I wish I could give 0 stars because my experience here was terrible. When we walked up, the man (blonde, was working the entrance at 2 on 07/26/20) told us we needed to wait 40 minutes. We asked if we could go in for 10 minutes because we knew what we were looking for. Man says no because it's not fair. We understand. Then, we made a joke about how they'd get better sales if they let people in, and the man had the worst attitude about it! He scowled, "If you want to wait, you'll wait" in the most condescending tone. Turns out the 40 minute wait was a lie, it was actually closer to 1.5 hrs. There was never a text telling us to come back because we were next in line, only a 10-15 minute warning message. Given the false estimate from before, we were quite weary of this. Since it was 90 degrees, we decided to wait in the car til we were in the #1 spot in line to avoid the heat as I have a medical condition that causes me to faint when overheated. Here's where it gets worse. We watched this worker allow 2 people in the store after they told him they were #6 and #8 in line. Which made us have to wait in the scorching heat. I'm shocked I didn't pass out. Tell me again, blondie, how you are being fair? Then, to put the icing on the cake, blondie decides to leave his station at the door. A random lady, who was not in line, walks in and begins shopping! No one said anything even though the other workers saw her. Turns out this whole trip was a waste. The selection was completely lacking and I didn't get the item I wanted as it is sold out online. Guess I'll go look on the Nike store instead! read more

I went here a few days ago to check out their jackets and warm weather gear. Was a bit disappointed in the selection of jackets. Decided to try other items and had the best experience thanks to their staff team member, Liz. She was really attentive, checked on me frequently, was an expert on the items and helped me get the right size for the leggings I ended up purchasing. I hope all customers can interact with her, she was great. read more

I love Lululemon. Love! I workout every day. Yoga two or three times a week. I live in my lululemon clothes. But I disliked this store VERY much. I was out visiting my parents and I had some time to kill so I popped in because I love getting new workout clothes. I was pretty much ignored from the moment I got in there. The workers were all laughing and joking with one another, singing loudly and obnoxiously to the radio playing throughout the store. While I carried 6 different items around with not a single person asking me if I needed a fitting room. Horrible horrible store. I will stick to the store on Southport or Halsted. Love lulu clothing but the sales staff in the store are extremely rude. My wife and I where in the store looking for new leggings for her. She went to use the bathroom in store, and they didn't allow her. She has used their restrooms before, but this time there was attitude. If I our looking for a better way experience I Would just take the time to go to their location at woodfield mall. Much nicer there. read more

I came to Lululemon to exchange leggings that I had received as a gift. I went up and the cashier told me they'd hold my leggings while I shopped which I thought was so convenient. Walked towards the back where the leggings were and had a question about other styles and they ladies there were super helpful. They were very sweet and even helped me pick out the size that best suited me. I also had to take my toddler with me and they were so sweet with her and gave me the bigger fitting room. The girls were super sweet. The only thing was when I called to confirm their business hours, they're voicemail had said they opened at 11 on sundays but they actually opened at 12 so we did have to kill some time for an hour. read more

This is by far one of the WORST stores I have ever visited in regards to staff and customer service. The staff is super immature, rude, snotty, and not customer service oriented whatsoever. I don't like to leave rude reviews, but I gave this location many opportunities to change my outlook on this particular store. I love lululemon, I love their clothing, their quality, everything! This location has been the most unhelpful, judgmental and rude location I've ever been to. I am athletic, but I am no where close to being a week out from a bodybuilding show. Walking in, you can SEE and FEEL the snottiness and judgmental vibrations these employees give off. Not one smiles, not one is helpful. It's almost a chore for them to help. Full disclosure: I didn't shop here... I went in here to return some clothing that was given as a gift. The transaction went smoothly, and I was on my way. I was especially appreciative of how kind the employees were, considering I had come in just moments before closing time. I know, I'm a jerk. A few days later, I was trying to find the gift card and realised it wasn't in my bag. I looked everywhere. I called the store to see if I had left it behind but they didn't have any found gift cards. The woman I spoke with (I'll likely remember her name tomorrow morning, lol) offered to look the transaction up for me and not ONLY was she able to find it, and not ONLY was she able to reissue another store credit (they're able to keep track of them to see if they're used), she EXPRESS MAILED it to me! How is THAT for service?! So thank you [insert name here later, when I remember it] for your kindness, your time, your patience, and your positive attitude. read more

This company is a joke. I'm a therapist who performs exercise-based rehabilitation with 60+ clients a week, yet they don't feel I qualify for their Sweat Collective discount program. They have given me their discount for 3 years, but suddenly decided that my PT background was too "medical" to be included?! I don't think they realize how permeating putting the bad news out to a PT clinic who sees over 200 patients a week can be! read more

I have come to this store multiple times because it is near my home. I can honestly say that they have such horrible service. They don't care about the customer or what the customer wants. Every time I walk in no one says hi or asks me if I need help. About a week ago I asked to get my pants hemmed and the staffed sounded annoyed when I asked them to hem them. When I picked them up they didn't have me try them on or see if there were any problems. When I got home I realized the two pant legs were different lengths and went up to about my calf. They are full length pants so I was confused on what happened. I went back & they again didn't say hi or ask what I needed. I went up to someone (who was the manager) & she gave me a weird look when I told her about my problem. She told me to try them on and when I did she had me pick new ones out. She looked very annoyed the entire time because she told me I had to get cheaper pants. I said I wouldn't do that since I spent over $120 on those. I didn't like that she tried making me settle for less the entire time. Every time I walked into the fitting room she would whisper about me to her coworker. When it was time to pay, she told me I had bought my original pants for $75 which made me very upset. I told her how much I actually spent and again she had an annoyed face. The staff here is very immature & rude to so many customers. I notice they're really nice to Caucasian people who look like they have a lot of money. This is only one of the many bad experiences that I've had with Lululemon in Deer Park. I will NOT be returning to this store anytime soon. I've never been to other Lulu location, so I'm not sure what's standard with their hiring practices...but this location. Man... the employees don't even acknowledge you, they look you from head to toe to see what you're wearing if they do look your way, and if you need help, don't bother trying to get their attention...these girls are in the middle of social hour and will literally not stop their conversation even if you are standing right there. It's pretty pathetic. I don't care how expensive or high end the clothes are. You are still working in retail and need to have good customer service... 2 stars because once I find what I need, I am able to check out relatively quickly. I work as a personal trainer not too far from this store and have been trying to snag the studio pant for a couple weeks now. I visited the store on the Saturday that followed Christmas and wasn't surprised that the item was out of stock. Today (Thursday) I returned to the store, again looking for the studio pant, and still they had none. As I walked toward the back the girl working asked me "How are you today?!?" as she instantly turned her attention to a male co-worker laughing asking what he said to her....completely ignoring my answer...as if she had never even asked the question of how I was doing. After the two of them finished their "non-work topic" conversation and established what I was looking for the girl explained that she was completely unaware of when they're shipments come...they receive stuff twice a week...never offering to place an order for me or really help me in any way. I feel that the staff here is extremely immature for a high end retailer and the customer service is lacking. It seems more like a party than a job. Today was also a very snowy and slow day for the store...you'd think they would have tried to push a sale for a pair of $108.00 pants instead of letting me get away. This is by far the worst lululemon store I've ever been to. And I have been to plenty across the nation! Unfortunately, this is technically the closest store to me... So it's very disappointing that this store is the worst. All the other lululemons have great and very accommodating staff. The staff here are the opposite... I agree completely with other reviews. Weird, I'm a 64 Year old workout wannabe and guess I've bought 90% of my extensive, cult like personal inventory of ABC pant (in waist size 34, 36, and sadly heading towards 38) from the deer park store and the staff has always been very nice. You don't suppose they're just feeling sorry for me do you? Hell, I even bought a damn hat and even don't wear hats. I cant believe the negative reviews I'm reading but must admit, i try to be pleasant so can't rightly judge the reaction to an attention starved customer. Huge Lululemon lover! Would suggest this brand over anything else. Well worth the price. The reason behind my rating is due to the lack of customer service at this particular location. The staff comes off very stuck up and makes you feel uncomfortable. Terrible attitude towards customers. I brought in a pair of leggings that I was unsatifised with. The manager and other staff members proceeded to tell me I was washing my leggings incorrectly after I stated how well I take care of them, due to the EXPENSIVE price tag. She made me feel as if I was wrong, which I was not, and that the issue with my leggings was not her fault but my own. Im extremely disappointed with their service and staff. This is lululemon's newest store in the Chicagoland area and it's wonderful! It's super huge compared to Oak Brook or Naperville. All of the sales people seem to be very nice and knowledgeable of the items that they have to offer. What is great about Deer Park along with Oak Brook is the fact that the sales tax is the lowest in the Chicagoland area. Seriously ... any $$ break helps because their stuff never goes on promotion. If an item isn't selling that great, it will go on final sale, and that's about it. They do unfortunately have a strict two week return policy which sucks, but it's understandable considering they come out with new items weekly. This store is great, since it's bigger, they are able to display more items so that you can see them on manequinns compared to the other stores. read more

I share the opinion of several of the reviewers. First, let me say that I love Lululemon clothing. I too live in their athletic ware. On two separate occasions I have attempted to return items that had never been worn but the tags had been removed. I kept the tag and the receipt and was interrogated by the store manager. "Have you worn the item?" "Why are you returning the item?" Any other retailer happily takes obviously unworn merchandise back. I will drive the extra 10 miles to the Woodfield location to avoid such an unpleasant experience. Corporate should know the kinds of people they have representing their brand....not good. read more

I purchased several items here for my girlfriend around Christmas time. The store is staffed poorly from the aspect of a lame attitude--I would guess this starts with management and filters throughout (poor training/hiring practices). If it wasn't for my girlfriends specific like for the brand I would have dropped the $400 worth of product on the front desk and left. TJ Max does a mesurably better job! read more

I came into this store after a long practice with my dance girls and a long run of my own so I was a sweaty gross mess. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with smiling faces. Everyone's was more than friendly and helpful. They had three employees working and all of they were so nice, helpful, and knowledgable. The first girl greeted me at the front and educated me on the different type of shirts after asking me what I was looking for and what type of exercises I mostly did. Then she sent me on to someone else who helped me with pants. She started a fitting room for me and educated me on the different types of pants they had and what they were best for. At the end of all the help I received I finally picked a couple of outfits and could not be happier with my decisions. Had it not been for all of the help I received I don't think I would have been as happy. Even when I went to go check out the cashier informed me of how to wash and take care of everything. All around a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. read more

Super super disappointed in the management here. I have been a long time customer at this specific lululemon for AT LEAST the last 5 years. I had great experiences with the staff as they were welcoming and kind. Recently I bought some clearance pants and they were not what I expected. Poor quality in that they tore super easily. And I found a tear that was high by the waist and there is NO WAY I did that. I brought them into this lulu to get them fixed and I was poorly treated, and not welcomed. Staff began to mumble about my situation as there was "nothing they could do" and they discussed how my pants were "really old". First and foremost, I bought these pants 6 months ago & second, the last time I brought pants in they were 7 years old and they fixed them... so. Interesting. Anyway I called lulu customer service and they were super surprised at this behavior and super SUPER helpful so this review is not indicative of lulu as a brand but just a review of the store and the management here. read more

The two women working there were more than helpful and help me find exactly what I wanted and were not pushy or overbearing at all. They gave great advice and were so kind and generous!
