First time at this location and I had such a pleasant experience. This one is located inside the Bank of America building on the 8th floor. There's a parking structure right next to it so it's super easy to get to. As soon as I arrived the ladies at the front desk were super attentive and offered water. I got the Naked Glow Radiesse procedure done and the process was so seamless. They drew my blood easily and once they were ready to inject, they offered me a distraction tool and talked through the process with me. The injections themselves didn't hurt much, it was just more of an initial poke but was fine immediately after. Today is the second day and there's no bruising whatsoever and already feel like there's a nice difference to my face. Today I went in for a consultation. I was unsure of what I wanted to do. Thankfully the nurse assistant and nurse practitioner went over my options. After my consultation they were able to do same day services. I ended up doing 1ml lip filler and a lip flip. My nurse practitioner was Crystal and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough with the procedure. I am not one to like needles and although the numbing cream was helpful I would say the pain was 7/10 (I also have low pain tolerance). I started getting lip filler and tox in 2022 at the Chino Hills location with MAUREEN, and I was always very happy with her work. She treated me twice before being moved to another location. After that, I went to the Newport location, but the experience was very different. The results didn't seem to last--the filler faded quickly and the tox felt ineffective. I raised my concerns and tried reaching out several times over nearly a year, but eventually gave up and started looking elsewhere. Because my initial experience in Chino Hills had been so positive, I decided to give them one more chance. This time, I went to the Anaheim location, which I believe is the newest--and I'm so glad I did. I believe my provider's name was Ivy, and she did a beautiful job. She took her time, listened carefully, and made sure I was completely happy before I left. The entire staff was also incredibly kind and understanding. Not long after my appointment, I became very ill and was hospitalized in an induced coma for three weeks. When I finally woke up, my lips were still full and looked great. Previously went to the Downey location to get lip filler for the first time. And although they did great being that it was my first time I feel like the filler went down drastically after 2 months. I was told it might happen. So decided to get lip filler once again at this location with Crystal . And I loved my results. It's been 6 months now and they still look good. Very natural and way more symmetrical than the previous time. I go again tomorrow for a touch up and to add more volume as they went down some. Went here at the end of January because I won 10 units for my forehead. Ended up getting like 24 units and figured it would work great. NOPE. Not only do they try and upsell you at every turn, but I guarantee they dilute their injectables. Mine lasted less than a month. As much as I would have liked to leave a positive review, I feel the need to share my experience after receiving a microneedling treatment here. I previously had microneedling done at their Chino location and my skin healed beautifully within a week, which is why I felt confident booking another session. Unfortunately, this experience was very different and extremely disappointing. It has now been two weeks since my treatment, and instead of improvement, my skin looks and feels worse. I am experiencing increased texture, visible enlarged pores, sensitivity, breakouts, blotchy redness, and significant hyperpigmentation that was not present before the session. I've also developed raised red blotches on my face--especially on my right cheek--that have not gone away. The nurse who performed the treatment, Crystal, was kind and professional, however I believe the microneedling was done too aggressively. During the session, she mentioned increasing the depth "for better results." I specifically expressed that I did not want an aggressive treatment, as my skin did not need it. Despite numbing cream, the procedure was painful at times--very different from my prior experience, which involved no pain at all. I understand that microneedling should be customized to each individual, and this felt more like a one-size-fits-all approach rather than one tailored to my skin. I did not expect a treatment meant to improve my skin to leave it in worse condition. I initially posted a review on Google and did not receive any response or follow-up, which is why I am sharing my experience here as well. This outcome has genuinely affected my confidence, and I hope the business takes accountability and reaches out to address what happened. I received Collagel undereye injections ($499) from Samantha and my experience was flawless. Everyone was so kind and informative, I felt so safe and cared for in Samantha's hands! Before choosing this place, I did my research and it looked very professional. Since it was my first time getting fillers, I was really excited and hoped for a beautiful, professional outcome. Unfortunately, that's not what I got. After the filler was applied, I noticed what looked like blisters on my lower lip. When I went back for a follow‑up, the consultant's response was dismissive. She told me it was just part of my anatomy and made me feel like I was overreacting instead of listening to my concerns. They only gave me a quick lip massage, which didn't fix the issue. I went to another professional for a second opinion and was told the filler had been placed too superficially, which is why it looked like blisters. It was really disappointing because I trusted this place to be professional, and they didn't deliver the level of care or expertise I expected. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because they did apply a bit more Botox to my TMJs during the follow‑up, because that treatment also wasn't effective. read more
