Another I have to do minor self repairs periodically. Their warranty has gotten worse and they look for excuses to ignore the warranty like "you bought it on sale so there's no warranty." I've seen lightly used shoes have major repair needs in just months. No wonder Brightons are going out of business all over the country. Good riddance. Oh and sales people are often pushy at Brighton stores and will insult your children and parenting at the drop of the hat even when the child is polite, respectful, even trying to help.

I've been shopping at this store for years and they experience has always been great. It seems to…read morebe a busy store but they juggle the customers well, while also being patient. I've taken my 80 year old mother in and they were beyond patient with her, the only negative was the fitting for her was WAY OFF! It caused a slow down in fitting because the size was way too small so everything hurt her feet until we found the correct size and shoe. Numerous times I've been lucky enough to be helped by Noel and he's always so polite and efficient. He offers suggestions and is able to bring out multiple shoes at once. He will walk away but check back allowing for me to try on shoes at my pace and not feel rushed. He's truly an asset and appears to lead by example for his fellow co-workers. The return policy and VIP program are definitely worth it. It's hard to grasp it at first but in the end, it's worth the price for the rewards. I've returned shoes and socks within the 90 day window and it's the easiest process and no questions are ever asked. Today there was an error on my receipt that I noticed after checkout. I called Noel to talk about it and it appears to be a computer issue that I need to fix with the corporate office. He gave me the corporate phone number and his email just in case I need further assistance after I call corporate. I've always received great customer and will for sure continue to shop at this store.

As we were waiting, we were not sure how long it was going to take so we decided to just buy a pair of shoes and so an evaluation some other time. We went looking for the person that greeted us and she said she still couldn't help as she is not authorized to ring someone up. So I asked, "I just want to buy shoes, so I have to wait until they are done with their customers? She said yes. I walked up to a guy and asked, can you just ring me up? He stated, "I'm going to ring up this customer and you will have to wait until one of the associates are done as I have 3 other customers. So, I just walked out and they didn't get a sale. What that associate could have done was - "I can ring you up after I ring up this customer!" I wish they had someone hat can just ring up customers that just want to buy and go. I was not going to wait for who knows how long just to buy a shoe. I won't go to this location anymore and just order online since I have a discount with my membership. I will weigh my options with other running stores when my membership is up.

After waiting for quite a while, we approached an employee and asked for help. The response was simply, "I'll send you someone," but no one came to assist us. There was no apology for the wait, no attention to customers, and the overall attitude felt rude and dismissive. For a luxury brand that prides itself on customer service, this experience was far below expectations. We left feeling ignored and unwelcome. They had so many purses to choose from my brain was swimming. I didn't expect them to have so much. Although expensive I think you also realize the value of the type of purse you buy. She has helped us multiple times and she has been such a pleasure to work with. She is smart, educated, and pretty and she got my taste pretty quickly.
