He started Pee Wee's 8 years ago, made it through the challenges of a pandemic, and now runs the restaurant as a takeout only place. Need somewhere to sit? With some of the most breathtaking views of the Mississippi in front of us, my partner and I sat in our car and dug into the most insanely good meal.
