Wish that when we did our whole home remodel we knew about the YARD - would have been awesome to have them in our corner. ALSO, they have relationships with phenomenally talented and professional artisan/fabricators. They connected us with Enrique Ramirez, and WOW! What a guy - gave us results that exceeded our expectations by an order of magnitude, delivered with adroit and sensitive focus on our needs and schedule. Quality of Enrique's work was superb, and price was mind-blowing terrific. Wish I could give six (6) stars. Use the YARD and ask for Enrique on your project!

Him & I previously started at a different place and had really unwelcoming experience; so walking into The Yard we were apprehensive. But from the start walking in we were so happy to be greeted by Wayne. He was welcoming from the start. He walked us through the different slabs, explained the pieces and we never felt any pressure. I ended up falling in love with a granite slab that I wasn't even the color I was looking for- LOL. It was a great deal, I couldn't pass up. Lastly, two days after purchase, I called to inform Wayne that our contractor was going to pick it up the slab. Well our contractor forgot the A-frame and it was caught by the employee and I was immediately given a follow up text. Needless to say my contractor returned the following day with the A-frame and I was given a follow up text when it left. WOW! Talk about great service!! 5 Stars!! Don't hesitate to come here.

I work with homeowners, as a real estate broker and paralegal, and have remodeled many homes,…read more so I'm very particular about workmanship and professionalism. AMD Stone Touch, Inc. exceeded expectations. Nery created a beautiful quartz fireplace face, and also fabricated and installed all of our kitchen countertops and three bathrooms, including slab shower and bath walls, floor and shower tile, and bathroom countertops. The work is truly stunning--the craftsmanship, precision, and overall finish speak for themselves. Working with Nery, Albert, and Albert Jr. was a consistently positive experience. They are knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experts at what they do. Communication was solid throughout, the quality and value reflects their experience. They have many vendors and materials to choose from in their showroom, and will save you time and money. They are busy, so plan ahead, but it's absolutely worth the wait. You will not be disappointed. ****Finished Photos will be added soon, here are just a few!

I wouldn't work with this company again or recommend them. They installed our counters for our…read morekitchen in November and we have spent the last 6 months trying to get them fixed by them. At first, their son Albert was very professional & responsive - something we loved and why we choose them. Then it went downhill. Before they installed our island counter they dropped it and it cracked - we trusted them that they were able to repair it without filler, and I'm still hoping that is the case. Trust has since been lost. At install one of the counter sections was installed crooked - and it took months for them to come out to finally fix it (thankfully they did). I pointed out at that fix that our large island is not level and very noticeably can see the plywood on one side. They told us to get in touch with the owner (Alberto) which took another few months. My husband finally talked to him 3 weeks ago and we scheduled them to come this past Thursday and they were going to bring their whole team to fix it. They told us to remove our plumbing and be ready. Morning of my husband called to confirm before taking our faucet off - Alberto answered and seemed surprised & did not remember the appointment. He then hurriedly said he would call my husband back, then never did. Still has not even after today. I called the office this morning and his wife answered the phone and told me Alberto was on the phone and would call me back. He didn't. They are very responsive during the sale but have been impossible to get ahold of or get them to fix the work they did wrong. Also just a lot of false promises. During the sale, their son Albert, said they would turn my remnant into a cheese board and would deliver it - he never did. It also took about 15 emails to figure out how much remnant we had. I'm hopeful (and determined) we can still get our counter fixed by them - but I guess don't expect straight or level counters if you hire this company. If they do end up fixing, I will be sure to update.

She scheduled the initial visit to make a template and communicated on the day of when the installer was close. Yader and crew did a fabulous job of fabricating the granite. They contacted me when they were ready to fabricate to make sure they were using the area that I liked. They were punctual when ready to install. All in all, it was such a pleasant experience in every step of the way.

I found this company on yelp and was also recommended by some on next door app. The company had excellent ratings and did work for some well known designers. Not going to lie, I was expecting a very steep price. I sent my info on yelp and they responded promptly. They had an option for virtual estimating so I send them some photos, dimensions, and some details. Bereth called me back to ask some follow up questions and then had an estimate ready for me that same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the price but because they never came out to inspect, I was expecting the price to change as we got into it. I contracted them for the job and they scheduled me in. They text me with a confirmation date a week or so out and then text me on that day when they were in their way at the scheduled time they promised. The demo went smooth and their team were professional and left my kitchen clean even though it was demo'd . They scheduled me a week out for the install on the following Friday. We received a calll Thursday with some not so great news but I can confirm, it not their doing and things like that happen. But what I appreciated more was them identifying that there was a slight mismatch in the stone and instead of forcing the install, they called me and told me what they were going to do to make it right. What I thought was going to be a major delay, really was only delayed until Monday. It came out better than we anticipated. They were honest, affordable, professional, clean, and punctual. I would definitely use them again and/or refer them to friends or family.

Pacific Stone just finished installing the quartz countertop for our kitchen on January 11. We…read morelove their products, and their professional team work. We highly recommend Pacific Stone. They exceeded our expectation.. We chose Britannica, a natural stone from Cambria. Their talented design team put the stone together (with vein design), making our kitchen looks amazing. Love it! We bought our cabinets from Kraft Maid from Lowe's. Lowe's sent us to Consentino showroom in Anaheim to get our countertop stone. We spent months visiting many other showrooms in Anaheim, Fountain Valley, City of Industry. Finally we decided to go with Cambria. We went to Pacific Stone Design Center in Anaheim for Cambria showroom. As soon as we entered in their showroom, we love everything that we saw. We met with Fred Zia. He was very professional, showing us around, giving us ideas. We went there 4 times, and each time Fred had lots of patient to explain things to us which we are very grateful. Finally we decided to go with Britannica. Fred worked out an estimate. Dec 9, their measurement guy Rolando came to our house to measure. Their talented design team sent us the layout for approval, later they sent us the pattern for approval. They were fast. Just like magic, the countertop was installed at our house in just one day by Raul and Jose.. It was beautiful, awesome, amazing! We love the finished product so much. On top of that, Irlanda, their coordinator had the plumber out to install the faucet, piping, garbage disposal the next day, so we could use our kitchen. We paid Lowe's in full in May 2021. Cabinets delivered on 9/24. Then four replacement doors arrived 11/10. Installer worked on 12/3, 4, &5. Then 2 hours 12/10, 1/17, still not finished yet. It is like day and night work comparing with Pacific Stone. We are so impressed, and happy with Pacific Stone. We had great experience with them all the way through. Those guys are awesome! Money well spent!

I'm seriously considering requesting a refund and hiring a different company, because this process…read morehas been extremely unprofessional from the start. I was told Ashley would be calling to schedule my countertop appointment. Instead, I received missed calls from "Joan" someone I was never told to expect so I reasonably assumed the calls were unrelated or spam. For weeks, Home Depot continued telling me Ashley would be calling, so I had no way of knowing that Joan's voicemail was actually important. Then the last Home Depot rep I spoke to said "no it is Joan. that would be calling not Ashley. Joan's the coordinator". I was so upset and finally reached out to Joan and explained the mix-up, she said she would handle it, but I never heard back from her or Ashley. I then called Pacific Stone directly and was met with rudeness and zero understanding of the situation. Again, Ashley was "unavailable." I called Joan back. She said she would have Ashlay call me so I waited again. This was a ton of back-and-forth. at this point, I was just very frustrated and waited and hope that someone would call. A few days later, Ashley finally called, and we scheduled a date. I was very clear: I am not available in the mornings. I can only do afternoons. This was not a preference -- it was a firm boundary. She said she would call the day before as a reminder for my appointment and that was that. She left a voicemail the day before, but I missed it - I already knew about the appointment for the afternoon so I didn't feel need to call her back. Then I find out they showed up in the morning anyway. When I called to ask what happened, instead of owning the mistake, Ashley tried to blame me for missing her reminder call. Missing a voicemail does not give them permission to ignore clear instructions. Now Ashley is telling me that she has to get permission for the afternoon appointment. Are you kidding me? If you needed permission for something like this, you should've gotten permission the first time. Now I'm waiting for a callback. Who knows when that will be... I've now call Joan back and requested to speak with the manager, Alex, and I'm waiting for his call because supposedly he was on the other line with someone else. This experience has been confusing, unorganized, and completely unprofessional. It should not take this long or this much back-and-forth just to schedule final measurements for a small corner countertop piece, especially when we have already paid in full. If this is how the scheduling process goes, I'm honestly worried about the installation quality and timeline. Pacific Stone needs to seriously improve communication, internal coordination, and respect for customers' time.
