I told him I might not make it to the store by 5:30, due to where I work and the afternoon traffic. He assured me he could wait for me to arrive. I called the store and Alexis answered the manager and was told she had to leave early...so I am on my way.... Made it to get my machine I ordered.... The box was closed, I asked if the bonus package was with the machine. Alexis assured me it was in the box. We loaded the box and off I went. Guess what not package with my sewing machine and Alexis is nowhere to be found... Note to self.....NEVER go to Tops Vacuum and Sewing on North DaleMabry or in Brandon!
