Most items are fairly affordable, all are in good condition, and each one has been thoughtfully chosen for its style and quality. The items tend toward a more classic and conservative style. It's not the type of store I visit to browse, see what's available, and make a purchase like I do at Marshall's or Macy's. There just aren't enough items that match my fashion or home style plus the prices are higher than the quality. Kitchen appliances are a different story. Often when I am seeking an item and do a search for best price, Kohl's ranks up at the top. Even better than Amazon at times. Case in point, I wanted the NutriBullet 900 and Kohl's had the best price around so I purchased online, using coupons found online, and did an in store pick up to avoid the shipping cost. I'm recovering from a major surgery and couldn't find a friend to pick up the item. I called customer service and explained the situation, said I could drive myself there but it would be a struggle for me to get out of my car and walk inside to retrieve the item since I'm using a walker. Delora was wonderful! She told me to call the store when I arrived and someone would deliver the item to my car, not something they typically do as their pick ups are in store. I was so grateful! Their jewelry speaks to me, especially their collection of earrings from a variety of artists. Silver is my preference on its own or mixed with gold, and long and dangly is my style. They have so many options. While they don't call out Ayla Bar, I recognize many of the pieces from her collection.
