Gorgeous, high-quality nail salon! I recently moved to the area and visited Rose Couture for the first time. The manager, Ro, went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience. The tech was knowledgeable about how to care for my short and brittle nails and extremely skilled in transforming them into nails that are - as requested - both classy and beautiful. I love coming here for pedicures! It's such a vibe from the moment you walk in. You check in for your appointment on a kiosk and choose your type of pedicure as well as the type of beverage you'd like. After choosing our colors, my mom and I were brought over to our pedicure chairs. The pedicure was nice and relaxing as always. 10/10 in my book. Rose Couture Nail Salon is absolutely beautiful! The pink aesthetic is so chic, welcoming, and makes every visit feel like a treat. I've been coming here for quite some time and regularly bring both clients and out-of-town friends because I know they'll have a great experience. Out of all my visits, there was only one time I wasn't completely happy with my nails. When I returned two days later, the manager was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely apologetic. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted and paid for. A special shoutout to Tee, who is a phenomenal nail technician! I don't know where to start!! Adorable interior decor, my nail lady was very sweet to me! Overall the vibe was definitely there! My nails look amazing. Tanya (I hope I spelled that right!) gave such good conversation the entire time. The silence between our talks didn't feel awkward either like with a couple of other nail techs I've been to. I got dipped powder with a base charge of $45. They have you sign in on iPads (which is awesome because you see all the prices laid out before) and get to pick everything you want! It was $5 extra for the tips, and $5 extra for my almond shape. I paid $55 not counting the tip which isn't bad! Normal for a nail salon. If you go, ask for Tanya!! read more

Found this spot on a whim with my girlfriends for a nice pedicure and they outdid themselves! The place is pretty in pink, super clean and well kept and the pricing/menu is very easy to understand as well. i've honestly never seen a salon run so smoothly with the short wait times, immediately cleaning of the space and chairs after each guest, super comfy massage chairs and easily selectable menu. the decor of the space is just a plus! arguably best part was the clear cut pricing with no room for secret added fees which made it so much easier to actually relax and enjoy my experience and not worry about how much i'm gonna need to shell out afterwards. my french tip gel pedi was exactly what I asked for, 10/10 would come again! read more

I used to really like coming here, but the past 10 times have been super inconsistent, so I will probably find a new salon. Sometimes it's good, other times it's not at all. This last experience was not comfortable for me and I don't really feel like I received care or service from my manicurist. The woman who did my pedicure has always been good and very detailed. She also has always tried to make me feel relaxed and I could tell she could tell I was not relaxed. I did a walk in appointment but it was not busy at all. I don't understand why the man who did my manicure was in such a rush. I'll admit when the manager asked me how it was while I paid, I should have been more blunt than I was. I said the pedicure was definitely better than the manicure. The manicurist dumped the water that my fingers were soaking in into the pedicure tub while my feet were still in it, which I felt was odd because it was cold used water and my feet were soaking in warm water. But I let it go. While doing my nails, he was in such a rush he did 2 uneven gel coats and that was it. Perhaps 2 coats is normal, but I've honestly always experienced more than 2. So, again i was bothered but I let it go. He did a very lazy massage but I paid for the starter tier manicure so again I let that go. However, when he put the lotion on, he didn't brush away the nail powder from after taking the drill to my nails, so the massage was gritty. I found that odd because again, they really weren't that busy. Why the rush? After the lotion, typically they bring out a hot towel, wrap your arms in the towel and rub excess off of your skin. He brought the hot towel and tossed it onto my arms. Then walked away. Then came back and took the towel, then came back with a new towel to do it over only after the woman doing my pedicure said something. I don't know if he was in training but I overall just felt really uncared for. I only tipped because the woman doing my pedicure tried her best to make sure I was relaxed. I don't think I should ever walk out of a nail salon with excess polish on my skin. I've had other experiences here that were not good either. I didn't write reviews about those because I know humans are humans and these employees work hard. But this truly felt dispassionate and rushed. read more

For starters, I love that the space is all pink- my favorite color. They always have someone at the front ready to help you check in. the drink options are nice and they usually add a fun one. I've been here at least 4 times now and have loved it each time. I bring fun designs that I see online and they make it come to life! I usually see May, however today I was able to see May and Erik- both were great. May had another customer coming soon so my time was split with her doing builder gel and Erik doing the designs. This isn't typical but it was a winter storm day, they worked it out. Love the work and the fact that it's clean, they have a really nice lady who helps to keep the place clean- so thankful for her as well! read more

I tried my luck with a walk in appointment on a Tuesday at 6 pm. I was greatly promptly and instructed to sign in on one of the iPads. My first impression of this salon was HOLY SMOKES. It was absolutely STUNNING inside and incredibly clean. I requested the Chocolate-Tini pedicure and it was amazing. The attention to detail, complimentary drink, Hershey kisses to snack on- they made me feel pampered and so relaxed. The foot and leg massage was one of the best I've ever received with a pedicure. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. read more

I typically LOVE this place. I got a gel manicure & basic pedicure. The gel manicure tech was very friendly, thorough and did a great job. However, my pedicure tech was hurried. She asked to trim my toe nails but cut 2 of them too short and it looked weird. She also only applied 2 coats of white polish and hurried through the clear top coat. I had to touch them up myself when I got home. I also requested up front that she just focus on my feet and NO LEGS. She replied "no legs?" So she understood... Yet 3 more times, I had to say "no legs". I was polite about it but obviously annoyed. When she finished, she just got up & walked away. The manicurist even noticed and seemed a little surprised. So she missed out on a tip, but I generously tipped the manicurist. I will go back here but do not want the same woman to do a pedicure for me again. read more

Like many other comments- I booked an apt online- chose a specific nail tech to do pedicure (I read reviews carefully). They called the night before asking if I had preferred nail tech, I said yes the one I chose, they acknowledged and hung up. Well Aaron, was not my nail tech. I read great reviews about HIM and another lady came and started my pedicure. Annoying- but not a deal breaker since I USED to love this place. Well during pedicure, I notice her chopping my big toe nails into a point? I was confused. When I got to my car I noticed how painful they were. Went back inside to show to manager to ask if this was "normal" maybe I had ingrown toe nails she was digging at? I was unsure. Welp- he straight up said "oh, not normal.... Ugh... gels on me next time HA" Gel on you? No. Comp my $75 pedicure. Tell me what I need to do if ingrown start coming in on both big toes. Reach out to me a couple days later and ask if I'm ok? So disappointing. read more

Service was alright which is why I'm giving it 3 stars (3.5 if I can). I had high expectations given the reviews on the salon AND the manicurist I chose. The entire nail appt felt super rushed without a peep from the guy the entire time (lol). I did gel polish and it started chipping only a few days after (which hasn't happened in the past) and I could've done a way better job myself because the polish is literally all over my cuticles. read more

Very disappointed with my experience today. I booked a 4:00 PM Couture pedicure and was left waiting with no communication. I originally scheduled with Diane, but by 4:15 I said anyone was fine. Someone didn't come over until around 4:22, and by then I no longer had time to even get the service and had to leave. This was especially frustrating because I had tried this salon once before with my daughters after a friend recommended it over my usual place and loved it. It was going to be my new place that I would continue to book services with. I was hoping for a similar experience, but this visit completely changed my mind. There was no attempt to remedy the situation--no apology, no effort to accommodate the delay, nothing. If you're okay with not being seen at your scheduled appointment time, this may not bother you. I personally expect punctuality and respect for my time, and this fell far short. read more

I've never been in a more disorganized nail salon. I set up an appointment with a technician who had great reviews on their website. When I walked in, checked in, the front desk lady asked if I cared who did my nails... yes... that is why I booked with a specific person. I almost accommodated and said -- no I don't mind -- but then I checked my email and confirmed that I had chosen a person. I then was sent over to an iPad, which gave the impression that I was rebooking the appointment. I got confused because I had literally just checked in, so I went back to the front desk lady and showed my reservation but she informed me I had only booked gel... not a manicure. So I needed to go back and sign in and specify my services. So I did -- but it was basically the same experience as booking the appointment, so it seemed inefficient. I did see the purpose, because I was offered the ability to book my complimentary drink. Finally, after rebooking/rechecking-in, specifying the services, and picking my drink, the front desk lady gestured towards some nail colors, and told me to pick a color. I grabbed a blush pink color, and sat back down. She came back and said my station is ready, I showed her the color, and she recommended I take a photo of the polish and leave the colors behind. Unbeknownst to me -- I had picked a dip. I had no indication that I had picked a dip, but when a man came by to grab the color for me -- he let me know I chose a dip. I said, oh I'm so sorry -- can you help me find a similar color? He said to wait -- and that my tech would be back soon. Next my tech came over and I let them know that I accidentally picked a dip, and that the other man had let me know. I showed them the photo, and they said -- yeah that is dip. And I was like, yes -- I understand that now... but maybe you all can find something similar or tell me where to go to find the gel. They said that I chose a dip color, but I had a gel reservation, and started to remove my gel polish. At which point, I basically decided this would keep being a conversation if I didn't stop them from reiterating that I had picked a dip, so I straight up asked to please show me where the gel is... so I can re-pick (since no one else was offering me this solution). After my existing gel was removed, I was able to go over and pick my new gel color. It was a totally different table than had initially been indicated towards. And fortunately the technician did a great job. However, I realized I never got my complimentary drink, so I still dont know the purpose of the second sign-in station on the iPad. I dunno -- I guess that I confused everyone too much by picking a dip instead of a gel. I would go back if they streamlined the check-in process and clearly identified where to find the gel polish. read more

Went today for dip nails and pedicure. The pedicure was excellent and tech was very nice however, dip nails went astray! I'm desperately on the hunt for a salon that doesn't try to nickel and dime you to death - went to check out and was charges $5 for shaping - shaping the shape I came in with which was round/oval. Not almond, stiletto, coffin, or any other fancy shape but...oval/round "because they had to use a file" which I would think is part of the $45 to get your nails dipped. I'm finding this behavior is common bc most people accept it - $5 isn't a lot of money but times 300 customers a day without reason after an already expensive, less than par nail experience, adds up. I hate that this is more common than not these days and I wish nail salons would set themselves apart with transparency and simplicity. Sure - charge for length, charge for specific custom shapes but come on, round and oval? The originals...that's just crazy. Again, pedicure was phenomenal though! read more

This was my first time at this location and I came in for a pedicure & nails. I wanted some designs on my nails for an upcoming concert & they told me I could do dip so that's what I was going to do- while talking to the gentleman who did my nails I mentioned that I usually do gel-X but I go to a home tech who I wasn't able to get in with. I got talked into trying gel X with him and so I did it. He did a great job with the design but I'm not sure what happened with the gel or the light to cure it but he had to redo one of my thumbs a couple times cause it wasn't curing- the design on my thumbs came out a little funky but at that point I didn't really care cause I had been there for a while. I paid $120 for just my hands which was a lot more than I would've paid if I just went with my home tech but it was fine i was in a pinch and needed my nails done. Fast forward 9 days later, the gel on my thumb started peeling somehow (didn't realize it still wasn't cured under the first layer so there was bubbles on my thumbs) & now I'm going to have to remove these. I think I'm more a little upset at the amount of money I paid and how long they lasted. Don't get me wrong the people were nice and the pedicure was nice too but I don't think I'll be coming back cause it's not worth the money. I don't have pictures of what my nails looked like right after just due to the fact that my cuticles were green from the airbrush lol but I here's them a little over a week later! read more

I enjoyed my experience at this location of Rose Couture, and am happy with my pedicure. The front desk staff were welcoming, and my nail tech was nice and addressed my concerns. The actual salon was beautiful. All the pink, flowers, and decor including a swing made the place look so luxurious and inviting. It is big and has a lot of spa chairs. I definitely recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait. Now that I have visited, I do prefer this location over the Dallas one. read more

That completely changed the way I view this business. Offering an additional service with a clearly stated price is one thing. Privately discussing how much more you think you can get someone to spend because of their profession or perceived wealth, while assuming your customers cannot understand you, is something entirely different. After hearing these conversations myself, I no longer trust their billing or upselling practices. If you choose to go here, I would pay very close attention to exactly what you agree to and what you are ultimately charged.

I showed her the little box of rhinestones and said please add this on to the service, I know it's extra, thank you! She said ok and then that was it. I could do her job better than her and it's her fault for not taking initiative and not paying attention, not relaying that request to the nail tech if the sweet nail tech gentleman I had doesn't speak English. For me, paying for a nail service but then just flat out not getting what you ask for is a dealbreaker. What did I get? A polite & earnest excuse masking a lecture at the end as I'm paying, that next time I should ask for it better. Uggggghh. If it was my business, I'd fix the problem then and there vs telling the customer what to do differently next time. I do respect the owner like I said, she has good people skills and was all sweet and telling us we can get the nail design on a future visit and then something about taking 20% off today's service. How can you argue with that. But ya, I just left sad and defeated and not exactly enthusiastic to come back. I respect them, I think they do beautiful nails, it's clear their heart is in it and they're trying, and like I said the salon is gorgeous. But there's always some kind of fumble or miscommunication or story.

I handpicked this place based on my Google search for highly rated nail salons in Allen... I requested a gel manicure. "Amy" started off by complaining constantly throughout the process, of course in Vietnamese, that my builder gel was taking too long to take off. Not my fault. Builder gel is indeed sturdier and takes extra time but she spent entirely way too long because she didn't know what it was. Her male coworker next to her had to explain what it was. Then charged $10 (for taking off 7 of 10 cause I had already took 3 off) without telling me. I'm Vietnamese so I understood every word and was just waiting on her to inform me. Really, it would have been quicker and without burning my left index finger with the drill, to soak them in acetone after filling the top coat off. How do I know? Cause I usually do it home so I would not have to pay for it but I was on vacation so there's that. The cuticle cleanup was subpar. Did not apply any cuticle softener or remover like her coworker did two work stations over. My cuticles still look ragged. The shaping was uneven but that's pretty common between all the places Ive been to. About 9 times out of 10, I need to reshape them myself. Lastly, her polish skills are way below expectations. The gel flooded into my cuticles and she spent too long trying to clean it up after it cured, so now my gel is lifting after one week. I showed my bf and asked him what's wrong with my nails? He quickly said they look uneven... I'm picky about my nails and I do not request do-overs, I just fix it myself. It cost me approx $45 + $5 tip (because I don't believe not tipping).

I don't get my nails done often at all (like maybe 4 times in my life ever) and this was the first time I did it alone. I was so nervous because I'm not normally comfortable in beauty environments but they set me at ease quickly and were so kind and gentle!
