When I came in about a month ago I specifically said my main concern was the "11 lines" between my brows. I spent 400 dollars and my lines are so noticeable. Two weeks after getting treat a manager called me to check in (same manager that was throwing me a hard sales pitch, when i went in) ) It was a young male manager and he made a joke about it. DO NOT get BOTCHED! I paid a lot of money to have a tattoo removed from my finger and the nurse burned me really bad. I have a horrible scar now and it has been so difficult to get any help with this issue. They refuse to refund me and Amanda in corporate is so rude she will not return my calls or emails. They were so quick to take my money but giving me such a hard time to refund it. I specifically asked for a company that had a physician assistant or dermatologist issue the treatment, they said no, then tried to find another way to convince me to stay. They did respond the quickest, but from personal experience, they like to hook and sink clients. read more

My first time coming in for a service was extremely uncomfortable and upsetting. Angela let me know I was booked along side another client and that she would be moving between the both of us. What she failed to mention was that my service would be rushed and that I would be treated like a burden through the whole process. She started with drawing one line on one of my arms and not on the other, sneezing near my head without wearing a mask. She asked me what race I was and when I told her I was Hispanic she let me know she felt I was bit darker. I didn't get a chance to go over the services I would be getting done.I was a bit anxious since it was my first time coming in. I tried to think about the service over the course of a couple days and talk to other about it. And I was made aware that normally when getting a laser hair removal you are marked in boxes. And others agreed that the comment about the color of my skin and my hair was extremely unprofessional and rude. I got wrapped in to purchasing ahead of time and ended up not using any of the credit I have left. I felt badgered each time I came in to purchase more, I didn't see any results in the laser treatments I received and after purchasing more credit based off the staff's recommendation I was told I couldn't even use it because my hair was too light for laser hair removal. Instead of reimbursing me for something I couldn't use they said to use it on something else. I would not reccomend anyone going here when there are plenty of more qualified med spa's in town. read more

Not friendly at all no warm welcome no greeting. The scheduling with this location is terrible. I'm so disappointed because I actually liked the girl who did my initial treatment. I came for my second appointment today only to find out it had been booked for another day. I booked this appointment on my way out of my first appointment. I would've never asked for a day I always work. There was an obvious error on laser away's side and not any bit of an apology or anything at all to make this a bit better. I didn't even want to fulfill my treatments at this location after my experience today I asked for another location to fulfill the rest of my package. Hopefully the integrity and the feeling when you first walk in is better in Tustin. Definitely won't be buying another package after this one is completed. read more
