Just wanted my nails and cuticles done . When it was all said they did the manicure and the lady put some hand scrubb on and wiped it off with hot towel and put my hand in a bag of wax . They charged me 45 dollars and I didn't know if that was part of the service or not but when they charged me the 45 I figured they must have not understood me and I paid it along with a 10 tip since the lady was nice and did her job . I got home and my wife said that was all wrong since she goes there all the time and the 45 is a full service with a mask , a yellow neck pillow and a ten minute neck massage none of which I got or was offered and wouldn't have accepted anyway . My wife called them to talk with them and they verified with the actually tech who flat out lied and said she did all of the services even a ten minute neck massage . I was blown away that was a straight up lie . I get part of this was my fault for not knowing exactly what I was paying for but to just out right lie to my wife over this is disgusting . Such a simple solution to an issue even a credit on the next visit for the difference would have been a simple solution . The lady said that she will discuss this with Sophia so this wouldn't happen to any other customers in the future and said she was busy with a client and had to go . So basically instead of just making the issue right she insisted that I was being dishonest by saying her nail tech did the services I was charged for . My wife , daughters , and myself will never be going back to this place .

Tom at the front always answers the phone and is super accommodating for scheduling, and the product line they offer from builder gel to regular mani/pedinis still better than any of the other dozen nails salons popping up in the area, the sterilization and sanitation is well kept and the color & design choices are endless. Nathan does my Tap Gel nails and Danny does my pedicure. I can show them any design and they can recreate it better than the pic. As a small business owner myself I understand the stand the importance of reviews that are truthful and honest and this is a business I believe in and will continue to go to.
