This is my least favorite of all the Atlanta locations. The staff is more interested in making sure you're not shoplifting than assisting you. In less than five minutes in the store, the three associates working all surrounded me from different angles but neither greeted me nor asked if I needed assistance. I worked in retail almost 30 years. I know when I'm being profiled. If you want drab colors and are a size four this is the location for you. To prove my point, I asked the associate if they had any dresses. They had one, in black and the largest size they had was a 6. The Lululemon website has a total of 21 dresses, but they only have one option in this location. This is possibly my third visit to the location and each time I've left unimpressed with the selection of items offered. I don't have to visit this particular location any longer. The location near Lenox has friendlier associates and they carry an array of sizes. read more

Great customer service is key to a successful shopping experience and each staff member that I came in contact with was exceptional. The store was clean and very organized .I already knew what I wanted, so I got that and I tried some things on as well. The young lady that assisted me was really helpful without being pushy. My mom, sister, and fiancee have been lululemon fans for many years. I always associated this brand with women, I guess because I only saw women wearing and talking about lululemon. The company first sold only yoga apparel, so it makes sense. I, however, have become a big fan of this brand over the last couple of years after getting some men's polo shirts, primarily for golf. The shirts look and feel great and are very distinctive from the other athletic/golf shirts in my wardrobe. I got the Evolution Polo and the Metal Vent Tech Polo. At $88 each, they are certainly priced at the higher end for athletic polos, but I think the excellent fit and overall great product quality make them worth it. I've worn polo shirts all my life and I've never had a polo shirt fit me better than a lululemon polo. The shirts are shaped such that they fit my scrawny torso and skinny arms well, though the "tight" and snug fit does accentuate my growing belly. Seriously though, overall, these shirts are very well fitted and make me look taller, slender, and way more athletic than I actually am. These are my fiancee's favorite shirts on me. As for the fabrics themselves, they feel incredibly soft and comfortable. I just want to wear them all the time, whether I'm on the golf course, out and about around town, or at home. The shirts feel so nice, I could easily fall asleep in them as if they were my PJ shirts. When it comes to performance, they're about on par with my other golf shirts. Most of my golf shirts are made with fabrics and materials meant to wick moisture (sweat) away and provide adequate ventilation. These lululemon shirts do a fine job at both. Again, they are the best looking and the best fitting shirts among my golf attire which includes respected brands like adidas Golf, Ashworth Golf, Cutter & Buck, Masters Tech, Nike Golf, Rule 18, and Under Armour. The Metal Vent Tech Polo is made with a "four-way stretch fabric" which is one reason why it feels so good. I love the shirt's stretchiness and none of my other shirts can match it. One of the shirts has buttons underneath the collar to keep the collar down. I don't use these buttons and don't think they're necessary, but it's a nice little touch that I haven't seen on any other polo. Finally, I like the subdued, neutral colors and patterns of the polos and the discreet lululemon logo placement. Unlike most other brands where logos are prominently displayed on the left chest or sleeve, the lululemon logos on my shirts are small and quietly placed either below the collar on the back of the shirt or along the lower back left side of the torso area. It's subtle and stylish. lululemon's shorts are great too. Their inseams are nice and short for short people like me. I really like their Commission Short Slim in the 9-inch inseam ($88). Like the polo shirts, they fit me really well. Unfortunately, I didn't pick them up because I had just bought a few pairs of Under Armour golf shorts and a pair of Cobra Puma Golf shorts. I'll definitely look at lululemon shorts the next time I shop for shorts though. At the time of writing this review, there are five lululemon stores in metro Atlanta. This one is located at Westside Provisions District on Howell Mill Road near 14th Street. In addition to free street (limited) and deck parking, this store has its own reserved customer parking spots outside. These spots are limited and shared with other neighboring businesses like Brash Coffee. Service is terrific. The staff is very helpful. This is my neighborhood lululemon store and I look forward to getting more clothes from here in the future. read more

Worst lululemon out there, went in with two items that had the drawstrings break in the wash and asked if they would follow their quality promise and give me another pair at the same price for their defective product. They acted dumb and like they had no idea how to handle such a thing and gave me a partial refund on one and said the other wasn't pulling up on my account and that I was SOL. read more

I have to be honest, I have yet to purchase anything from this Lululemon, although I'm not sure how I've held off since I'm a HUGE sucker for work out clothes. My review is for their Saturday morning complimentary yoga classes. I've gone to two of their yoga classes and intend of making this a Saturday morning ritual. Lulu has a yoga instructor from a local studio come and teach a 60 minute class for any one interested. The classes are really great and I've loved both instructors they've had come to teach. The classes can fill up, so I recommend getting there a few minutes early. Yoga mats are optional, they have a good number of them for those who don't have one. Going to a Saturday morning yoga class is the perfect way to start off the weekend. read more

I honestly didn't think that I would love work out clothing this much. I pretty much drop by Lululemon every week, I don't always buy stuff but I like checking out the new clothing and the new workout bulletins. This is an awesome location. Staff is extremely friendly and sometimes come out from nowhere lol and tell you about the article of clothing you are looking at. I love the bright colors and patterns of all the clothes. If I could afford to wear lululemon all day, everyday I would. The offer complimentary yoga every Saturday morning, which I hear is awesome. There is also a run club that meets at this location every Wednesday at 630PM. Yes, the clothing is pricey but for the quality of the clothing you get, the pricing makes sense. They do have sales on some clothing, you just have to look around and look for the red sticker. read more

Amazing first experience at lululemon. The team at this location was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. I wasn't quite sure which styles would fit me best, so I found it especially helpful (and awesome) that my sales associate kept pulling more for me to try! Usually I feel bad filling a fitting room with "go-backs", but I got the feeling that they actually WANT you to find the perfect fit and don't mind working with you until you do. I now have my favorite two pairs of leggings ever and will definitely be coming back for more! read more

I hate that their gear is so awesome and their employees are so nice. Both the clothing and the experience make my wife so happy that I was compelled out of basic human kindness to take her to this location for her birthday (after buying her first lulu tights/top a few months ago at the location in Buckhead). This store's layout is actually better (more compact; easier to find stuff) than the Buckhead superstore. The employees are very friendly, expert salespeople but not pushy, and even willing to find me a "guy magazine" (Men's Health) while I waited outside the fitting rooms. They really need a group called Lulu Addicts Anonymous.... LAA. When did I turn into this person that spends more money on workout clothes than regular clothes?!? With the amount of clothes I've bought from lululemon, you would think I work out three times a day... every day! The clothes are great. Yes, they've had some quality issues recently, but bottom line, their clothes are still top-notch and worth every (expensive) penny! For the past year or so, I've been shopping mostly online, but recently started venturing to the store. What a great shopping experience! I loved all the educators (that's what the lululemon sales associates are called). Everyone was super nice and recommending the right clothes for my build and body type. The clothes are well laid-out in the store and it's easy to find what you are looking for. So, while my wallet is crying... I will definitely be back to the store! read more

This is the best Lululemon in the Atlanta area. I can find what I want every time that I walk in. The employees are also very knowledgeable and willing to actually help you. I walked in once and said, "my wife is 4 months pregnant and I want to get her something nice". The employee said, "no problem i know exactly what you should get here as many pregnant customers rave about this product". I said, "sold" and it ended up being the item my wife wore the most while she was pregnant. I cant thank that employee enough! This is a great spot and I will drive out of my way to go here because the experience and selection is top notch! read more

I went into this store a few weeks ago searching for a decent running sports bra before the Peachtree Road Race. I felt like the employees were great brand ambassadors and excited to be working in the store. I appreciated seeing them wearing the latest merchandise. Two associates helped me select items and with trying them on. I was greeted by a different employee upon arrival and a totally different one helped me at the register. That's a total of 4 employees who were friendly and helpful. I bought 2 items. Pricey for sure, but I heard that the items are worth the money and last for a long time. They even told me about the free weekly yoga. I will go back. I didn't like the parking upfront though. You have to back out in the street. Next time I'll park behind or in the deck. read more

I stopped in here to get out of the pouring rain and, of course, shop! Upon walking in I felt like I was in Disneyworld! Yes, because of the endless amounts of workout clothes, but also because everyone there was so happy and helpful! I chatted with the staff as they asked me about why I was in Atlanta, what kind of workouts I do, etc. If you are in Atlanta and near GA Tech, you should definitely stop by! Another lululemon location in Atlanta with its pros and cons: Pros: 1. Free parking in the garage 2. Fast in and out shopping (sure all boys will love this when they tag along) since it is not in a mall with all the temptations 3. Full stocked with everything 4. Decent size store 5. Free stuff outside (today was topgolf free stuff) Cons: 1. I feel like customer service at this store wasnt as good as the sandy springs location (one of the sports bras I bought should have come with pads but the sales rep checking me out didnt bother to offer them to me and I was too annoyed at him to ask). I shouldnt have to ask! 2. Wish there was more seating- ricky was limited on where he could sit and it wasnt near by the fitting room so I had to text him to bring him over unless he had to stand. But not a big deal because i shop very fast (in and out in 10 minutes literally) but I know some women take longer so some men might mind. read more

I visited this store for the first time a few weeks ago and ended up leaving after about 10 minutes because of very pushy sales people. It's fine that someone offered to help me when I first walked in but truly I wanted to browse at my leisure and I explained this to the sales person. I bet I was approached by at least 3 additional clerks. Basically everytime I walked from one part of the store to another, here comes another clerk. They didn't seem to understand what "Thanks but I'm just looking" meant. I get that they probably make commissions but that type of behavior just sent this customer straight out their door - emptyhanded. read more

I absolutely love this lulu!! I live in midtown, so it is much more convenient than the Buckhead location. The staff is so friendly and helpful! They listen to what I'm looking for and know just what to suggest that it fits my needs perfectly. The gear is definitely more pricey than most other brands, but you get what you pay for! The Entire Staff at this location is amazing. You really feel like their friend and you want to shop there. They never over do it with the customer service and product knowledge. It is just the right amount and it feels natural. If I had to choose a lululemon in the city to go to, I would drive out of my way any day for this lululemon and I suggest you do the same. The Lenox and Perimeter locations could really learn a few things from them. read more

This store is great! Has a great selection and most of the employees were polite and very helpful. However, there was 1 blonde, female employee who made me feel quite uncomfortable....It was very strange that she had remembered that I had shopped at this store in the past, literally months ago. She offered to start me a fitting room, and when I was trying on the clothes seemed to be talking about me to the other employees, because all of the sudden she blurts out my name and "you've shopped here before right?" I didn't realize she was even talking to me until moments after, when I exited the fitting room, and about 4 female employees were gathered around staring at me. Never going back to this location.....not sure what I did, or what but felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately. read more
