Not surprising as they want to sell more than I asked for. It's a TABLETOP, 54" diameter. How hard is that? 2. Address and phone number - evidently so they and their network can plague me with solicitations. 3. A layout or drawing of the project. It's a TABLETOP and I provided a photo. 4. If project is on ground floor or are there stairs - it's clear in the photo I provided. 5. Do I have the stone and what type- this was evident in the original request for a quote. I would at least expect them to say "in a recommended thickness of 'x', it's x-dollars for marble, y-dollars for quartz, etc Overwhelmingly pathetic first interaction.

When Jose came to our home for a free estimate, I was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail in asking what we wanted and in taking the wall measurements. He has a very likeable, calm demeanor. He also recommended a different tile company to us other than Home Depot. We were convinced and hired him! He wrote a proposal for the job details and final price. Jose arrived on time and got right to work. He has a crew, but he completed this work by himself. The floors and counters were protected with cloth. He also covered the patio area with a large cloth so the patio surface was protected. He installed the tile and also requested specific grout and schluter to perfectly match the tile. He perfectly cut and fitted the tile in the pattern that we requested. Jose worked so fast that he was able to complete this small job (48 square feet) that day. He was also able to apply the grout. He thoroughly cleaned the work area. I was overly impressed because initially this was going to be a two-day job. He cares about the quality of product produced. I seriously and highly recommend FRG Tile Company. Every one of the contractors on his team was professional and hard-working. They paid attention to detail. At one point, they noticed that one of the tiles was broken and took initiative to return it and put a perfect tile. They completed the entire kitchen in less time that they had originally told us. They even were able to work on the weekends so that we could have our kitchen done faster. We are incredibly happy that we went with them. It was the best decision. This left missing and damaged tiles that required replacement. I was fortunate to find Certified Unique Tile. Chris came out to assess the situation and provide a proper quote. He explained the process of providing a sturdy and waterproof foundation. The original tile (Carrara Marble) was manufactured as 11x8.6 size was no longer made so he needed to cut down each tile from 12x12. He was able to perform all the work in one day and my wife and I could not be happier with the results. The tile and grout come out perfect. I recommend Chris for any tile (big or small) work. He really knows his stuff!
