As getting nails done with the machine she slightly burned me twice, no apology. No hand lotion or hand massage. Left with dry hands and dry cuticles. But she did do a great job and love my nails! I really want to like them and make this my place so I will give them another try with different person. The place was very busy, so they're doing something right! UPDATE: I returned for a fill-in and as noted before was greeted and sat right away after initial washing of hands. I had a different nail tech this time and had a great experience, did my cuticles and brushed cuticle oil on them. Have not quite decided if this will be my go to place yet. Will have to try their padicures and then I will make a final decision.

Even in the heat and humidity of the summer there was so air on. I did inquire if it was working a few times and was told every time that it was most definitely working. So aside from the humidity, and flies the pricing has increased tremendously. My last visit was $131.00 for a gel mani and gel pedi. The color selection is limited- they have none of the new colors, nor can they do the new nail trends due to lack of materials (ie glazed donut nails, etc). This year they have had many clients start with lash extensions- however those doing it do not have esthetician licenses. The pedicures are rushed and terrible. The girls doing them talk more to each other than even acknowledge the customer! There is always a "party" going on in the break room. Cooking smelly foods, and loud laughing and discussing customers and their personal lives in Spanish. No one there subscribes to the belief that this is a service, and customers come to relax. A visit there is far from relaxing. If you are there close to the end of the day you get to be part of the max rush of the pedicure girls cleaning the whole place. So lost of cleaner being sprayed and vacuums, totally what I think of when I want to relax Sadly, this place used to be really good but has lost focus on providing a positive customer experience and keeping up with trends within their industry.

I've never paid $140 anywhere= $70 spa pedi and $70 gel polish manicure? Quality was ok- I mean I had on red polish before and she didn't get it all off around the edge of my nails. When I arrived (5 minutes early) to my appointment, I was greeted by the lady at the front desk and told that it would be a few minutes.. no one told me I would be seen ONE HOUR LATER!!! Jenny did my hair and was a very pleasant person to talk to... but does not know how to do hair!! She couldn't brush it.. SO I BRUSHED MY OWN HAIR! And I shoes her pictures of the exact color I wanted... MY HAIR ID NOW ORANGE!!! NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS I SHOWED HER!! But I respect Jenny for admitting that it was not her best work and that she's willing to fix it when I'm available... but I wouldn't let her touch my hair again!!!!! What bothered me the most was the old white owner lady who swears it looks like the pictures.. even if the stylist said it doesn't... I HATE LIARS AND PEOPLE WITH NO INTEGRITY!! Don't go here if you want quality... I spoke to her in a calm way, didn't pay for the damage they've done to my hair, but the worst part was the owner who was careless and made me feel helpless!!
