Selection was great for a moderate size store. Outside and inside are very nice and upscale. Value is good. Just regular prices and a small rack of sale items. Will come again. I had never stepped foot in a Lululemon before. Not out of protest, just because I assumed I wasn't their "target demographic" and also maybe I didn't want to fall in love with $130 leggings. But then my partner had a fantastic week at work, like absolutely crushed it, was riding high, and out of nowhere he goes, "Wanna go to Lululemon? My niece says these leggings are life-changing." And honestly? Say less. So in we go. I'm half skeptical, half flattered, fully confused. The staff was so helpful, clearly used to people like me wandering in with no idea what a Wunder Train is. I grab a few pairs to try on and suddenly we're in this giant bougie dressing room with mirrors that see you from every angle of your soul. The super sweet associate asks my partner if he wants to come see how they look and he's like, Oh sure, but also starts laughing as he whispers to me "I feel like a sugar daddy right now." And I'm standing there in leggings that feel like they were sewn by angels, laughing and also nodding because yeah. Accurate. But also wow. These leggings? Life-changing. Like cancel my plans I'm just wearing these around the house all day kind of good. So now here I am, one pair in and already plotting my return. The cult rumors are true. Lululemon owns me now. In my experience, Lulu has gained notoriety for rather poor and snobbish customer service. Apparently, I am a glutton for abuse, as I continue to support the brand, though more often than not I make my purchases through their website. They often offer free yoga classes, so recently, with an open Saturday looming, I hopped on Eventbrite.com, and found the Farmington location was hosting a run with a runner's yoga after. Even better! The experience was great fun, and swayed me toward a more positive attitude of this location as compared to others, but happily, they proved deserving of it, as my shopping experience following the class was just as enjoyable. The store is well organized and clean, and they had a decent selection of clearance goodies. A couple employees assisted me (shout out to friendly and enthusiastic Michelle!), but the very best part? I am dedicated...okay, I'll be honest, obsessed, with their skinny scrunchies. These are really just regular hair elastics covered in gathered fabric (like a mini scrunchie, hence the name, ha!), but they are perfect for ponytails. Not too tight, but my hair doesn't slip out of them at all. They are the only hair ties I have found that will maintain a ponytail for an hour plus run, but I can never find them, not even on their website. While I was trying on some clothing, I asked if they might have some in stock, and while the girl assisting me answered with a dubious, "possibly," she shortly returned with TWO SETS! I bought both, and yes, I spent like $30 on six elastics, so judge me if you must, but you really should try 'em. You are likely familiar with Lululemon and know what to expect, but this particular location shines with pleasant customer service, plentiful parking, easy access off 15, and a well-maintained interior. read more

Allie and Amber are amazing!!! I came in with old lulu lemon leggings that have already been through two rounds of fixing/stitching (they were the old wonder under's that easily rip). Although my leggings were pretty old, Allie and Amber replaced them spot on with the new wonder leggings-- no extra charge. Black leggings are a staple in my life and I'm so pumped to have these new ones!! These girls are great examples of good customer service. read more

Farmington Station Lululemon lacks a lot of the customer service that is part of the Lululemon name. They never ask if you need help. I was 6 days past the 30 day return policy, would not budge, despite having a receipt, not worn and being quarantined for 12 days. Went to City Creek, not a problem. Returned without question. Called corporate and told that managers are asked to use discretion on returns. Wondering if online orders being returned to the store affects their bottom line so they try everything (being rude) to not have to take the return. I will do all my shopping at city creek or online. read more

The staff at this location has gone above and beyond each time I've visited. I've had a hard time finding the right size men's pants and had to do a few in store and online exchanges. The last time I exchanged pants I owed $.74 or something trivial like that. I didn't have my wallet so one of the workers paid for it herself. This time it did one last exchange and Casey W went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure that I received the best service imaginable. I've left the store impressed by the staff each time, especially this time after working with Casey. You guys won't be able to get rid of me now! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Just to be clear I love this company and their costumer service is generally great but this location is seriously lacking. So disappointed in the treatment I received here. I would suggest if you have a quality or costumer service issue keep driving to the next Lululemon location. The manager had zero concern or empathy for a poor experience I had with a tailoring service. My brand new $68 yoga shorts look like junk. There was no listening, no understanding, no empathy. I actually felt attacked. I strongly feel this issue should have been resolved, especially considering the amount of business I've brought this store. So I visited the store to buy a pair of tights my sister asked for. I am normally a size 4-6 and when I tried a pair on, that costs$118, it was soooooo tight and uncomfortable, almost felt like I was suffocating. The material was horrible. I can't justify how it could costs even more than $20. If you'd give it to me for free, I may wear it once or twice and it will either stayed in my closet forever or finds it way to Goodwill. And not to mention, I exercise 5 days a week and being there made me felt horrible, like I'm not fit enough. read more

The manager at LuluLemon in Farmington, Utah is a hag. Had a return because there was a hole in the knee of my leggings (I had had them for 2 months, had receipt too). She told me that was normal wear for 2 months and would not exchange them. I had to go up the chain through the website and finally after 7 months my leggings were exchanged by mail. At one point it became a game, wouldn't let that Karen win. The LuluLemon at City Creek is way better, I wouldn't even bother in Farmington. read more

Love this store. I've only been to two locations: the one in Trolley Square (now in City Creek), and the one in Fashion Place Mall. The first location had the nicest, most helpful staff, but the second one is a little more hands off. Either way works for me. I like their clothes and I have no trouble finding something that fits. You just need to be realistic about your true size before you go in and try on a pair of leggings or a top. I'd rather spend my money here than Athleta (yuck). I hope they continue to impress. read more

Today (09/03/20) My family and I went into this Lululemon store about an hour before closing. We were not greeted at all and the two girls at the counter did not even glance up from their personal conversation during our whole time there to ask if we needed any help. I mean out of the four people that were working the closing shift only one even spoke up eventually to greet us. The amount of disrespect, lack of professionalism, and snottiness that I've encountered when shopping here when I occasionally visit is astounding. I recommend shopping online or at any other Lululemon besides this one. read more

Out of all the lululemon's in the state (I've been to all of them) this one has the best customer service! I pretty much only buy my leggings from here. The staff is always super friendly & helpful. When I try on clothes they always check in & see how I like them or recommend me something else I might like. But they're never too pushy on trying to sell me something. I've never had a bad experience. Other locations I've been to I'm lucky if I even get greeted, let alone offered help. Employees usually give off a stuck up attitude & only talk amongst themselves. read more

Just recently visited this location. I live in SLC so it definitely is a bit of a drive to get here but it was worth it. The employees are all super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of sale items as well as full priced items. Reiterating what I said before, the customer service is amazing. Can't seem to get off that part especially being a bigger boy I get uncomfortable easily. When I lived in California I shopped at the same Lululemon and they knew me, I knew them so it definitely was comfortable for me to shop there. Trigger!If I could give this lululemon store location no starts I would ! on January 2020 i went in to go exchange some Lululemon's that I have received as a gift for Christmas. my experience here was the most terrifying disgusting experience I have ever encountered. Here is my story experience, I had decided to try on some leggings even though with COVID-19 going on Lululemon has there dressing rooms opened . I was expecting for them to have highly sanitized dressing rooms/ store/ clothing to keep their customer safe, but little did I know that the leggings that i was about to try on were dirty with blood and who knows what else. As soon as I started trying them on I felt something wet and off from the leggings I immediately took them off and looked inside and they were filled with blood & poop. I did address this situation to their customer rep and she was aware of what was on the leggings . I had asked the rep to get me some hand sanitizers & if I could us there restrooms or some paper towel to clean my hands .I waited in the dressing room for about 20 minutes nobody ever came to help me. At this point I was beyond upset and frustrated and felt so disgusted. I went to the front to ask to speak to the manager The manager with the red hair told me that she was aware of what had happened at the dressing room she knew I was waiting there for somebody to come help me she also stated that there was nothing she could do about it . There was no emotion on her face , it honestly seemed like she didn't even care she pretty much told me to leave the store and there was nothing she could do about the situation. At this point I was shaking with anger and I asked her to give me the customer service number where I was going to reporter this manager ( the lady with the bright red hair) so they can address for her actions & ensure this never happens to any one. Not only did the manager not care about what had happened to me at her store, she also did nothing to try to help me calm down. I was beyond embarrassed and belittled at this location! The staff at the Farmington lululemon location were phenomenal. I visited this location while traveling from North Carolina and felt right at home here. The employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in speaking with me, not just about the products, but my interests and hobbies. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to find everything I needed, not only in the store, but also in the surrounding area. They were even able to swap out a damaged item for me, no questions asked. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the SLC area. read more
