Lorenzo is a true craftsman, very detail oriented and precise. He updated my bathroom practically from studs to finish. Very patient and listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered in a very professional manner. I challenged him with my ideas and he was happy to execute. He was here everyday working full days. His pricing was very reasonable. Lorenzo is a hard worker and a wonderful person. I highly recommend him!!

Lorenzo and his team were wonderful! We needed to tile a new shower and pan from scratch, as well as the bathroom floor. We also wanted the shower to be floated with cement so it was 100% solid. Their team really took the time to do the work properly with every detail made perfect. They were very courteous and accommodating to our requirements, with the expertise to make sure the project was completed to the highest quality. I would be very comfortable recommending Lorenzo to anyone who needs a reliable and reasonably priced tile pro!!! Thank you! Very happy with the results.

Where do I start? This company goes above and beyond your expectations, not only do they do a great job, they give you the best recommendations based on your vision and your budget. If they say it will be done with a dateline, they'll deliver. Can't say enough about these guys. Lorenzo and his brother are experts in their craft.

I could not have found a better Tile Installer then Lorenzo. He helped me throughout the whole process and made suggestions that my my project better. Just look at this beautiful tile floor that looks like brick and has turned our studio into our patio room! Molto Bello Tile is who you want when you care about project perfection from start to finish.

We highly recommend Lorenzo and Bernie. Our existing flooring was half limestone and half carpet. The carpeting was worn and needed to be replaced, so we decided to extend the limestone across the entire first floor. Lorenzo and Bernie have the new tile perfectly aligned and perfectly level with the old tile. You would think it was all done at the same time.

Molto Bello Tile installed 1,200 sq ft of 2' X 4' porcelain tile and also installed the kitchen marble backsplash in my home. Lorenzo and Barnaby are the most professional tradesman I've ever worked with. They started each day by 8am and worked long days for about 6 weeks. Lorenzo very carefully planned the layout to understand where each tile would go and where the challenges would be before laying the first tile. Communication throughout the job was perfect. Every day, Lorenzo kept me well-informed of the next steps so that we were always in sync. This is the way it's supposed to be done. They worked like craftsmen did decades ago, meticulous and uncompromising. Every tile was laid perfectly flat, level, and very well covered with thin-set mortar. No short-cuts. Tile work is messy. Each day, they left the job site clean and always took great care to leave my family with a walking path around freshly laid tile. I honestly don't think you will find a better tile contractor. I am so impressed by the quality of their work and their professionalism that I cannot overstate how happy I am with the finished product. Thank you Lorenzo and Barnaby.

Lorenzo did a fabulous job with our marble mosaic backsplash. He was always here on time, listened to and answered our questions, and made sure we were happy before he finished. He communicated well during the process and we could not be more happy with the result. Bob and I will call him again in the future to do our outdated brick fireplace. Thanks Lorenzo. Chris & Bob

Lorenzo and his Brother are absolutely terrific. From the estimate to the completion of the job, I was thoroughly impressed. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and thoroughness truly show. I could tell they treat the job as if it was their own home and don't cut any corners. I couldn't recommend them higher. If you're looking for tile work give them a call you won't be disappointed!!

Lorenzo is THE MAN! We have used him for two bathrooms and a fireplace and my parents used him to do a backsplash for their kitchen. Each project has been easy, fast, and turned out beautiful! Lorenzo's quotes and pricing are extremely competitive, honest, and straightforward. Before each project, he has always explained potential issues that may arise (such as once taking tile up, the concrete floor may be cracked which would require patching). While working, Lorenzo is quiet and clean. He always showed up on time and would start the day with a quick overview of what they would be working on that day. Most importantly, his work is impeccable. You can tell he is a perfectionist and that shows in every project he has done for us. Would never use another tile guy!

Lorenzo is great to work with. You will not go wrong. He did an amazing job on my bathroom. Always on time, very neat and detailed. His prices are fair and he's honest. I have worked with many contractors before and I would say he's the best!

BEST TILE INSTALLER!! I had researched tile installers to redo my two bathroom floors and my shower floor for a long time. When I called or requested a quote from two companies I saw very well reviewed online, the first one told me he didn't need to come and SEE the job, that he could bid over the phone just based on square footage. The second person I made an inquiry to, told me the same and also told me that he couldn't commit to a date-that he would give me a couple of days notice at most. These were the only bathrooms in my small home and for at least a week, I would have no toilet use. I needed more notice! We are also only in our Orange County home part-time and not being able to plan would not work for us. I found Molto Bello Tile online and reached out to Lorenzo via email with the nature of the job and some pictures. Right away, Lorenzo called me to set up an appointment to come and see the job. That was my first clue that he was a professional. And thank goodness he did! Because he pointed out to me several issues to be considered that the other guys would not have warned me about or included in their quote and they would have surprised me later with some added fee or some work undone to be left for another contractor. For example, when looking at my job, he told me that the existing tile went under the baseboard and under the shower surround (which was NOT being replaced.). Another tile guy who hadn't seen the job would have pulled off the baseboard, scratched up the wall and left me to have someone else reinstall the baseboard and repaint adding $$ to the job. Lorenzo wanted instead to not remove the baseboard and mess up the wall, and wanted to tile just UP to the baseboard and caulk/grout up against the wall. I liked this idea much better. I was laying my tile on the diagonal in both bathrooms and Lorenzo studied the floors like an artist to see exactly where the tiles should be centered in my L shaped bathroom to make sure they looked good from every angle. Lorenzo had to pull up my bathroom floor tile in the master WITHOUT breaking any of the tile surrounding the shower, because I had no extra pieces of that tile. Lorenzo had to find a special drain for my shower because we were tiling OVER the existing tile in the shower, making my original drain too low. He literally went out on the day of the in home estimate to look for this item. Again, a contractor bidding without seeing the shower would have surprised me with this issue later. The two days that Lorenzo did the demo work, he covered and blocked off every other part of the house and as anyone knows, there is a lot of dust in a tile demo. There was not speck of dust outside of the bathrooms. I was pretty shocked. You would never have known there was any demo work. Lorenzo did not break one tile in the surround. He was on time every day, and I began to completely trust him and his brother to be in my home without me. After a couple of days of living in the house with only a portable potty to use, I decided to leave and go back home to Texas and let Lorenzo finish the job without me there. That requires giving them entry to my home. I felt perfectly comfortable with it. Lorenzo is really one of the nicest people I have ever had do work for me and I almost wish I had more work to give him. So, the best I can do, is recommend him as highly as possible to others. I arrived back at my home at least a month after the job was done to find he had cleaned up perfectly and the job was fabulous! No scratches to the wall, no sandy feeling on the floor and nothing for me to clean up. Both toilets he removed to do the work were perfectly back in place and working fine. I cannot recommend Lorenzo highly enough. Excellent communication, trustworthy, respectful and a perfectionist.

Our initial experience with Closet & Garage Remedy was actually when I decided we needed to get all the junk off the floor of our garages. They had become a dump zone, and I thought I just needed overhead rack storage. So I contacted a few overhead storage people, they came out, and - long story short - it turned out not to be the solution for us. I ended up researching wall-based storage systems, and CGR was the first company to schedule a visit. Jeff came out to measure up and show us options. As we talked it through, we saw that we had other needs that could be addressed: putting the freezer somewhere sensible, getting rid of the mish mash of plastic shelves, cabinets, and shoe racks we'd amassed over the years, and getting even more shelving so we could move seasonal decoration to the garage too. We then noticed that CGR does epoxy flooring, something we have been curious about for decades. So we decided Why The Heck Not - and we went for the whole package: epoxy flooring, shelving, and built in cabinets with a workspace. For the first time in 8 houses, we'd have a Grown Up Garage! Top tip for my fellow Yelpers though: plan for more shoe storage than you think. Thank me later! Jeff sketched out the design then and there, and gave us excellent pricing with absolutely no pressure, which was awesome. In short order, Sylvia called us to schedule the work and the installation began: first the epoxy flooring, then the slatwall, cabinets, and shelving. The installation team were super efficient and kept everything clean as they worked and when they finished each day. If there were any issues that we found, they either fixed it the same day or returned to address it without any questions. We were so pleased with the result that we decided to do a second round to add more slatwall and shelving - because there is never too much space for organizing! We have now used up almost all of the shelving and we're still noodling through all the possibilities with the slatwall, but already we feel so much relief and zen from having a neat garage. Not only can we find everything we need without an archaeological expedition, we were able to move a ton of lesser-used items out of our master closet so we could more aesthetically organize that too. So don't think the benefits of garage storage only improve the garage! If you would like to experience the same kind of relief and zen in your garage, I can't recommend CGR enough. You may, like me, also find yourself tempted to extend the zen beyond your garage, like I did with the pantry (my previous review). No matter what you choose, you won't regret it!

Neema called to ensure our questions on install were answered and like clockwork, Manuel and the team showed up ahead of time and installed our flooring with precision. What amazed us was that throughout the process, Manuel checked in multiple times to make sure we were up to date on the work. We added on a 200 sq foot master closet room and originally went to G & A to look at carpeting for the new closet. Not only did Brandon spend a lot of time with us on the carpet (which was a small job), he inquired if there was anything else they could assist with. We quickly learned that G & A does not just specialize in flooring, they provide a wide variety of services. In addition to carpeting, we needed painting, stone for countertops and expanded our project to replacing the tile in our laundry room (a long want on my wish list). I got 5 bids for painting and when combining all the above services, Brandon came in with the most competitive pricing. We went with G & A and are so happy that we did. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us and we felt their prices were very fair. In fact, Brandon offered us options with the stone that were more economical than other brands. Brandon was with us every step of the way! When the tile I picked out for the laundry room was discontinued, he found one very similar which I ended up liking better anyways. When they started the laundry room project, while removing the old baseboards, there was an issue with some of the drywall. Brandon quickly stepped in and had one of his guys perform drywall repair right away so as to not stall the project. They removed and reinstalled the washer/dryer as well. They also updated the 20 year old baseboards to match the rest of the house. All of G & A's laborers that worked in our home were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Brandon kept us advised every step of the way. I STRONGLY recommend G & A for any home improvement needs you may have and don't forget, they do way more than flooring! I am attaching some photos of the closet where they laid carpeting and installed quartz, the tile & painting in the laundry room and the painting of the living room/foyer where the new closet was built above.

A driver operating one of their branded company vehicles was driving in an extremely reckless, aggressive, and illegal manner--speeding at roughly 90 to 100 MPH directly in an exit lane, tailgating dangerously, and nearly rear-ending my vehicle. Using an exit lane as a high-speed passing strip at nearly triple-digit speeds is not just aggressive; it is outright illegal and puts every family and child on local roads in severe danger. A company's professional standards extend to how their employees act behind the wheel of a marked corporate vehicle. If this business tolerates hazardous and unlawful driving in our neighborhoods, it speaks volumes about their internal culture and complete lack of accountability. He gave me a reasonable price with no pressure. The job involved removing the old tub/shower, replacing the plumbing, building a bench, wet-mopping, adding cement-backing, installing porcelain tile, replacing the flooring, adding drywall (including re-stucco-ing, and repainting). Each team - demolition, plumber, framing, wet-mop, tiler, dry-wall/painter - was professional, competent, hardworking, and clean-minded. Keep in mind that this is not a one day job --- mine took 1 1/2 weeks. Joe was always responsive to my calls and kept the job moving. Also, his quote does not include the glass enclosure. Joe sent me a good glass enclosure contractor and he added an additional week - 1 day for estimate, 5 days to cut/temper the glass, and one day to install. I enjoyed watching them work. To get the job done right, there is a lot of expertise involved. My wife was so grateful that she always provided snacks and water for the crews.

I strongly dislike giving reviews lower than three stars. Unfortunately, I cannot give more than…read moretwo stars here, and I should only give 1 star-. My experience with Joe, the manager who handled most of the communication, was terrible. In my opinion, he did not have enough hands-on construction knowledge to properly manage a remodel. He seemed to rely almost entirely on what his employees or subcontractors told him, even when they were wrong. When I pointed out mistakes, he often pushed back, blamed me, or tried to make me pay to fix issues caused by his own crew. A few examples: -We specified grout colors, and they used them on the wrong tiles and areas. -The wrong sinks were ordered. -The wrong faucets were ordered. -The wrong tiles were ordered. -The wrong counter top was delivered. -Kitchen cabinets were faulty and installed improperly. -They promised one type of flooring, then delivered something completely different, including a different color, and installed it incorrectly. -They tried to conceal faulty piping inside my walls. Had I not walked in unexpectedly, I would never have seen it. -They poured a foundation for a small extension without making it deep enough or installing a moisture barrier. We now have tiles showing signs of moisture damage. -They did not repaint several rooms. They cleaned the walls and then claimed the rooms had been painted. -The electrician made serious mistakes, including issues that almost caused a fire in my house. The overall pattern was simple: -They made mistakes. -I had to catch the mistakes. -Joe often tried to shift blame. -They tried to charge me to fix problems they caused. I also felt like Joe tried to take advantage of me financially. He handwrote the quote and invoice, and I trusted that the items we discussed would be handled as agreed. Later, he tried to back away from what had been discussed and claimed certain items were not included. Only after I involved the owner did Joe back down and admit he had made a mistake. There were also major management and communication problems: -Joe is not the contractor who owns the business. -From what I saw, there was no professional contractor consistently supervising the crew. -Joe would come by occasionally, look around, speak with the crew, and leave. -The crew often seemed confused about what needed to be done. -Communication between Joe and the crew appeared poor, which caused constant errors. The crew was also a revolving door. Different people came on different days. One person would start the flooring, and others would come later to finish it. The same thing happened with tile, plumbing, electrical work, and other parts of the project. Each time someone new showed up, they seemed to have little or no idea what had been agreed to. Joe also asked personal questions that made us uncomfortable, including: -Where are you from? -What do you do? -Can I see your cars? -"Wow, you went to that restaurant? It's very expensive." -"This was an expensive house. You must be very rich." That felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a nightmare experience. Never again. The only reason I am giving two stars is that they finished quickly, and by the end, I was simply relieved to have them gone.
