I was basically told "too bad". And I lost 135 dollars. I never received the package or a refund So now I get a message from the Business Manager stating: "The policies are outlined at the time of purchase ". I'd like to know where to find the policy that states an employee of this company can send my package to the wrong address and that it would be my fault, and I would have to eat the cost. Where would I find that policy? I'd like to see that policy. I don't think it exists. Horrible company. They basically stole my money

Luckily I got it fixed elsewhere and its still a cute top I love to wear, but the fact that I had to take it somewhere to get it fixed up, it cost me more than I wanted to pay and its fine now, but what kind of crap is that really? Only reason I still gave this place 3 stars is because I do like my tank tops for dance class and the people there are really nice people. Both times I've been in the lady gave me a thing or two for free, but other than the tanks, ill probably not buy anything else there unless I like to waste my money. Nice people, cute clothes, but it cheap stuff that they probably just buy from downtown anyway. So buyer beware. Keep a close eye on what you get and make sure its not falling apart before you get it home.

I was treated very poorly here. I bought some track pants and got home to find that the security sensor had not been removed. I returned a few days later to have it removed and look at some other items. I picked up some other pants I was looking at and later returned them to a shelf after the employee Isaac told me that there were better options. The employee then accused me of stealing the pants as I was at the register. Saying "what did you do with those pants". I told him where they were. He came back and said he didn't see them then caused a whole scene in front of the whole store. I was very embarrassed. Then when he found the pants he didn't even try to apologize or rectify the situation. Purely racially motivated and sad. I have been a Zumiez customer for 10 years and this will be my last time. I hope that no one else will be treated in this way. Isaac I hope your heart will be changed and that you will learn to treat everyone well and also just use common sense in your dealings. read more

Shauna Larned is a racist bigot who likes to take advantage of her title as store manager. i've worked there for 2 years finally just got out of there. Shauna has repeatedly been rude to customers and employees including judging what employees do outside of work and harassing employees families. I tried reporting it multiple times but instead they cut my hours and threaten to fire me. If you walk in just to browse, she will automatically tell all of the employees in the store that you are trying to steal. She profiles people based on race and social class. She has even said racist remarks to employees. I then proceeded to get ghosted by the district manager because he decided to not take any of my harassment claims seriously . It's slightly dark & 'edgy' but not enough that it would scare your grandma out. They leave that up to the groups of high schoolers aimlessly roaming the store in packs. They make it tough to move around as they'll just hang out in a section goofing off. You want to look around that area? Too bad. They're not even going to acknowledge your presence there. I ended up leaving shortly after coming in as I knew it wouldn't be worth my time. It seems like, at least for the men's inventory, they have a few of several styles, but not a ton of variety. I hope the women's section has better variety but I can't speak for that. I just know their men's swim section was tiny & their section of currently hip (read: overpriced) t-shirts was big. I guess my days of shopping at Tilly's have passed. Maybe one day I can pass the cap off to one of my kids.
