Just called to see if my pants were ready to be picked up after having them hemmed. Employee who answered was rude and bothered that I did so. "Did you get an email!?" I didn't know that was the process and it had been a couple weeks since I dropped it off. Isn't it normal to call to check before I drive down there from the other side of the island. Interesting store culture. I have felt this vibe more than once while on the store. They did have an amazing couple of people working there but this call was so bad. Horrible customer service!!! Many employees working and from what I picked up on maybe the main owner of that store? Not a single person greeted me, asked if I needed help nothing. I did buy some things and the guy who cashed me out could not have been ruder! Very monotone voice, wouldn't even look up when talking to me, didn't say thank you or have a good day or anything. The service was so nice here!! I had a great experience shopping at this location. They had the Hawaii merch here in a variety of styles and sizes for both men and women (two racks located right before the dressing room). The sales reps acknowledged me when I entered the store, helped me right away, and assisted me when I needed to try a few things in the dressing room. The designs I saw were mainly the Shaka, pineapple, and the Hawaiian islands for the special Hawaii merchandise. Most of the merchandise were long sleeves, leggings, and hoodies, but I think it just depends on the time of the year and what they decide to screen print. The leggings were the high rise align 7/8th length style, and the design is printed on the lower calf. For tops, I saw both short sleeve and long sleeve swiftlys in white with both the Shaka and pineapple design. And for sweaters, I only saw pink cropped scubas with the Hawaii islands design. For men, I saw short sleeve metal vent tees with the Shaka and running shorts with the island design. I also saw leggings for men as well (island design). read more

This was a really nice Lululemon. They had a good variety of men's and women's fits and a good selection of colors as well. We love that the Hawaii locations have some special screen printed options with exclusive graphics. We just wish their were more size and color options because they're so cool. Keep your eyes out for the sale racks, there were a couple in women's fits and the men's was mixed in on a shelf. You can find some awesome deals. read more

Coming from a loyal lululemon athletica customer/fan/maybe addict (haha), this Wailea store stands out from the countless other locations I've shopped at all over the world. The customer service is wonderful! They do right by sharing that Aloha Spirit to everyone who walks through their doors. My most recent visit was right before the holidays (Nov 2021), when I was back on island for a few weeks. A big thank you to Natasha and Anna for their genuine kindness, and for making my shopping experience a very pleasant one! They each helped my husband and I on two separate days we stopped in. Now I was a little bummed and disappointed that they stopped doing their custom Hawaii lululemon decals/screen-printing on almost any new article of clothing you purchase there. The last time we were on island in Nov 2019 (pre-Covid), they still offered this awesome service! They still sell some items with their Hawaii lululemon decals, but it's whatever they choose to have them on, so it may not be a style or article of clothing you want, and it may not be available in your size. You're kind of just left to see if you get lucky! They also got rid of my favorite one that said "Aloha" with the lululemon logo on it. Major bummer... Overall, the store is bright, clean, modern, inviting, and of course it's got that lululemon vibe, but they've also got friendly customer service and lots of Aloha at this one. So save some room in your luggage if you're a visitor and want to get your lulu fix in paradise! read more

This store really caters to people size 12 and under. I think the young folks working there may not understand that many folks size 14 and up also like to work out in this brand. Very few size 14 selections and no options larger than that. Twice now when shopping in this store (2023 and 2024 vacations) I have been ignored, while smaller perhaps fitter folks were sought out by the staff to help them. I will say one of the staff was friendly and helpful so seek out the one staffer smiling to get assistance. read more

When visiting from the Main land it's a must to go shopping and take advantage of the 4% tax. I come from San Francisco and our sales tax is 10%!! Anyways it's a bit smaller in size compared to most Lululemon stores but you know what they say good things come in small packages. If your a lulu lover take advantage of the Alohe decals you can add on to your shirts and sweaters. I think it's about $10 but worth it if you love lulu and Hawaii. In A Nutshell: -I've never shopped at Lululemon ever before, but since I needed some good swim trunks my wife convinced me to check this store out in Wailea. -It's tucked away inside The Shops at Wailea, which looks like a collection of luxury brands. -I always thought that Lululemon only sold women's clothes, but I was pleasantly surprised of the men's athletic gear. -I ended up buying a nice pair of navy blue swim trunks. -The service here was very friendly. -Being a veteran, I always ask for a military discount & I was blown away by the fact that Lululemon actually gives 25% off! Overall, now that I'm in the system, I'll definitely shop at Lululemon more often, especially w/ a 25% savings rate. read more

Family and I are on vacation and we are a fan of lululemon. This store was set up nice and got a brand new batch of custom Hawaii clothing in. My dad and I went to the store and came out with about 9 pieces of clothing for $900. The staff was very friendly and helped us with what we needed. This store carries a pretty full line of Lulu wear. It's upstairs near the parking gates side front. Staff is amazing, hours are good and convenient. The free Saturday classes have variety and are pretty packed. Great for locals or tourist, all levels. Honolulu coffee is right next door if you bring a friend and want to hang out and chat. Some web info is outdated. It's not an outlet store. It used to be a smaller pop up store with limited hours but not this past year! My favorites are the yoga pants and jog bra tops. Erin and MaryLynn are amazing!!! Professional, friendly and caring. When I was there it was crowded. One female guest was rude, disrespectful and non-compliant regarding the mask situation. We were in the area and decided to get a souvenir, I got 2.5 hotty hot shorts in size 2 with the Hawaii islands on the side (black). I had to ask and got luck bc a shipment just got there for 4th of July. The workers were extremely nice and just great energy around the store! This Lululemon location is very strange. The employees never greet locals and only cater to tourists. I am a die hard lululemon fan and I likely spend around $100-$200 each time I visit. It's almost like the employees disregard my presence because I'm not a "tourist" with vacation money. Go to the Lahaina location if you're from the islands. They treat you better. This is my go-to place to get leggings and athletic wear. I have plenty of pants already but once I heard that there are custom Hawaii leggings, I was so excited. I walked in and was immediately greeted with warm smiles. The worker told me that they can print different designs specific to Hawaii on any of the pants. The only condition was that the more seams it has, the variety becomes limited. Either way, the designs are so cool and I love all of them. The only downside is that lulu leggings, in general, are expensive. However, the quality of those leggings are worth the investment. Definitely worth checking out if you are visiting the islands. read more
