I was very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff at this store! I'm from the U.K. and don't buy clothing often so am still trying to get used to the sizing and they were great and making sure I could try on things that fitted me properly. In the fitting room, if something didn't look right, the assistant had no issue recommending something similar and finding an appropriate sub in store for me to try. The variety of clothing and colours are beautiful. However I do think as a brand Lululemon are overpriced for the quality of product they offer. I tried on 4 pairs of leggings - some of them black - and found that they were see through enough so I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing them out. Also, the same style top in different colours fitted differently and the stitching was off on the one I tried. For a few great pieces, it's great, but I feel that you could get better quality pieces in other stores for less of a hit to your wallet. read more

This Lululemon is a smaller store with not a great selection like some other stores. I've purchased many items from Lululemon and having worn them many times the quality, while good, isn't much better than some brands comparable that are significantly less expensive. So disappointed in the store. They are not about the customer they're about themselves. Such a small store with not a lot of products. I actually wanted to buy something there and they wouldn't let me because it was part of the "meditation" kit (with a stupid pillow nobody wants), when two weeks ago it wasn't. Some of the people working here are really nice and helpful, especially the shorter young lady (maybe part asian) with really long hair. Another lady helped me get a bra and she was nice but not present at all and I really needed more help getting the right size because now I have one that is too wide. The lady mentioned in a different review with the short blonde bob haircut is truly a nightmare to work with. I had a return that was a gift and therefore, I have no receipt. It didn't have the full tag, but did have the plastic tag thing on it and was clearly never used. She went out of her way to make me feel awful and refused to work with me. I thought lulu stood by their products and making sure their customers were happy. I will certainly never go back to that location, simply because of her. Namaste. Lol read more

I love Lulu, who doesn't, but when I went to return a shirt that was unworn & not washed with the tags still on it they said no because it was 8 days past the 30 days that it was purchased. I admit that this was completely my fault as I forgot to return it but I thought that they would be a little more understanding. The women that helped me just said that they are very strict with there return policy and manager would never approve the return, without asking the manager. After I left I called the Lululemon contact line and they were so helpful and nice. The women that helped me said that she couldn't believe that they would take the return and she are sending me a return label for me to ship it back to get a Lulu credit. I was always a fan of Lulu athletic wear and this location happens to be right across my home. With that being said, the staff at Downtown Summerlin are probably the friendliest and most helpful that I've experienced at any Lulu store. Definitely look forward to going back soon! read more

By far the worst customer service I've never received at a Lululemon store. I say "never" because no one helped me. This is the third time I've been to this location and will most certainly be my last. Each time I've gone in, no one says hello, they don't ask me if I need help, they don't ask if you need a fitting room regardless of the amount of items you have in your hands. They're just completely awful. I LOVE the Fashionshow location, their staff is incredibly helpful and they genuinely enjoy helping you find the best items that suit your personal needs. I would recommend shopping online or heading to the Fashionshow location because these girls are horrendous. read more

As soon as you wak in you are greeted and asked if they can help you find anything. Once the associate found out it was my first time shopping in the store she said well "I am going to get a dressing room ready for you and help you pick out a few items to try on. She asked what kind of workouts I did so she could pick out the correct kind of pants for me asked me what length I preferred. She was just very attentive and once I was in my room there was no pressure to buy anything she did however follow up with me when sh saw me walking around to see if I had liked anything. There workout clothes are very comfortable and so soft but may be out of some people's price range being that the lowest price without being on clearance pants I found were $98. But something tells me they are worth the investment, I may go back for some. I ended up getting two pairs of work slacks, yes work slacks for a really great price(I had a gift card). But I definitely want to go back and get a pair of workout pants. Anyway very friendly staff and great workout clothes. read more

The customer service here is horrendous and insulting!!! I bought a few items and was wearing my husbands firefighter shirt. The lady ringing me up asked if I was a first responder and I said no but my husband was. She said "bring him in with you we'll add him on the account because he gets a discount being a first responder" I said "great I'll do that!" I come in with him a few weeks later and I pick out a pair of shorts and this tall girl, brown hair, fake eyelashes said she'll ring me up. I agreed and advised her that I have my husband here he's a first responder can I add him on my account. She laughs at me yes LAUGHS at me and says "yea we don't add him on your account we make him his own" I said "okay can we make him an account" she said "yes but I won't get the discount" I asked "why not" she said "because you're not the first responder" I then said "okay can he buy my clothes then" she then rolls her eyes laughs AGAIN under her breath and says "no HE gets the discount on his clothes" that is not what I was told and I'm insulted with the way she treated me. Think about the best return policy of any store you've ever been to. Costco and Zappos comes to mind. While Zappos you have 365 days, the item has to be unused. Costco used to take back used items no questions asked, even years old, but now it's mostly one year and less. With Lulu's policy, although technically what they offered me isn't a RETURN, they stand behind their products for years on end, there really isn't any kind of policy I have personally experienced better than Lulu. I had two items that had stitching coming undone. These items are at least a few years old. I had another that I had not really worn and had in storage for a while and noticed weird spots on it that wouldn't launder out. I brought them in, knowing they could repair the seams, and not knowing what they would say about the third item, but just brought it in anyway to ask. The two items with the busted seams I could have repaired, or I could pick out a totally new item similar to it. The third item, since it was so old, I got partial credit towards anything in the store. So like I said, it's not a RETURN, but an exchange of sorts. And you do get what you pay for. The quality of Lulu items are second to none. Their fit is so nice, and you can totally tell the difference compared to cheap activewear brands, esp when it comes to the crotch gusset! No gusset equals big time camel toe! And it doesn't hurt that the styles are totally unique to any other line of activewear. The girls that work there are all really helpful and nice. No snootyness at all! They also offer free yoga classes on Sunday mornings. Still gotta go check that out. read more

I have been here many times. This is my favorite Lululemon location as far as the staff goes. Aside from shopping, I have been here 2 times for problems I have had. Once, with a faulty yoga tote and the other time a gym tote. Both times the ladies here took care of me. I believe their names were Angie when I had a problem with my gym tote and possibly Erin for the yoga tote. Those are the only 2 names I remember but EVERYONE here is super duper friendly and not at all snooty like I've experienced at other locations. I only wish that this store had Fashion Show's Layout but the customer service here makes up for it. read more

Great store and the staff is just awesome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful while I tried on my first ever Lululemon pants. I had a hard time choosing which pair to buy and the staff were very helpful and told me which pair were the best especially for it being my first pair. I ended up getting the Wunder Unders and they have become my favorite pair to wear. The store was very organized and sizes were really easy to find. I love coming here just because of how friendly the staff is. It's a lot easier to shop when the staff are nice to you. It feels so very welcoming. read more

I called on 9/23 at 11:00 am to see if I could exchange a size and to please hold it for me. The sales associate said no we can't hold anything. I explained I have already purchased but just need a different size. She again said no. She then rudely said "hold on, I need to put you on hold so I can do my opening store stuff". Great store and great location! Definitely better than when it was in Boca Park. I just love all the girls at this store and they have a little section for the kids to color and play so you can try things on without sharing the dressing room with the little ones. Only downfall of the location is that the parkings tough but it is a store for workout clothes so you shouldn't really mind the walk anyways. read more

If you've ever worn this clothing- you known exactly what I'm talking about. Man, this stuff is absolutely amazing. The best fitting, most breathable, longest lasting workout wear I've ever owned. Hell I even wear their loose fit shirts as street clothes. So versatile. Especially living in Las Vegas- this stuff should be in your closet!!! It may be a little more pricey than UA or Nike fit/combat/etc but it puts all that to shame. The new location in DT Summerlin has a wide variety of the men's line. I don't know why the hell this is only listed under women's clothing. They have just as much guy stuff. My next purchase from here is gonna be a backpack. They look awesome!! read more

I shopped at the store last night for the first time and right away I felt uncomfortable. I'm looking through sizes and it's quite obvious that I need help but the two girls in the back don't even acknowledge me. Finally someone comes over and asks me if I'd like a fitting room but does the bare minimum to assist me. While I'm talking to her, her coworker cuts me off and starts talking to her, which was extremely rude. I'm in my fitting room and I hear her following up with everyone else in their fitting room except for me. I had to put my clothes back on just to pull another size for myself. She says absolutely nothing to me after our initial correspondence, maybe she didn't think I was going to buy anything so she decided to completely ignore me. Their customer service was one of my worst experiences and I doubt I'll ever go back there. read more

Went in earlier today because my husband told me to treat myself today. Unfortunately I'm unfamiliar with the bottoms and wanted something that would keep the wind out but not a windbreaker bottom. There were 2 associates in the back where the dressing rooms are. One was assisting a customer and the other was folding clothes. I asked her for assistance and she was beyond rude. Now mind you I'm holding a jacket that's over $100 in Grey and ask if they came in black. She looks at me and says that is our black.... (kinda rude if you ask me) and, then inquire on bottoms around $100. As I'm trying to talk to her she's ignoring me and continues to fold and put the garments away. It gets to the point that I ask her "are you too busy for me"? she says no but isn't helpful at all. I explain I want a fitted a bottom all way through but not too restricting, so she suggests the windbreaker, I tell her I don't think your listening I want a fitted bottom all way through and I unfamiliar w your pants. Are they all compression pants because I tried them on a few weeks ago and felt a tad too tight at the bottom for me. I'm a 27 waist and usually a size 5, and tell her I tried a 4 and a 6 and she tells me Oh then you need a bigger size She looks at me like I'm a dumb arse and says or then get the boot cut... I look at my daughter confused. Aren't boot cut flared at the bottom? Then she gives me a smart arse response about their bottoms and says what I'm looking for that they no longer make. I ask for the name thinking maybe I can order online or find at a outlet store if they have one. She says I said they no longer make them... then back peddles and said Oh well maybe if you look online. What the heck!? At that point I'm irritated and want to say something like I'm sorry I didn't take a Lululemon 101 class before stepping in the store today. My experience w the associate with the short hair and glasses was horrible that I walked out bagless. I could see if the store was really busy or if customers were lined up to try garments on but that Def wasn't the case at all. I will Def take a 101 class on the clothing if that associate takes a customer service class. read more
