The area was hurting since i left but i didnt look at it until i got home as we had some errands to run. As soon as i saw the transplant had been ripped out and on my left brow , the site was bleeding, i called immediately to cancel my rescheduled appt . I also told the lady on the phone what happened and she gasped and said "oh no , i am so sorry ". I appreciate that but it wasn't her fault. Id like an apology from the actual girl that hurt me and an acknowledgement of her mistake. I messaged them on instagram and they keep saying she applied gentle pressure and worked there many years. I can guarantee you , it was anything but gentle and the picture shows where the hair is missing and where i was bleeding. I really did like this place and referred a couple friends.
