Stopped in this past sunday, Mother's Day- 2026. Hope all of you Moms had a nice Mother's Day too. I briefly checked out the bag department. I also briefly went through the beauty aisles. I checked out the Shoes and was trying on a lot of shoes. Found a bunch of Vionics, which is my favorite shoe brand. Many of the pairs were under $50, which is good, considering that the pairs are running at $75 each, at regular price. It took a lot of will power not purchase any shoes. I looked at the Madewell rack, but wow, the solid basic short-sleeved t-shirts are now $18.97 each. Can this be tarriff-related? I needed a refresh for my tops, separates for work. (I recently went through my closet in the earliest stage of Spring Cleaning.) My rating is based on the organization and the selection availablity. read more

Most Nordstrom Racks that I've visited have a few things in common. The stores are messy with a lot of items scattered all around and not organized and there's only one or two cashiers with a very long line of guests waiting to checkout or deal with a customer service issue. I'm not sure why these things can't be managed but I was here again this morning and nothing has changed. read more

Waiting over 30 minutes in line with another 20+ people while 4 cashiers/managers include Raja and Catherine sat at chatted with two costumers the entire time and Australia, the outback, you name it. Felt very uneasy shopping here as if I'm the first black man in existence to walk into an establishment with a mini tote - fitting rooms have a weird protocol: one counts the items, carries them into your room but another counts your items and tells you pick your items up yourself, rudely might I add - after this, I make my way to the register with my select item only to see a woman watching me like Pennywise from behind a stand where shades are located then continued to eye hound me as she moved towards the front entrance .. I purchased the item I selected but then returned it within 20 minutes because why should I be subjected to harassment - will never give this company my business again. read more

I've stopped in several times over the last few weeks and though the lines are long, they typically move quickly. Today I needed to return an online order. I was hoping to find the next bigger size for some Mary Jane's I bought but no luck. I would really love to be able to let I place online orders for store pickup without the shipping fee. Yesterday 12/19/25 I was going to do several returns for my employer, when I saw the low review rating. I explained to the sales lady Youngmi C. how shocked I was at the low rating ! I have personally been shopping here since the store opened and have Always received Fast, Professional , and Excellent service! The line moves faster than home goods or marshals, which are twice as long as the Racks! They have always been helpful , and given me tips on how to earn more credits on my Nordstroms Card, and told be when I've been eligible for more discounts! In today's world I consider their sales people to be 5plus stars ! I personally value this store and their employees! Management in my opinion is doing a Splendid job hiring and training their employees. I can even recall last year while in the dressing room asking for additional underwear in a different size and they brought them right to me in minutes . Please people be kinder it's the Holidays! Super values ! I do want to mention in 2022 I was in the store purchasing bras and a gay man was coming into the ladies dressing area . I have never ever in my life had an altercation with anyone gay . I was married for a decade to a gay man, my favorite uncle was gay, my baby sitter was a gay man! Who doesn't love a nice, big rack! This is probably the biggest Rack I've been to. I felt like the Men's section here was super large. I can usually get through a smaller store's Men's section in about 10 minutes. I was easily browsing the one here for 30+ minutes. Parking wasn't an issue and the GPS got me there pretty easily. I'm glad I stopped here! I found one shirt I liked but it wasn't in my size (dang it) and with the Shoes, I was on vacation and just didn't have room for another pair in my suitcase to take home. I will say browsing the clothes was a bit of challenge as the sizes seemed to be in the wrong places. That's why I got excited when I saw the awesome tiki shirt, but screamed "MINE" for no reason as it was in the wrong section of the rack. And some stuff wasn't even marked down at all. I saw this at other Rack's, but if you're going to sell it at List price, don't bring it to the Rack! I'd come here again to see if anything caught my fancy. Disgusted! I was so happy and intentional in shopping for my grand daughter. We had so many choices of fall clothes I was initially overwhelmed then got excited. My daughter said buy everything so I did. The store was busy, like Christmas shopping but it was clean and organized I left feeling accomplished but disgusted. The young person at the register, with a black smock, blond umbre hair, no name tag and a breast awareness pin offered the new Nordstrom service. I had 16 toddler outfits and 16 toddler outfits on hangers and informed her that I didn't want the hangers. I spent $400. She proceeded to tell me that there were so many hangers and she couldn't take them off. I put the things down in my hand and took the clothes off hangers. I watched her give ROSS no fold service and was flabbergasted. I have shopped at NR for years and have made note of the recent changes in customer care. Shoes fell apart the first week my kids wore them. Tried to return and Ian Strickland the customer service manager said I was not able to have return because the shoes were dirty looking and it was less than a month that the kids wore the shoes. The sticking fell out and the sole of the shoe came unglued but Nordstrom rack said too bad so sad. I ordered an amazing ankle boot online from the rack. They were so cool looking but were too tight on my heel. I could just imagine the silver dollar sized blisters just oozing... I digress. I took the boxed boots to the Nordstrom Rack in Summerlin. This was my first time shopping at this location. It was my intention to exchange the boots for something similar. I wanted something dressy but casual for work. It's acceptable to wear Birkenstocks, tennis shoes, or house shoes but I wanted to do me. Enough about me! The mall is very nice. The store was nicer than any other rack I'd ever shopped. Warm greeting when I came in, Even though I had papaya stain on my t shirt and my shoes we're untied. They were non- judgmental. I jumped in the socially distanced line. A very nice woman helped me receive a refund back to my original payment form, PayPal. I went to the shoes and the pickings were slim but to my delight, there were two shoes by Born, a Scandinavian shoe maker. It was like finding a $100 bill in a pile of smaller denomination bills. Check out the pic. I'm very happy with my purchase. The young lady that helped me pay for my shoes also knows what a great find Born shoes are. No thank you. Nor will I be returning. I have been a loyal Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customer for over 46 years. Maybe because Las Vegas is so far from Seattle that they don't understand what Nordstrom customers have relied on the Nordstrom name to represent: quality and customer service. The quality was the first to go when buyers began overwhelming purchasing product that does not meet Nordstrom quality. For instance a cardigan purchased fell apart at the seems after the first cleaning. Now, not only is the quality subpar, but the customer service has completely eroded. If one does not run back to Nordstrom Rack within 45 days, you are stuck with the item. Even Ross Dress for Less will give store credit, but not Nordstrom. The "directive" now is to not return under any circumstances, even when the purchase can be verified, they will only offer store credit. I know for a fact this has not been the Nordstrom policy. Even worse, the native US born, Seattle indigenous company now outsources their call center customer service to other countries like Columbia. Representatives refuse to give identifying information for recorded calls. What is the point of referring to a recorded call when information to identify your call is withheld. I am so disgusted with the customer service standards that do not meet base level customer service. They should change their name as they do not deserve to be called any part of Nordstrom unless it is "Not Nordstrom" or "5 Below Nordstrom Standard". Nordstrom Rack, should change to "The Rack" and drop Nordstrom all together because their product doesn't meet Nordstrom standard and probably why they now have such stringent return policies. Nordstrom is so concerned about revenue in reference to returns they should consider what their policy does to loyal customers that choose to take theirs and their friend's dollars elsewhere. I recently purchased a pair of heels that fit too tight. I didn't think about trying them on since i am a size 7M. Once I got home i tried them on to see if they would be comfortable for work and i felt them tight so i decided to not wear them for work and exchange them. I went to exchange them at the same location i purchased them from and the cashier lady in the front was very rude about it. The shoes on the bottom were dirty and that's how they were sold to me. She said next time I should tell the cashier helping me to ask the cashier to sign her name on the receipt to show that the shoes were sold "dirty" on the bottom so I wouldn't have trouble exchanging or returning them. I had told her that I didn't know how the procedure worked and that I shouldn't have to tell any cashier how to do THEIR job. She then proceeds to tell me she's going to make the refund when I had told her from the beginning I wanted an exchange. She then walks away to ask her neighbor something and comes back to assist me and says she owes me some change. With that change I told her I wanted to purchase my niece an outfit and with attitude she proceeds to tell me "oh okay, I didn't know you had an outfit in your hand because I couldn't see it. You had it in your hand where I couldn't see it right?" I work in customer service and this is NOT how you talk/treat a customer. I have never had such bad experience. I got home tried the shoes on and it didn't work, so I decided to return the shoes. I never return things, but I'm being more careful with my spending and I knew I would never wear the shoes. So I returned the shoes today after standing in a super long line, I waited patiently until my turn. I got to the counter and the young lady seemed friendly, she asked why I was returning them and I explained that it didn't work with my outfit. She then began to scan my receipt and the shoes , so I took my credit card out thinking that they would need it for the return. She looked confused after scanning everything and told me that the shoes i was returning and the receipt didn't match. She said she would be back and to give her a minute. I wasn't concerned because I just figured they had the wrong info on their end and that they needed some time to figure it out. She returned after about 7 minutes with another lady and told me they reviewed the camera and that the shoes I purchased wasn't the shoes I was returning and if I brought back the correct shoes they could do the return. I asked her what other shoes? There are no other shoes, these are the shoes I bought. Note: she said they saw me purchase another pair of shoes on the camera; ok so she stepped away again and came back with another lady and she took a look and scanned the items and told me the same thing. That the shoes and the receipt didn't match and that they wouldn't be able to do the transaction. I explained to her this is insane, you can see I purchased the shoes. I have the receipt and the picture of the shoes is on the shoe box. I felt like I was in an alternate reality. I was standing at the counter embarrassed that they were trying to imply I was scamming. So I told her to go look at the camera again as I was in the store for hours trying on clothes and shopping, there is no way you saw me buy any other pair of shoes. They both walked away and after another 7-10 minutes they came back apologizing that it was their error and they can see I bought the shoes I was returning. No duh!!!! the customer service is trash. There is no way I should have been treated like that. I was visibly upset and told she was accusing me of being a scammer and she said well I apologized. Wow!!!! She was so dry and insincere. I'm not even gonna drop the race card but I'm curious if I was anything other than what I am if things would have gone differently. I'm so disappointed in this store and how they handled me today. I always shop here. You couldn't pay my to ever return here again. I have never been so humiliated in all my life. After my last visit this weekend, I will never shop at this Nordstrom rack again. Their customer service is the worst and not on brand for the Nordstroms. After questioning clearance signage, the clerk agreed with me, and called a manager. A woman came (she didn't stick around long enough to get her name), listened to my complaint and referred another manager to help (Craig). He also agreed that the signage was misleading but refused to honor the sale. He said that he wasn't the one in charge of printing the signs (obviously). He called over Cindy, whom was also described as the manager, and she was incredibly rude. Despite several employees agreeing with what I was saying about the signage, she refused to honor the discount. I let her know that I have shopped here for years and will not be back. She shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. I told her I didn't think she was, and she shrugged her shoulders again and walked away. I'm very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere. Since I was a little kid, I have always loved Nordstroms/Nordstroms Rack. Because of that, I am often given gift cards to those stores for my birthday or the holidays. I always put the gift cards in my wallet with my other ones until I use them. A few months ago when I decided to check the balance on all of my Nordstroms gift card, I noticed the access code was missing on one of them. It was sticky and looked like it had been peeled off, possibly by the glue strip that they put on back of cards. I called the customer service number and the man who I spoke to confirmed the card had $200. He said without the access code I wouldn't be able to use the gift card but I could either send the bad card in along with the proof of purchase or go to a store and ask them to "drain" the card. He said they would know exactly what to do. Since this was a gift, I didn't have proof of purchase so I decided to go in to a store. I live in the southwest and both Henderson and Summerlin are about equal distance from my home. I first went to the Henderson store. That day the Managers were not working, so the young man at the register wrote down their names and told me to come back. Since I don't live super close, I figured I would go at some point. Today, I happen to be in Downtown Summerlin for a meeting, so I decided to go to that store to shop. When I got to the register I paid with one of my other gift cards and told the cashier about the $200 one that needed to be drained. She called her Manager. The manger was extremely condescending and made me feel like I was lying or did something wrong. She kept asking me the same questions over and over. She said, they can't just "drain" a card without proof or purchase. I explained it was a gift and that customer service told me to go in to a store. So she called customer service herself, in front of me. She kept shaking her head up and down and said "that's what I thought." She proceeded to tell me that they couldn't do anything for me. I was very upset and asked for her name. She refused to give it to me until I explained I was filing a complaint and she told me it was Vivian. I called customer service and was told the same thing. They were able to see where the card was purchased and the day/time and suggested I go to that store and see if they could look up an old receipt! This is the most horrible experience. You have basically stole $200 from the person who bought me this card! Thank goodness for Google because it suggested I file a complaint with the BBB. I have done that and will be going to the media next. This is unacceptable that someone can purchase a gift card that can easily have the access numbers removed and you won't accept it. read more

Today my husband and I went shopping here from about 1:40pm- 2:30pm. But a white woman employee with glasses near the front entrance, was very rude and only stared at me with strange eyes. And how can someone greet others while looking at their phones? It's better if they don't greet us at all. And there was woman who was cleaning the watches near the hat section. But when I asked if they have another of the same hat, she responded "what?" very rudely. I don't know why I have to walk out from there feeling bad. I love Nordstrom racks, and I go there a lot. I'm disappointment at Nordstrom Rack. The Customer Service has turn into a Madness the way I was Treated was unbelievable. I've been a customer over 15 years & as the years go by people are just so rude & Harsh. I purchase 3 items today, 2 of the items was on Clearance $14.98 & $20.98 , the other 1 was regular price $79.98 . I also had a 4th item the was on clearance for 13.98 that's what the sticker said but the cashier said it was the wrong prize on the item & the correct sale price is 29.98. I said to the Cashier ' I'm well-informed working in retail. When has been marked down with the wrong price from the mistake of the store you are suppose to honor the price . The supervisor Vivian told me no they do not . Vivian was so rude to me but not only that , while I was waiting To purchase my merchandise on another register I noticed that a customer also had an issue with the price on a item the cashier honored the price but it was different for me. I also felt like it was very rude of Vivian to Whisper to the store Manager when Cindy Alvarez was present at the front being that I asked to spoke to a Manager. Vivian was not my cashier , she took over the situation & didn't even known what was going on the cashier told me the merchandise is on clearance but is marked down as the wrong price. This place sucks. The customer service is terrible. I stood in what was the return line for 10 min only for someone to tell me I have to now wait on the regular line. I love Nordstrom Rack but this location is not for me. I've gone here a few times and each time it is so disorganized. Too much stuff out !! The handbag and accessory area- flashbacks of my old cousins bedroom who never cleaned up after herself . There's not a lot to be desired when there's ' stuff' all over the floor. The one in Henderson is amazing compared to this hot mess. I love to shop but I left feeling defeated. Yes this store is bigger than the one in Henderson but that's an excuse when not everything has to be out on the floor or the manager needs to figure out how to make it aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I was prompted by Yelp to post a review. First, I've shopped here numerous times over the past year. I mostly purchase shoes, casual and dress....some dress shirts and casual going out long sleeve (over $100) shirts. I have never been offered help by employees, always easy to get in and out of the dressing rooms, cashiers are often talking with each other during transactions and complain. On this past Black Friday, I bought a belt for myself, shirts, and a wallet for my sons. I paid for my presents and asked for gift receipts. The cashier said, "Aww, I'm sorry I can't do that now, you should have asked before paying." Followed with the fake smile... I smiled back, and said, "That's fine, I'm not responsible to know your policies on requesting gift receipts before the transaction." I'll still need the gift receipts please. The 30 year old cashier smile quickly disappeared and look of annoyance was directed at me. I'm thinking, I wonder why I was denied and treated this way....I was polite, it's only around 1pm, she can't be tired...I asked nicely..... oh, that's right, no one likes to work at this pay scale... or maybe it's because I'm a senior citizen...not sure, but I do know it's easy to print up gift receipts and try to be polite. So, she asked another employee to print up the gift receipts for me. I wished her a Merry Christmas and thanked her. She said, "Uh Hugh." Let me first start off by saying... I'm a quick shopper. So you'll see me quick-strolling through the racks because I'm on a mission to find exactly what I came in to find. I spent 17 minutes browsing through the entire store: men's, travel, women's, shoes, fitness, toys, home decor, bedding, lingerie, accessories, and bags. Spent 3 minutes browsing the travel-size products at the check-out stand, and as there were no lines at check-out, spent 2 minutes completing my purchase. All in all, it took me 23 minutes to finish my visit. Front door has signs enforcing facial masks are required. Security was alert when I walked in and out. There was disinfectant spray and towels at the front counters. The racks are properly spaced with enough room to socially distance even when browsing across from someone. Associates were restocking and fixing apparel on racks. There were floor markings to encourage social distancing. There are clear screens between you and the cashier's, and they disinfect the counters between customers. Also there is hand sanitizer at every counter for your use. Although the variety in selection is not much, I'd definitely return in a few weeks to see what new items are in stock. read more

I will say I've been a Nordstrom & Nordstrom Rack customer for many many years. I've been noticing over the last couple years, the quality of their cloths are going down hill. Cheap fast fashion! But the reason for my review today is the Summerlin branch no longer has a separate return line!! WHY?!? This is completely ridiculous. I already stood in that long a** line once to purchase my items. I should not have to stand in line again. I can only assume to pick up an online order, you have to wait in the main line too. This store isn't great, nor is it terrible, but it's a decent place to shop if you wish to save a buck and would rather spend your money on brands of higher quality than the kind of stuff you find at places like Target, Walmart, or whatever. They do have a decent selection of designer brands, with pricing that I would consider to be mid-range to low-range. Brands like Adidas, Nike, Free People, DKNY, Frame, Blanc Noir, Guess, etc. Tons of womens clothing! There's more clothing for women than any other section. It's all organized fairly well, during holidays it'll get messy but that's not unusual. Their selection of jeans is awesome. I have found pairs of jeans from brands like G-Star and Good American that were 1/3 of the price that they sell for on their official stores (example: at Nordstrom rack I paid $40 for a pair, that was being sold on a brands official site for $130!) Athletic selection needs more tops and jackets but plenty of leggings and bras. Home section is worthless. Shoe section is massive and will take quite some time to browse through. Prepare for that! Fitting rooms are tidy and quiet. Checkout is always quick and customer service great. Order pickup never lets me down either. Overall, I visit this store at least once a month. And I usually do find something I'm glad to have found there at a cheaper price. I rate 3 stars due to lack of work wear like blazers, for lack of decent home and electronics and a somewhat lame beauty section. And their hours kind of suck compared to how they used to be. Especially how they close at 6pm on Sunday. Ugh. read more
