I was super excited to bring my girls here as they are Sonic fans. The promo advertisements on the windows and doors were great. The ambiance screamed Sonic. The young lady at the register was very nice. Gave suggestions and answered all our questions. The snow cones looked delicious, but it was just way too much sugar for us. We thought it was just a topping, but there were layers of the candy all throughout the snow cone. Even with that it didn't help the flavor. The majority of the time it tasted just like crushed ice. I mean if they put the flavored syrup in it; it was no where to be found. Great job on the collaboration, but unless they have another collaboration and we want to get some collectible items we will not be back. Overall, this location is a no go us. read more

Came in with some co-works for a cool afternoon treat. We loved all the flavors and options available. You have smoothie, shaved ice, lemonade, and and combination of options available. The menu selection is great and you can always customize. They even have ice cream available. The cream that is customarily included in the smoothie is non dairy but the whipped cream added on top is dairy based- for all my vegan/lactose intolerant folks. I ordered the bahama colada which has an island feel as it serves you this pineapple and coconut flavor. You get to select an additional fruit and I selected banana. It was such a great treat! The smoothie consistency was evenly mixed and very flavorful. I even went back on the weekend for another! It's that great. They have indoor and outdoor patio seating for when you want to enjoy the weather. They have a drive thru for the quick swing ins. the parking lot is small and often a gets crowded with cars and the drive thru line so be patient. read more

We usually like going to Bahama Bucks but tonight had to have been the worst experience ever. We understand if they're short handed, a longer than normal wait time never bothered us. The person taking our order sounded upset over the speaker, so I was going to leave a tip (like we normally do) in hopes that it would make her night a tad better. There was no hello, no proper greeting just rudely blurted out my total, took the money and shut the window. While handing us the order, she didn't even tell me what was what. Just handed it to me with a grumpy look on her face. I waited there after receiving three of the four items I ordered for her to open the window and stare at me like I enjoy sitting in a drive thru for my own good. After staring back at her she asked me, "Did you need something else?" She ended up not charging me for the strawberry bliss and had to charge me at the window. No napkins, no thank you have a good night. She looked, sounded, and presented herself miserably. We have never encountered service like this at this location. Zero stars for today. read more

Welp, I was helping a buddy out by taking them to an appointment down the road so I was a little bored driving around waiting for them, and I located a bahama bucks! Lol, I don't live near one since I live out towards castroville so obviously I don't ever get it. We walked in and were greeted which is always a treat, besides the smell of the fruity/sweet flavors of the syrups. He was very low speaking and all I could hear were his co workers in the background. As he handed it to me I asked does it have strawberry as all I can see is grape. He says yes! Can you say, BAHAMA RAMA MAMA ?! If so, that's a must try when visiting this place. Yes it can be super busy and the service can be a tad slow but if you get the right order... its amazing. I have been going there for years and they have yet to get my order wrong, but I have seen it happen while I'm waiting for my order. In 2018- 2019 I was a frequent flyer (even though I didn't live very close) and would go so much I should have just opened my own franchise. Those people watched my baby belly grow and then understood why I was there so much. I thought those craving would die out after the baby but now it's worst because not only do I still love a good Bahama Rama Mama, but now she can't go without her Tigers blood or Unicorn with pops. Can the service be better? Yeah. Can the product be made better? Yeah. But what I've experienced is that if you go inside, you get a little better customer service, and you get to see your order being made so you can get it corrected.
