You get to look at lot of before and after photos they have of their clients. Once you choose that they sent you to this cute room where they give you a blanket and pillows to get comfy and relaxed. They tape up your eyes and put soft relaxing music in the background. It was about an hour to do both eyes. While getting it done you don't feel anything!! My lady had such a soft touch that I didn't even feel the tools she was using! When they finish up they give you a mirror to analyze if there's something you don't like they fix it on the spot.
