This firm had saved my life! I am a single mom with two little kids, i had gone to them just right after my paycheck got garnished and they took abt $400 from it. $400 taken out every 2 weeks is a lot, so charlie acted fast and filed my bankruptcy right away to stop the garnishment. He is very professional, will answer my emails anytime of the day, and would personally answer questions and phone calls each time. He made me feel safe and at ease with the entire process. My 5yo daughter even likes him. Hes very nice and friendly and on top of stuff, He clearly explained everything to me and kept me in the loop with everything. I had gone to so many different bankruptcy lawyers, n i chose him above all because he made me feel comfortable and it was a no brainer after meeting him. Other lawyers i had met with were either too cocky but don't explain anything, some were sweating in front of me as if its their 1st day at work. Others were asking weird questions that didnt make sense. One lawyer even told me to hold off on my bankruptcy coz i have a potential other claim that he could do for me but its gna take awhile to build a case except if it is a good case, then WE can get a lot of money out of it! I didnt care about the potential money i could get out of a different case coz my checks are still being garnished and i need my money now not d money i could potentially get a year later IF there was even a real case! He didnt wana answer my questions abt bankruptcy at all, he kept asking me questions abt this other potential case, he said if i do this, he would do my bankruptcy 4 free after were done with this other case 1st, turns out that if i opted to go for the other potential case, he would still be getting most of the money anyway n ill just be getting a portion of it and im talking abt maybe 5-10% if that. He made me feel like he thought i was an idiot! N i didnt like the fact that he told me to not worry abt my bankruptcy we'll do this other 1 first! Really?! He completely forgot abt the fact that my paychecks r still being garnished $400 bucks every 2 weeks! Hello! Do the math, thats a lot of money! He saw a huge potential that he could make money off me n thats all he cared abt! He didnt have my best interest at all just himself! Charlie on the other hand made me feel at ease n explained everything n felt for me, showed concern for my garnishment and d fact that i am a single mom. He really helped me out a lot.
