However, I do have a lot of lashes and so this backed my technician up. While I was getting my lashes done I heard another customer complain about how her appointment was supposed to have started 10 minutes ago. My technician apologized to her and said "I'm almost done". I could feel my technician being less attentive to my lashes and rushing. She asked me to open my eyes immediately after putting on my final lash and asked if it burned...of course it did she had just applied. She then provided the fan. At the end of my appointment she told me to get a lift next time since I have so many lashes. I came home and already had lost multiple lashes from the eye she rushed on. Retention was horrible.
