I Brought it up to one of the sales person attention and he's fully aware but cannot and will not do anything. I've heard this was happening, but never saw it until now. It was very disturbing. I can see their loss of revenue will be shifted to the paying customers. I will probably have to pay double or triple due to lululemon's lack of deterrent to prevent loss prevention. For the prices they charge, they should at least try to provide better customer service. I was browsing through their merchandise, an employee kept standing in front of me and blocking me from looking at the items. His behavior was not friendly at all. No greeting, no apologizing for blocking the isle. I used to love this store, since they have a variety of merchandises that are not available in other stores. But the customer service was a big turn off for me. Young Cashier lady was friendly and greeted me right away. The transaction was smooth and made up for the annoying behavior of sales floor staff. Every time I visit this location, I consistently find something I want to purchase. On my recent visit, I was searching for the Espresso Define Jacket, but only a size 4 was available on the floor. I came to this location because the closest to my home, but I made a purchase at another location and when I got home, I noticed that the pack of underwear were open and I bought a few other items along with this. Story short I go to topanga to make the return since I was unhappy that underwear were open already prior to me getting home and the manager was refusing to return the item. I let him know that they were open already and I just wanted to return them. I had to keep going back-and-forth and I felt extremely embarrassed in front of everybody because they could hear what was going on, and even another Shopper got involved in the conversation which I did not appreciate. After a bunch of back-and-forth, he finally approved to make the return, but I wish I didn't have to deal with this back-and-forth and felt so embarrassed. Making me feel like I was supposed to be in control of their quality control when that's not my job. I am just a consumer who wanted to buy some goods and they were clearly opened prior to my purchase. I first want to say they have amazing customer service and the employees are very sweet and helpful! They helped find my size in the styles I wanted and had a dressing room big enough for my toddler to come in with me. They consistently checked on me and asked if I needed anything. The reason for 4 stars is the inventory is low and they didn't have a lot of styles in the store. I love the fast and free leggings and they weren't available in the store, only online. Other than the low inventory it was a pleasure visiting the store! This Lululemon always has the best employees! Aside from the idiot of an assistant manager but I'm not sure if she's there anymore anyways. My recent trip there last week was great! I forgot the name of the man who helped me but he was a buff gay man who writes cursive well LOL, he was sooo helpful! He was recommending me items since they didn't carry C/D in the bra color I liked and when asking if they carried X item in stock, he let me know when they're flipping the store for new items. I was also shopping for my boyfriend and he and another male employee (tall, slim build Black man) were explaining the different shorts to me and what works best for certain activities. There was also a female employee who was great--I was browsing with a bra in my hand and she came up to me and asked if I needed help and looked up to see if they carried the matching leggings! She was very nice :) Another thing to note is this is one of the most size inclusive locations I've been to--it's so nice to walk into a workout store and not be surrounded by skinny employees. I gained 35lbs over the pandemic and went from a size 2/4 to an 8 and get self-conscious shopping now but this store's employees are a range of sizes and it makes me feel so comfortable while shopping in there. I remember when Lululemon employees were all blonde and thin like 6-7 years ago lol so this is refreshing to see! read more

Nice store tucked in the mall by the food court. My Crossfit Coach has his pic hanging up here so I always think that's cool and homey when I walk in. People are nice and helpful and it usually isn't crazy hectic in here. It is a little small but it is a store in the mall. Came here Xmas Eve bc my family decided going to the mall would be a good idea at that time...sike. Was looking to buy my bf some XMas shorts and picked up an item hanging. Some buff dude with a wrap around sweater on his waist and his whatever is left of gelled hair looks at me and says, "Oh, actually I am buying that, that's mine." uhhh...ok man, during the busiest time of the year, you hang stuff up you want to buy bc you are too lazy to hold it. Smart. Real smart. Also quit pacing back and forth the shorts line, I'm trying to see stuff. Anyway, the guy who helped me pick some shorts for my BF was super helpful and pointed me the right way. My BF is not a fancy anything and pretty picky and he was stoked on them. As I mentioned in a previous Lulu post, I love Lulu clothing all the way. Their material feels so good and they just last. I still own my first Lulu pants I bought to this day in 2008. May not be as perfect as they were but still usable and can't tell the wear and tear from afar. "No trying anything on in the store, even our dressing rooms are shut down" said the saleswoman. I've been wearing Lulu for many years because I love their material and style; however after a horrid experience at the Beverly Hills location with the manager Erin I resorted to only shopping online, until I tried the woodland hills location. People here are so much nicer, more helpful, and kind. Olivia helped me today patiently to find a few different styles I loved and to find the perfect fit. Olivia was sweet, patient, and easy going unlike any employee at the Beverly location. Although the brand kept me shopping online Olivia helped make me feel welcome in stores. I will definitely be shopping here more in the future! As far as Beverly location goes, steer clear! I was assured by your staff that the item will be delivered, no later than 12/21, before christmas. This was intended to be a xmas gift. Today is 12/29 and I'm still waiting for the delivery of my purchase. This is absolutely not acceptable. I was confident that a store like yours was responsible enough to deliver their goods on time, and if not, a note will be delivered to my email, so I could consider some alternatives. Like I said, not acceptable at all. This is a great lululemon location. Before they opened, I always had to go all the way to Studio City or Glendale, so I was happy this opened last year! I am a long time lululemon customer and literally own over 100 pieces of their clothing. Their stuff is just amazing! Yes, they're super expensive and you're just buying workout clothes, but these clothes are made for specific activities and they really are on the top when you compare their stuff to other workout gear. It's up to you if you want to spend $100 or more on some yoga pants or tights for running, but I do suggest trying them out and seeing for yourself! I've been obsessed ever since my first pair and a lot of my stuff has lasted a couple of years already! Just make sure to really take care of the when it comes to washing! As you should with any expensive clothing. I've been to the Topanga Mall location a few times, and I like it! Unfortunately the reason why I give it 4 stores is because they don't have specific stuff I'm looking for and it's because they just don't have as much "traffic" as the other stores I go to, but the employees are always very friendly at this location and try to help and place orders for me instead. They do have the more popular or more common stuff. Sometimes I prefer to see it in person before I buy it especially since everything is pretty pricey, but at least they do offer free shipping and free returns so you can't complain, lol. Firstly, I wanted to state that I love the clothes at Lululemon and that the store is cleansed-organized great, however....customer service is not great in particular. When you reach the sales floor, not much sales associates are seen approachable within their manners. Also including, how they denied my husband and I military discount, and he was with me. I had lost my spousal card, but his information is in the system, and I was notified that bringing a drivers license of my own was okay.. and they stated the purchases has to be for himself, but it stated spousal was okay and reminder again, my information and his is in the system.
