    I have purchased 9 items from this store over the past 10 months. It would be nice if there were more comfortable areas for friends and family waiting , while customers try on clothes . I believe if I wasn't feeling so rushed I would have bought 2 more items . If there an area outside the fitting room to sort thru items about to be purchased, I believe you'd sell more product . I came here to purchase Valentine's Day gifts and wanted to make sure I was happy when I left after spending $349. I enjoy the product and would value it more if the experience didn't feel like I was Old Navy!

    This is probably the biggest, nicest, and most well staffed lululemon store I've been to, and it's definitely the best in the Vegas area. The store is always clean, well organized and easy to shop. They have tons of employees, or educators as lululemon calls them, on hand to assist you in finding products and/or answering your questions. Sure, their clothes are pricey but they are so comfortable, stylish, and most importantly they're really good quality and will last you for years as long as you take care of them! Always hang dry!! If you're in between sizes, don't forget that lululemon will provide free alterations for any of their products, no receipt required! They will be able to tell if it's one of their products! Alterations usually take about 5 to 7 days before you can pick them up, since they're sent offsite. If you're a runner, don't forget to come by on Wednesday evenings at 6 PM for run club! I've been going for years and it's always fun to see new faces!

    You can see how bad quality the leggings were just after months of purchase and wouldn't return. But at the other location did.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager and the staff are horrible, especially the blonde manager who threatened to call security when I specifically came in with a damaged legging that hasn't even been bought for a year, including with a receipt and she still gave me attitude and told me not to yell at her when I never raised my voice once absolutely insane would not recommend going there. And what's more shocking is that I know it was discrimination because I went to another location at the strip and they did my return super fast and easy and apologized for the other managers actions. She should be fired, she lacks professionalism and empathy for customers don't work there if you hate your job.

    Excellent location! Walked in and was immediately greeted. I browsed through some of the items, and a friendly sales associate came over to let me know which styles were brand new. I grabbed a jacket, a couple of align tanks, and a pair of leggings. When I held a couple of items, an employee quickly provided me with a dressing room. As I walked back to my room, she kindly offered me a bottle of water. I was so sad to see all the bad reviews on Yelp. My visit today has been nothing short of extraordinary. Each employee's customer service skills were top-notch (e.g., friendly, enthusiastic, eager to help, remembered to call me by my name, etc). As an avid online shopper, I'd say that Lululemon's Downtown Summerlin location is well-worth a visit!

    Just take ALL of my money!!! I've fallen for ALL of the hype with lululemon stretch pants. I love the feel & the fit. The store is located on a corner block of downtown Summerlin shopping center (DTS) The sales assistant was VERY helpful with helping me get sized & assistance with color selections. Great store to checkout!

    Compared to other locations, they have the friendliest staff. One girl was super friendly and helpful. Love shopping here!

    The ladies in this store are all stuck up and rude! I detest going in here. I will make the trek down to fashion show or order online.

Because the original credit card I used had been closed, I was told I would only be issued a gift card. What was frustrating, however, was the inconsistency in how this was handled. The manager initially told me she needed to get authorization, and I waited approximately 10 minutes for a return call--only to be told a gift card was the only option. When I asked to escalate the matter, two additional staff members came over. One of them was notably rude, while the other, James, was more professional and apologetic. I was told this was standard store policy, which raised a simple question: if this is truly a fixed policy, why was authorization needed in the first place? The situation felt inconsistent and, frankly, left me questioning whether customers are being treated equally. I've been a loyal Nordstrom customer for over 30 years and have never experienced this level of service. Nordstrom has long been known for its exceptional customer care, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I sincerely hope this is an isolated issue at this location and that steps are taken to ensure the level of service aligns with the company's longstanding reputation.
