Went here at the end of January because I won 10 units for my forehead. Ended up getting like 24 units and figured it would work great. NOPE. Not only do they try and upsell you at every turn, but I guarantee they dilute their injectables. Mine lasted less than a month. I was so pissed since money doesn't grow on trees for me, and I save up for Botox and other injectables. Don't go here or any location. Previously went to the Downey location to get lip filler for the first time. And although they did great being that it was my first time I feel like the filler went down drastically after 2 months. I was told it might happen. So decided to get lip filler once again at this location with Crystal . And I loved my results. It's been 6 months now and they still look good. Very natural and way more symmetrical than the previous time. I go again tomorrow for a touch up and to add more volume as they went down some. As much as I would have liked to leave a positive review, I feel the need to share my experience after receiving a microneedling treatment here. I previously had microneedling done at their Chino location and my skin healed beautifully within a week, which is why I felt confident booking another session. Unfortunately, this experience was very different and extremely disappointing. It has now been two weeks since my treatment, and instead of improvement, my skin looks and feels worse. I am experiencing increased texture, visible enlarged pores, sensitivity, breakouts, blotchy redness, and significant hyperpigmentation that was not present before the session. I've also developed raised red blotches on my face--especially on my right cheek--that have not gone away. The nurse who performed the treatment, Crystal, was kind and professional, however I believe the microneedling was done too aggressively. During the session, she mentioned increasing the depth "for better results." I specifically expressed that I did not want an aggressive treatment, as my skin did not need it. Despite numbing cream, the procedure was painful at times--very different from my prior experience, which involved no pain at all. I understand that microneedling should be customized to each individual, and this felt more like a one-size-fits-all approach rather than one tailored to my skin. I did not expect a treatment meant to improve my skin to leave it in worse condition. I initially posted a review on Google and did not receive any response or follow-up, which is why I am sharing my experience here as well. This outcome has genuinely affected my confidence, and I hope the business takes accountability and reaches out to address what happened. There are some medical spas that charge luxury prices without providing the consumer with a luxury experience. NakedMD is simply not that spa. I received Collagel undereye injections ($499) from Samantha and my experience was flawless. Everyone was so kind and informative, I felt so safe and cared for in Samantha's hands! The Collagel was pretty darn painless and as you can see from the photo, the results take a minute to process but there's an immediate difference. Before choosing this place, I did my research and it looked very professional. Since it was my first time getting fillers, I was really excited and hoped for a beautiful, professional outcome. Unfortunately, that's not what I got. After the filler was applied, I noticed what looked like blisters on my lower lip. When I went back for a follow‑up, the consultant's response was dismissive. She told me it was just part of my anatomy and made me feel like I was overreacting instead of listening to my concerns. They only gave me a quick lip massage, which didn't fix the issue. I went to another professional for a second opinion and was told the filler had been placed too superficially, which is why it looked like blisters. It was really disappointing because I trusted this place to be professional, and they didn't deliver the level of care or expertise I expected. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because they did apply a bit more Botox to my TMJs during the follow‑up, because that treatment also wasn't effective. read more

Soooo I was a first timer to have any kind of needle anywhere on my face and was really nervous. Nervous for how it would make me look and nervous on how the procedure would feel. BUT when I came for my appointment I was greeted by a friendly staff member (I'm a jerk I forgot her name, sorry) who helped answer my questions and made me feel comfortable.
