This Lululemon location is the best location I've been to! The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable! The store is clean and easy to navigate and everything always seems to be in stock. Me and my sister stopped by this location Sunday and were blown away by the amazing service that Allie-Joy and Tony provided us. They were so helpful with helping us find the right fit in our active wear and extremely knowledgeable about the perks that Lululemon offers their customers. Darn Lulu! I admit it...I'm addicted. I mean, I stalk their webpage, I call various stores to check on inventory, I'm always looking for new patterns and colors of the same style skirt I already have in twenty colors. Yes, it's a bit of an obsession of mine. And I truly wish I'd read Tiff H.'s review before I came...8.9% sales tax?! Say what?? Well, the damage is already done, because I breezed in and breezed out with a new tank top in under 5 minutes. Why? I was in a super hurry and I already know my size and what I wanted. Thankfully they had my size and the color I wanted. Something aggravating to me is that you can find different things in the store that you can't find online. I honestly prefer doing my shopping online, but Lululemon is an exception for me. I can visit their store without getting that feeling of dread of having to shop in a physical store. And maybe that's why they do it...for the hard core Lulu lovers who are now forced to check stores and online for new merchandise. Plus if you buy online they will not ship a bag anymore. I get its better for the environment but I want the bag, and I use them often. I will say their clothing is not cheap, and in fact they have increased their pricing in the last year or so, up $10 for their Swiftly line alone, which happens to be my favorite. But for running, I love the materials and the stylish designs and fit. I can't run in anything else now. And thankfully their clothes hold up despite hard core activity. Just don't throw in the dryer and use the gentle cycle. One thing if you have never worn their clothing is that I do recommend going inside. I'm actually a different size depending on bra, shorts, skirt and shirt: literally 3 different sizes. I will say their bras run small for sure, and I've also got a broader back. So best to go try them on. Yes their tights can cost $130, but they feel amazing and look good. And their clothes are not only fashionable but functional. Their return policy isn't great (14 days), but customer service really has been terrific in any dealings I've ever had. Oh, and if any men are reading this, they do offer some nice men's clothing as well, but I will say their running gear for men is underdeveloped, probably because they don't have a big audience yet for it. This store was started by a man who was seriously into developing yoga clothing. Running clothes became secondary. If you are into working out and having comfortable cute clothes, look no further. Parking scam. I shopped and came back to boot on tire with a $75 fee to have it removed. As I was leaving, I saw 2 full time people in walking around putting boots on cars. I absolutely broke no parking rules and have never seen anything like this. There was another woman that came up to me because she got the boot too and she said that $75 was going to mean no food for her kids that week. I helped her out. I could tell she was distraught. My relationship with lululemon started before I embarked on my "yoga journey". I knew a number of my friends love lululemon outfits for years; unlike them, at that time I did't go exercise so had nowhere or reason to wear them. Since now I had to start doing my downward facing dog or upward facing dog, I needed appropriate outfits. Besides, since I have to sweat it out, I might as well sweat it out in lululemon. My first purchase was a power y tank and a pair of align crop 19" pants. I was baffled by the fact that with that little material they can cost so much :O Of cos a week later, I picked up the reversible 5mm mat. Then of cos I bought more lululemon outfits. The lululemon store at the Shops Around Lenox is forever busy. It is like the Apple Store inside the mall. Lululemon staffs seemed to be always busy but they are always helpful. Unlike the lululemon I visited in Singapore, the staffs here are not as attentive. Perhaps it has to do with the heavier traffic in this buckhead store. Lululemon outfits are not cheap, but I have to say they are so comfortable. So far they wash well and seemed to be made of high quality material. I guess we all pay for the quality, the name and also how they made us look good or feel good while working out, lol!! :D read more

Rarely leave reviews for places but have to add one today after our terrible customer service experience. When trying on a top, the blonde working in the fitting room around 2:30pm on 7/20 made some nasty comments to my girlfriend about how she's just not meant to fit their clothes since the fit was uncomfortable. Keep in mind my girlfriend typically wears a size 2-4. We understand it was busy, but her attitude and snickering certainly was uncalled for. Please visit any other Lululemon location if you wanted to be treated with any ounce of kindness or respect. I attempted to shop at this store over the weekend but had a boot put on my vehicle after parking and grabbing brunch at the Cheesecake Factory next door. After eating, we were walking to this store and discovered the boot. We called the security officer and explained that we were headed to this store and were told that we had been under surveillance and did not have proof of purchase when we discovered the boot so paying the ticket was mandatory. The security officer agreed that the posted signs are deceptive. At this point shopping at this or any store in this complex was over. This is a straight up scam that the contracted security company are making huge profits from people that don't know they've done anything wrong. read more

Don't really agree with their founder / CEO / owner's beliefs about what he has said publicly about diversity and people with weight issues but that's his cross to bear. I waited for 15 minutes in line and when I got to the front the employee told me that the packing slip was not enough to return an on line item due to computer compatibility issues. I told her suboptimal and she told me that she could have fixed the problem. At which point I just walked out because I had wasted enough time. Recent convert to Lulu. It's hard for me to justify spending $$$$ on clothes just to sweat in them. But that's exactly what I did. I was up in Baltimore Inner Harbor walking / shopping and walked in to Lulu for the first time last week and now I've gone twice in ATL this week. Though I'm writing the review on Lenox - it's really for all three (Baltimore, Lenox and Perimeter) in general. + Ambiance is friendly and cheerful. The stores seem to be narrow but long, stocked high on the walls but allows enough room for displays above the shelves. + Products are generally understated but had some workout fashion forward items. Their clothes are mostly technology oriented yoga and beyond yoga. I landed up getting a pair of running pants that fit like a glove, nicely ventilated along the legs and that allows my phone to fit without jiggling around (not in the zip pocket). It's just super well made and I was impressed they really thought it out. Their tennis skirts though are "ho" short. Their workout bras and tanks were of similar designs and limited. They also had decent packs. + Service was very friendly and helpful. Baltimore sales gals were laid back, super nice and helpful. The ATL stores seemed a little more hyped up about the brand, friendly and helpful. Lamar at Lenox was super duper helpful and effective. This place has customer service down. - Price is ridiculously expensive...IMO...my running leggings were buck thirty....cray, cray. But I suppose I'll save time not shopping - Ha! + Parking in Baltimore is street, Lenox and Perimeter are privates lots and free. read more

I admit it - I'm a bandwagon basic b****. I love Lululemon and I don't know how else to live without the amazing Lululemon sports bras or headbands. To be honest, I always envied the other girls at Emory who could afford Lululemon while paying a fortune for tuition. So when I finally pinched my pennies enough to shop here, I instantly became addicted with my first purchase of a couple sports bras. The Buckhead location is no cheaper. If anything, this new 8.9% sales tax is KILLER. However, I splurged on two sports bras that were on sale for $25 each. Since I am tragically smaller... these give me just the right support I need, even for running or higher impact physical activity. I do understand some girls don't have the same advantage that I do... it's all relative. The service here is on point. I didn't feel like any of the workers looked down on me for shopping in the sale section, and everyone was helpful and welcoming. A pleasant surprise in the Buckhead Lululemon. I've shopped here before and felt very uncomfortable with the "cold" staff and decided to stop in again before they began renovations. Everyone has an off day.. so no big deal. We stopped in to buy a shirt at Lululemon. See attached receipt. Bought a smoothie at roots smoothie next door. Had planned to meet friends at Flower child restaurant next door, for dinner. We had time to burn before our friends showed up and walked to Lenox to look around. When we came back our car had been booted by parking attendant. Said we left property and he had to boot us. They were very efficient in taking a $75 charge on my Visa card. This is a disgusting way to treat customers. Do not visit anyone in this shopping center. They charge luxury prices but don't have the best customer service. I was mailed a tank top with the security tag still attached and had to waste time driving here to get the situation fixed. Very inconvenient so asked for some small credit for the hassle and none was given. Additionally when I got pants hemmed here it was extremely shoddy work. The selection is just ok. I do like that it is right next to core power yoga and flower child. The employees are nice enough but seem to get incentives the more they sell which can be uncomfortable. Worst return/exchange experience in Atlanta. They gave me a really hard time on exchanging some yoga pants and I even had the receipt! They didn't believe me when I said the pants were riding down all during my yoga class. All I wanted was to exchange for the yoga pants for a smaller size. The manager and associates gave me a hard time about it and kept saying that they had never heard that feedback regarding those particular pants. It was so awkward and unprofessional. But I found out my car was booted and it costed me $75 to have it removed ... I could no longer buy the red jacket and I talked to lululemon store clerk and she told me some third party is making money out of customers shopping there since you cannot park there and walked around even to Lenox square and she preferred that I pay parking rather than spending at shop... Plus if you need anything tailored, they will do it in the store for you...can't beat that! What I truly love about this store is their beliefs and core values and that they stick to them. The company really brings in the fitness community and offers free yoga classes, running groups, CrossFit WOD's, etc... Plus, the pictures on the walls are of local athletes and fitness instructors. They also have really cool events that you can find more information on at the lululemon.com website of Facebook page. The customer service and employees are phenomenal!!! I love Lululemon clothing. It's flattering and the variety is plentiful. Though the prices are high sale priced items are found on occasion. For the best deals go online and click "We made too much." Those items are Final Sale so be sure you've tried on these styles at the store before purchasing. They offer free hemming for the life of the garment. The clothes are delicate and should not be put in the dryer or used with fabric softener. Now onto the store at Lenox - Avoid unless you absolutely have to go. Drive to the W. Midtown location on Howell Mill as their customer service is excellent. If you want to get treated like a nobody who is wasting the staff's time by asking silly questions then go to Buckhead. Two words say it all "condescending snobs." Much different experience at the other store...they are professional, helpful and courteous. read more

Kids like candy in the same way that I like Lululemon... I just can't get enough. When Lululemon made the move to the Shops Around Lenox (and consequently closed their showrooms on both Highland and Roswell), one of my bosses starting asking me weekly if I had checked out the store yet. "No, I'll get over there one of these days..." So when he gave me a gift card, I knew that I needed to walk (scratch that, sprint) over to check out the new store. When I pulled up, I was immediately impressed by the progress that has been made on the Shops Around Lenox. The entire area looked revitalized; gone are the days of just making my way over there for Dantanna's or Hashiguchi. The Lululemon storefront is so gorgeous that they're obviously in it for the long haul. It reminded me a lot of the Buckhead Theatre's facade, with a classic but flashy look. There was plenty of parking, and when I walked in, I was greeted by bright colors and a large, open, rectangular room. I knew that I wanted another pair of Groove pants (my favorite), so I got to trying them on. The girl in the fitting room was more of a friend than a salesperson, which is the best sales tactic ever. The employees at Lululemon are a lot like the employees at Trader Joe's: they know their stuff and they take a lot of pride in what they sell. Lululemon offers complimentary hemming, which only seems right given the cost. I've said it before and I'll say it again, but you really get what you pay for here. As cliché as it sounds, I feel better when I wear Lululemon. It's easier to move in yoga and the clothing also doubles as great weekend wear without making me feel like a slob. Now if only I could wear my black stretchy pants to work... until then, I'm going to focus on getting myself to their complimentary yoga class on Sunday mornings. read more

I really like Lululemon's clothing for working out. However, I made a purchase on-line and ordered my size according to their sizing chart. The shirt is too small. I simply wanted to exchange the shirt for a shirt that fit. I did not realize that sale items are final sale and they will not budge on their policy. "Caveat emptor" even if the clothing doesn't fit according to their size-charts. This location has plenty of parking, is near Power Core Yoga, and had a nice assortment but I prefer the friendly service and the helpful staff at PCM. For years I've avoided Lululemon. I don't agree with the politics and viewpoints the company and those of the previous owners/leaders of the company. But politics aside, focusing solely on the store and product-at-hand, I was pleasantly surprised during my visit today. While there were certainly no sales associates vying for my attention or offering to help, the 3 associates I sought out (one to put items in hold, one on the sales-floor and another in the fitting rooms) were oddly cheerful. Lululemon has a bad reputation for having snobby/pretentious associates, but I thought everyone was very friendly and helpful when I asked. One main gripe is that no one went out of their way to ask what I was searching for, and no one (even in the fitting room) asked if I needed anything. Also - no one offered any information about the fit or fabrication that would justify the high prices of most items. I probably would have been convinced to buy one of the $98 items I was eying had anyone even mentioned it or even one of it's selling features. Not great sales/business sense going on in stores... But perhaps the label itself carries enough weight (for now.) The store itself has a great layout & everything was easy to find, neat, etc. I didn't end up purchasing anything (although I might order one of the items online), but overall I was fairly impressed & might not completely avoid it in the future. read more

But listen up you size 2 divas, you've got a lulu size, and it's generally a size up from american sizes, so don't take it personally okay. With an outstanding philosophy Lululemon sets the bar high for workout clothes, and I'm not talking about the prices, they're selling the lifestyle, of finding your 'healthy', relieving yourself of what stresses you've got, and encouraging you to find your inner goddess, and just go with it, love it. Just had the most unwelcoming experience ever at the Lululemon store next to Lennox Mall. I was expecting the southern hospitality that I've been experiencing all weekend. I was expecting to experience the courteous and helpful people that I've encountered at all of the other Lululemon stores I've visited. #verydisappointed #didntbuyanything Since writing and posting about my experience yesterday, I'm sad to say others have shared the same experience. I'm a big fan of Lululemon Athletica ever since I became aware of the brand a few years ago. Now while I am a fan of their stuff, I am sad to say I do not own any because of its high price point (I mean $60 for a cute sports bra - c'mon). But I do have some other high praises to sing - their shops are great because not only do they sell clothes but they actually encourage a healthy lifestyle. There's a bulletin board in every store where local fitness studios, practicers, clubs, trainers, etc can leave business cards, fliers, posters, specials and other stuff for people who wander in. So I've come across great finds like free CrossFit classes, aerial silks and trapeze classes, yoga classes, etc from this bulletin board. Additionally, the Lululemon in the Lenox Shops offers complimentary yoga classes every Sunday at 11 AM. And I attended my first one this past Sunday. Although the class was packed, I still enjoyed it immensely. The instructor for this week led us through an hour long vinyasa yoga class that had me "glistening" by the time we were half way through our chaturangas. In my book, that's a win for a yoga class. It always leaves me feeling refreshed a like a million bucks afterwards. I'll definitely be coming back for more of this in the future, and I may even be compelled to buy some of their cute stuff if I'm exposed to it enough (or maybe I'll be lucky enough to become an ambassador!). read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I did want to take a moment to brag about this Lululemon. I had a pair of Wunder Under's that I absolutely loved. I owned them for a year but every time I'd wash them they'd get very bad piling. I buy a ton of Lulu so it was very odd this one pair didn't hold up. I went to this location last night and explained to the staff what happened. I told them I always wash in delicate and hang dry and I love their clothes but these pants for some reason didn't hold up quite right. They were super sweet and helped me immediately. Lululemon is the perfect example for yogis in India to cite when speaking out against 'the commercial exploitation of yoga in the West.' Disgusting! This place is super expensive. I cannot imagine the sadhus and yogis understanding why yoga pants or yoga mat has to cost so much. Pitiful New Age borrowing of principles to make money while fooling masses who need direction. We're all lost and expensive pair of yoga pants in psychedelic colors or doing yoga on mats that cost more than what a sadhu's meals cost in a year ain't gonna help a lost soul get found. One of the most disgusting parts of the store: check out the vision boards consisting of the goals of their staff. One woman wrote that she wants to model in NYC. Objectification, shallow goals, and goals for material things - it's fine and all New Age-y, but OFFENSIVE to yoga and to the principles behind yoga. Pathetic. The Howell Mill and Perimeter locations are super nice/friendly, but customer service at buckhead location is extremely bad and so disappointing!!!
