My wife purchased a pair of Lelemon cold weather tights. They came with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. In Texas, we have limited cold weather, so limited use. She always hand washed and air dried on the few occasions that they needed cleaning. None the less, due to the poor quality of the garment, they deteriorated. She drove the hour to the store and waited over a half an hour at the understaffed customer service area to exchange them. She was told that she would need the original cash register receipt to do the exchange. I could tell by the smug look on the sales associate's face that she knew that the chances of her having that receipt were non existent. My wife returned two weeks later, again doing there hour drive both ways and waiting again over a half an hour at the customer service area presenting not only the receipt, but the warrantee only to be told that the management had RETROACTIVELY revoked the lifetime warrantee. They were totally unapologetic about their despicable business practices. Their attitude was basically that's just the way it is. Get over it. This heinous behavior shows a total lack of business ethics. Anyone who does business with this criminal enterprise after reading this review, deserves to be ripped off buying crap garments at expensive prices with a company that does not stand by the products it sells. read more

I love their stuff, but i CANNOT stand their staff - talk about really snobby, rude girls who dont understand customer service. They constantly looked at me up and down, profiling me when i was shopping there and felt so compelled to come up to me every 3 minutes to explain the products and i kept telling them that i'm a regular and wanted to be left along to look around. One of the girls came up to me and we made small talk and she asked if i would be interested in working there, seasonally, and i said i hadn't really thought about it - then she said, "Well if you want to work here, you need to love working out" and kind of smirked at me and walked away. I LOVE Lululemon. I'm a freakishly obsessed fan. Their workout apparel fits very well-- no rubbing or cutting in-- and always makes me look great. I'm a runner and weight lifter, and I wouldn't do either of those things in anything other that Lululemon. If you're an athlete, give this stuff a try. In addition to the great apparel, Lulu has the best staff. The (mostly) girls who work in the store know their stuff. They're athletes themselves, and they know everything there is to know about what's in the store. The brand-new Lululemon just opened in Northpark (across from J.Crew)-- yippee!! I went for the grand opening yesterday, and my FAVE salesgirl from the Galleria is the new assistant store manager!! Perfect. Her name is Rachel, so go in and ask for her. She's terrific. read more

I am giving one star for the clothing only because the customer service experience was hardly service. I tried on a pair of Wunder Unders and at the time didn't feel all that comfortable in something so tight. The young sales associate told me, "Oh don't worry, once you start working out you will get some confidence." I was floored. I didn't feel the need to mention that I already work out 4 days a week. I kindly handed her the clothing and left. I thought, surely this was a fluke and didn't want this person to taint my Lululemon experience so I went to the store in Austin. What a difference!!!! The sales associates there are great. Instead of telling you that you lack confidence they will guide you in something that you feel wonderful and powerful in. If I'm looking to treat myself and go for a lil workout clothing splurge I definitely come here! Trust me you will pay a pretty penny but it will all be worth it. It's good quality stuff they are dishing out and it will last you many wears and washes. I've also come to this store to buy cute water bottles and such as gifts for friends. Plus I love the fun tote bag that they give you at checkout! I even use a lot of their tote bags as bags I bring to the gym to carry my stuff in. Anyway, it's trendy, it's expensive, its lulu. I like the products, albeit overpriced, they are durable, long-lasting and flattering. I am an amateur triathlete and yogi and extensively enjoy exercising with some of Dallas's elite fitness programs. I am a regular at lulu and Nike... I like both brands for style and practicality. There is absolutely no comparison in the service received at Nike over Lulu. Lululemon consistently, especially at this Dallas Galleria location, has the worst service. I spent $248.00 yesterday on three pieces of fitness apparel. I was "assisted" by 3 people. I would have increased my AOV had I received proper assistance as I had inquired about locating a top in a different size. Instead of trying to find a neighboring store that had it in stock, or providing me the online solution, once realizing it wasn't in-store the employee said I could "call around." Secondly as I was waiting in the empty fitting rooms, the two workers continued talking to themselves before realizing I was standing there with 5 pieces in-hand. Lastly, the checkout girl was the worst of all three associates... unnecessarily exasperated throughout the entire process. I have never written a Yelp review before but felt compelled to do so in light of the horrific service received considering the amount I spent in-store. I am exactly the target demographic for this store but I will definitely taking my business elsewhere hereafter! read more

Review for the staff, not the merchandise. I assume the other reviews have already covered the type of merchandise they have as well as the pricing. But, here's my take on the staff. I walk in and was not immediately greeted. When I started looking at the backpacks and yoga bags is when someone finally came up to me and helped me out a little. I walked around a little more, passing by workers folding and putting things away. They didn't downright ignore me, and I didn't feel the need to talk to anyone, so it was a win-win. But, if I were in the mood to shop, it would have been a turn off. Finally I check out with my new cross body bag, get to the hotel room and look through it, and lo and behold, they didn't take off the censor (it was hiding in one of the most secretive pockets of the bag). Had to make another trip to them for them to take it off. Bottom line, staff is okay but don't expect anyone to go out of their way. read more

I rarely shop here as Lucy is my favorite brand of yoga clothing, but I decided to pop in for a quick accessory purchase. The store seemed stocked and organized well, but lack of greetings was noticed. Once I started picking items up and struggling to make a decision, a nice girl greeted me and checked in. It can be overwhelming walking into this store if you don't know exactly what you want. Increasing their customer service and becoming more approachable will help those timid consumers who enter then quickly leave. I saw several do this when I was there. read more

This location is so spacious and well organized. The employees are so kind and never make you feel like you're being followed around the store. I had lost the pads to a top I had, so I came in just to ask for a replacement set. I love lulu clothing. Excellent running shorts, jackets with the hand wrap around things to keep fingers covered when it's chilly outside, great technical material tops for sweating! It's pricey for sure, but I think a few items are worth it for comfort and performance. I've gotten good direction from the staff on sizing before I try on items (usually they're down one size from standard sizing, but not always - I'm a 4 in some of their shorts and 6 in others, and normal clothing I'm a six). I wish I could say more for the staff's approach to conversation. At this location, as well as my first experience at the Oakbrook Illinois (Chicago area) store, the gals always ask what sports I do. I think they're almost all yogis, as I seem to always get the disappointed look when I say I'm a distance runner. I hear others who answer yoga, and those shoppers get follow up questions. So perhaps just ask if your shopper if she does yoga, if you have nothing else to say to those who do other sports? If conversation wasn't awkward, I'd be near 4.5 stars. I like Lululemon, I do. Their stuff is cute and have these little tags telling you what's it made of and what it does. Super cute. Their staff is full of chilled out yogis who want to help you be happiest in your running and yogic endeavors. They also have free classes once or twice a week from local yoga studios and boot camp instuctors. However, it's all soooooo pricey. My favorite thing is to watch for when they start to switch colors in their clothes and voila! Clearance! They sell my #1 favorite sports bra here. They also sell some things I've used for yoga and running that I totally love- hello super cute bracelet key holder and non-slip yoga towel! Stumbled across this location as I was walking the Galleria Mall (its located inside--third floor I think). I was thinking to myself that just about every store was selling stuff I really didn't need, and mostly high-end show-off brands at that. Then the window display caught my eye here. Casual, comfortable looking workout wear, with a hint of comfortable travel clothing thrown in. I went inside and browsed the men's section, with no real intention of buying anything. But then I came across a workout shirt that I really liked, marked down from $58 to $24. I rarely buy clothes for myself--its usually once a year for work clothes at a big Macy's sale, or once a year for casual wear at Ross or Nordstrom Rack. But here I was seriously considering buying a shirt. And all of a sudden I realized I "needed" it. I've stepped up my workout routine lately, and a cotton t-shirt gets drenched when running and rubs me the wrong way as well. So each piece of Lululemon clothing has a "why we made this" description on the sales tag, and for the shirt it says "performance tech top that is as light as air" and even more importantly, "anti-stink silverescent using x-static the silver fiber" and "welded shoulder pocket to keep your ipod nano secure and close at hand...preshrunk so the size you buy is the size you keep...flat seam construction for chafe resistant experiences...wicking capability removes moisture helping you keep dry." So there you have it, I haven't bought a shirt, I've bought a multi-faceted, wondershirt! Anyways, the sales staff were really cool and fit and appear synched to the lifestyle and product they promote, which is always nice. I travel extensively for my job and Lululemon clothing is essential workwear for me. I have been to more than 20 different retail locations and this one is by far my favorite. Unlike some locations that staff is very helpful and puts no pressure to buy on you. I feel like I can just go in and see how things fit here, no pressure if I leave with nothing. I often buy from the website but want to see how it fits. The staff is always makes sure I find everything I am looking for. lululemon you rock! uber uber comfy work out pants. i never believed in spending a lot on work out gear. so true you get what you pay for. the bf bought me my first pair of wunder under pants. OhhMmmmgeee so comfy. it did not once cut into my skin, i never have to tug or pull in any way. now i wear them to run errands or around town. recently picked me up the runnin' with my homies crop pants & tanks. Headband works well like it should while i'm running. it stays put, never slides off & it doesn't hug my head super tight (headache!) like other headbands. EXCELLENT QUALITY!!!
