I got dipped powder with a base charge of $45. They have you sign in on iPads (which is awesome because you see all the prices laid out before) and get to pick everything you want! I typically LOVE this place. I got a gel manicure & basic pedicure. The gel manicure tech was very friendly, thorough and did a great job. However, my pedicure tech was hurried. She asked to trim my toe nails but cut 2 of them too short and it looked weird. She also only applied 2 coats of white polish and hurried through the clear top coat. I had to touch them up myself when I got home. I also requested up front that she just focus on my feet and NO LEGS. She replied "no legs?" So she understood... Yet 3 more times, I had to say "no legs". I was polite about it but obviously annoyed. When she finished, she just got up & walked away. The manicurist even noticed and seemed a little surprised. So she missed out on a tip, but I generously tipped the manicurist. I will go back here but do not want the same woman to do a pedicure for me again. read more

I love coming here for pedicures! It's such a vibe from the moment you walk in. You check in for your appointment on a kiosk and choose your type of pedicure as well as the type of beverage you'd like. I used to really like coming here, but the past 10 times have been super inconsistent, so I will probably find a new salon. Sometimes it's good, other times it's not at all. This last experience was not comfortable for me and I don't really feel like I received care or service from my manicurist. The woman who did my pedicure has always been good and very detailed. She also has always tried to make me feel relaxed and I could tell she could tell I was not relaxed. I did a walk in appointment but it was not busy at all. I don't understand why the man who did my manicure was in such a rush. I'll admit when the manager asked me how it was while I paid, I should have been more blunt than I was. I said the pedicure was definitely better than the manicure. The manicurist dumped the water that my fingers were soaking in into the pedicure tub while my feet were still in it, which I felt was odd because it was cold used water and my feet were soaking in warm water. But I let it go. While doing my nails, he was in such a rush he did 2 uneven gel coats and that was it. Perhaps 2 coats is normal, but I've honestly always experienced more than 2. So, again i was bothered but I let it go. He did a very lazy massage but I paid for the starter tier manicure so again I let that go. However, when he put the lotion on, he didn't brush away the nail powder from after taking the drill to my nails, so the massage was gritty. I found that odd because again, they really weren't that busy. Why the rush? After the lotion, typically they bring out a hot towel, wrap your arms in the towel and rub excess off of your skin. He brought the hot towel and tossed it onto my arms. Then walked away. Then came back and took the towel, then came back with a new towel to do it over only after the woman doing my pedicure said something. I don't know if he was in training but I overall just felt really uncared for. I only tipped because the woman doing my pedicure tried her best to make sure I was relaxed. I don't think I should ever walk out of a nail salon with excess polish on my skin. I've had other experiences here that were not good either. I didn't write reviews about those because I know humans are humans and these employees work hard. But this truly felt dispassionate and rushed. read more

I tried my luck with a walk in appointment on a Tuesday at 6 pm. I was greatly promptly and instructed to sign in on one of the iPads. My first impression of this salon was HOLY SMOKES. It was absolutely STUNNING inside and incredibly clean. I requested the Chocolate-Tini pedicure and it was amazing. For starters, I love that the space is all pink- my favorite color. They always have someone at the front ready to help you check in. the drink options are nice and they usually add a fun one. I've been here at least 4 times now and have loved it each time. I bring fun designs that I see online and they make it come to life! I usually see May, however today I was able to see May and Erik- both were great. May had another customer coming soon so my time was split with her doing builder gel and Erik doing the designs. This isn't typical but it was a winter storm day, they worked it out. Like many other comments- I booked an apt online- chose a specific nail tech to do pedicure (I read reviews carefully). I read great reviews about HIM and another lady came and started my pedicure. Annoying- but not a deal breaker since I USED to love this place. Went back inside to show to manager to ask if this was "normal" maybe I had ingrown toe nails she was digging at? I was unsure. Welp- he straight up said "oh, not normal.... Very disappointed with my experience today. I booked a 4:00 PM Couture pedicure and was left waiting with no communication. I originally scheduled with Diane, but by 4:15 I said anyone was fine. Someone didn't come over until around 4:22, and by then I no longer had time to even get the service and had to leave. This was especially frustrating because I had tried this salon once before with my daughters after a friend recommended it over my usual place and loved it. It was going to be my new place that I would continue to book services with. I was hoping for a similar experience, but this visit completely changed my mind. There was no attempt to remedy the situation--no apology, no effort to accommodate the delay, nothing. If you're okay with not being seen at your scheduled appointment time, this may not bother you. I've never been in a more disorganized nail salon. I set up an appointment with a technician who had great reviews on their website. When I walked in, checked in, the front desk lady asked if I cared who did my nails... yes... that is why I booked with a specific person. I almost accommodated and said -- no I don't mind -- but then I checked my email and confirmed that I had chosen a person. I then was sent over to an iPad, which gave the impression that I was rebooking the appointment. I got confused because I had literally just checked in, so I went back to the front desk lady and showed my reservation but she informed me I had only booked gel... not a manicure. So I needed to go back and sign in and specify my services. So I did -- but it was basically the same experience as booking the appointment, so it seemed inefficient. I did see the purpose, because I was offered the ability to book my complimentary drink. Finally, after rebooking/rechecking-in, specifying the services, and picking my drink, the front desk lady gestured towards some nail colors, and told me to pick a color. I grabbed a blush pink color, and sat back down. She came back and said my station is ready, I showed her the color, and she recommended I take a photo of the polish and leave the colors behind. Unbeknownst to me -- I had picked a dip. I had no indication that I had picked a dip, but when a man came by to grab the color for me -- he let me know I chose a dip. I said, oh I'm so sorry -- can you help me find a similar color? He said to wait -- and that my tech would be back soon. Next my tech came over and I let them know that I accidentally picked a dip, and that the other man had let me know. I showed them the photo, and they said -- yeah that is dip. And I was like, yes -- I understand that now... but maybe you all can find something similar or tell me where to go to find the gel. They said that I chose a dip color, but I had a gel reservation, and started to remove my gel polish. At which point, I basically decided this would keep being a conversation if I didn't stop them from reiterating that I had picked a dip, so I straight up asked to please show me where the gel is... so I can re-pick (since no one else was offering me this solution). After my existing gel was removed, I was able to go over and pick my new gel color. It was a totally different table than had initially been indicated towards. And fortunately the technician did a great job. However, I realized I never got my complimentary drink, so I still dont know the purpose of the second sign-in station on the iPad. I dunno -- I guess that I confused everyone too much by picking a dip instead of a gel. I would go back if they streamlined the check-in process and clearly identified where to find the gel polish. read more

Went today for dip nails and pedicure. The pedicure was excellent and tech was very nice however, dip nails went astray! I'm desperately on the hunt for a salon that doesn't try to nickel and dime you to death - went to check out and was charges $5 for shaping - shaping the shape I came in with which was round/oval. Not almond, stiletto, coffin, or any other fancy shape but...oval/round "because they had to use a file" which I would think is part of the $45 to get your nails dipped. I'm finding this behavior is common bc most people accept it - $5 isn't a lot of money but times 300 customers a day without reason after an already expensive, less than par nail experience, adds up. I hate that this is more common than not these days and I wish nail salons would set themselves apart with transparency and simplicity. Sure - charge for length, charge for specific custom shapes but come on, round and oval? The originals...that's just crazy. Again, pedicure was phenomenal though! read more

This was my first time at this location and I came in for a pedicure & nails. I wanted some designs on my nails for an upcoming concert & they told me I could do dip so that's what I was going to do- while talking to the gentleman who did my nails I mentioned that I usually do gel-X but I go to a home tech who I wasn't able to get in with. I got talked into trying gel X with him and so I did it. He did a great job with the design but I'm not sure what happened with the gel or the light to cure it but he had to redo one of my thumbs a couple times cause it wasn't curing- the design on my thumbs came out a little funky but at that point I didn't really care cause I had been there for a while. I paid $120 for just my hands which was a lot more than I would've paid if I just went with my home tech but it was fine i was in a pinch and needed my nails done. Fast forward 9 days later, the gel on my thumb started peeling somehow (didn't realize it still wasn't cured under the first layer so there was bubbles on my thumbs) & now I'm going to have to remove these. I think I'm more a little upset at the amount of money I paid and how long they lasted. Don't get me wrong the people were nice and the pedicure was nice too but I don't think I'll be coming back cause it's not worth the money. I don't have pictures of what my nails looked like right after just due to the fact that my cuticles were green from the airbrush lol but I here's them a little over a week later! read more

If I make an appointment, I expect to be seated in my appointment time. I made an appointment online. When I showed up, the receptionist said that they tried to call me to confirm my appointment. I told her that either I never received a call or I receive so many spam calls to where I don't answer unknown calls. I was sent at least three text messages asking me to confirm my appointment with Lexi. If I'm able to book online and book with a specific person then why when I show up do you say that it did not confirm your online booking with a specific person that makes no sense. Even in the text messages it said that I had booked Lexi. So I told them when I showed up if I am not seated with a person in 10 minutes I was going to leave. I believe if I show up to my appointment on time and I booked it online it has nothing to do with me if your booking system doesn't actually book the person. That is a flaw that needs to be handled within the company itself. So once I was finally seated, appointment was supposed to be at 2:15 was assigned a person around 2:45 I felt like the person that was working on my feet was rushing. If I am paying $55 for a pedicure, I expect for you to spend a decent amount of time on my feet, especially with the cuticle clipping I felt that was extremely fast as I haven't had a pedicure in over two months. The pedicure itself was OK not sure that I would be back. I've had better. I am just relocating back to the Dallas area from Houston and in Houston the salon I would go to would set a timer so that you actually know how much time a person is spending on your massage on your feet. I don't feel like she spent that much time on my feet again the pedicure was just OK. The place itself looks extremely nice for Instagram moments, but it's not worth the money if I'm not going to get a quality pedicure and be seated on time. read more

This was an EXCELLENT experience beginning to end! Hubby and I are on a quick trip to attend a friend's elaborate 40th bday party and our nails needed some TLC, so I got to searching Yelp for options. Not only did this place look beautiful, but the reviews mentioned it's a newer location and the service was good. We came as walk-ins and we're directed to the tablets on the wall to check-in and select our services. Before you can confirm, the program reminds you to select a drink! While we waited, I took pics in the angel wings photo set-up. Before we could wrap that up, they were ready for us and I hadn't even selected my nail color yet! Everything was wonderful: the conversation with my manicurist (who did my mani simultaneously while i got my pedi), the hand and leg massages, the hot towels on both hands and feet, the atmosphere and ambiance. It was relaxing and inviting and honestly perfection. Understanding that I needed my nails to last through the party the next evening (y'all know how hard it is to maintain regular polish), my manicurist waited about 10 mins and came back to add an extra layer of top coat to help me preserve the color. My pedi Irish seemed to rush through the color and for some reason it took very long to dry. I was so disappointed to see that I smeared one of my toes almost 25 minutes after leaving the shop when I thought they were dry ‍ Anyhoo, this was a great experience beginning to end. My husband enjoyed his manipedi as well and was very impressed by the use of technology and the efficiency of the process. He commented that this is the best run mail shop we've ever visited. If/when back in Dallas Metro, I'd definitely come back here! UPDATE: My manicure (remember, with regular polish) lasted a full 4 days before the first sign of wear. I usually go to the Prosper location, but knew I needed to check out this location too since it recently opened. As expected, it is beautifully pink inside and the decor is decked out with roses and all the different shades of pink you can think of. I had an appointment to get my nails and pedicure done at the same time but ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for someone to become available to do my pedicure. It ended up working out though since my nails took a little longer with the designs. Overall, they did a great job with what I asked them to do but since this location is a bit further for me, I'll probably stick with the Prosper location. read more

I understand it took my nail tech about an hour to do the tips I had requested so when he started working on the cherries, it was very rushed. Im in lve with my miniature French mani!!! It took me a YEAR to find my nail spot after moving from NY. I have not done my nails since July of 2023 because I gave up trying to find that perfect spot & TODAY, a year after the big move and 10 months of naked nails (hence the miniature nail size) I've found my nail tech. I sat back and relaxed after Tram, assured me that she will take care of my nails - after my very specific requests. She was patient and reassuring and let me tell you she delivered!!!
