I come here all the time because they have great sales and the staff have been friendly every time I go.. but today I picked up an item that didn't match the size on the hanger so I had to go back and exchange it. I couldn't find the size I needed but I knew it was there because I saw it earlier in the day so I approached an associate named krishen and she saw that the size I needed was still on the store so she went to check the back room and helped me search the sales floor. I've reached the point where I'm plenty happy if Santa Claus brings me boxer shorts for Christmas. Fortunately, Old Navy is on Santa's route to my house. So, guess where my boxers come from. Over the last few years, said boxers were rather consistent in size. Old Navy slipped in "boxer briefs" that weren't as appealing, but I got that issue worked out with Santa long ago. Unfortunately, said boxers have been re-designed. The size that I've been wearing for years is smaller this year. They ate wearable but definitely less roomy. Has Old Navy decided to save money by engaging in shrinkflation? On top of that, Santa says Old Navy has upped the price on said boxers, too. Shrinkflation AND inflation has gotten Old Navy on Santa's Naughty List. Santa will be ordering from Amazon next year. read more

I don't know about you folks, but I Love DEALAGES YO! :D I had about a half hour to kill before heading back to the Kahului airport to catch my flight home when I decided to swing by the Old Navy Clothing Co. located at the Maui Marketplace mall. I was a big fan of Old Navy back in da dayz when I use to see them commercials with Lisa Ling in them (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6IJQvM2N-lw) But that was a long time ago........... Since I've gotten older, I find myself going to Old Navy not as much as I use to, but I still like their reasonable priced clothing. As I entered the store today to see what kind of Dealages I could find, lucky for me, I actually found a cool pair of dark colored gray khaki pants for just $5.99 from the markdown rack. Can you say DEALAGES YO???? :D :D :D!!!! Well, it's hard to pass up on a great deal, so I picked it up, and I will probably use it for work. Yeah, I know the quality of the material is not as good as some of the other kinds of pants I wear for work - (Michael Kors & Calvin Klein) but on the bright side, if I split my pants..........I won't feel so bad cuz I only paid $5.99 & some change! First visit to Maui's ON store and I was impressed with the layout, cleanliness, friendly staff and ease of shopping. So many Maui stores have big gaps due to low stock, not this store! It was packed with colourful and affordable clothing for the entire family. Large, clean changing rooms which were open during the pandemic made a HUGE difference. I hate changing rooms that are so small you bang your elbows when trying on a t shirt. ON's changing room felt almost luxurious with the amount of space, large mirror, 3 hooks for clothing, a bench seat, and so clean and fresh! I have to congratulate the staff there too. I was greeted while on the floor by 2 staff members, I had 2 different staff assist me with the changing rooms and both made me feel welcome and were quick to offer help. Cash wrap was quick, efficient and with a smile. Plus the young guy in charge of the changing rooms checked to see if I was an ON member and asked if I would like to join. I used to be a retail manager so I was impressed that he was actively trying to meet his store targets and in such a nice manner. I tried on a rather embarrassing amount of clothing (I haven't been into a new store or really many stores during the pandemic so I was like a kid in a candy store...lol!). The sale made everything tempting but I was good and kept it to a cotton romper suit reduced from $34 to $18...SCORE! If like me you cannot do math in your head there is a scanner where you can check the price of your sale garment before you decide to buy it. You will find a heavily discounted section right beside the changing rooms which is worth a hunt for treasure too. ON is in an open air mall area with other big box stores around it and plenty of free parking, and there is a local market at the weekend in the same car park selling clothing, hats, jewelry, etc, which is worth a visit. The pants I like because they come in short yes im a shorty so i need my pants to be a lil shorter then the regular female.. LOL... Its reasonable 40 bucks i dont mind paying that if it makes my booty look good.Some days they have really good deals you spend so much you get old navy cash or something. I have to say this Old Navy store is pretty good. It was neat and the floor plan was well thought out. We came in to buy something nice for a job interview. Specifically, my daughter was looking for a nice blazer and we found an excellent one. It was well made and the fabric was very nice. We were both impressed with the quality and the price as great!!! My daughter said the this blazer was nicer than the one she bought at Nordstrom for over $100. She also found a couple of really nice black slacks. One with small white polka dots and the other was white checked. There was a sales associate that was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us find the white checkered one. We needed to find a size 0 and there was nothing on the floor. She said we could order it and have it shipped but I told her she needed it tomorrow so that would not work. We thanked her and went to the register to pay. As we got to the front, she came up with the pants in the size we needed. She said she found it in the put backs. That's excellent customer service!!! I only regret not getting her name because she deserves to be recognized that her excellent customer service! read more

Old Navy's been kind of my favorite place to shop lately to be honest! They are located at the Maui Marketplace and have a wide selection of clothing for men, women, & children from casual everyday wear to business to maternity wear. The best part? The clearance racks! Sooo many good deals. They can get overwhelming, especially after the holidays, but are so worth going through. I've found many items for just $2, $3, $4 which is unheard of these days. Many of my work pants are from Old Navy and I find myself wanting to go back for more lately. I'm short and often times pants are way too long on me, but I've found the perfect pair in the mid-rise pixie ankle pants. They fit me just like normal pants would, lol. This past Christmas I found Kindred Goods' Sugar Plum & Winterberry Mist. I bought it on a whim and man, now I wish I bought more! It was a limited scent and I fell in love with it. It smells like candy every time I spray it. I love it! So yes, lots of great finds if you take the time to go through the store. It used to be in a much much bigger space, so everything is a bit condensed and the aisles aren't the most spacious. You do have the option to order online though! They have price check scanners all over the store and the changing rooms are in the center with I think a couple off to the side. Happy hunting! read more

One of my favorite places to shop. Old Navy has a fabulous and wide selection of sizes. Instead of having intense frustration about finding my size usually there is variety and something in stock. Another great thing about Old Navy is that they have deals that make it worth shipping for something new. Their designs are cute. In this store they have men's, children, and women clothing items, bags, shoes, sandals, make up, skin masks, and some snacks. Another plus about this location are their changing rooms are really wide so you don't feel like you're stuffed inside. Around the store they have price check machines so it's easy for you to check on deals. Staff here are usually willing to be helpful if you can't find your size, they've offered to order it. I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet but Old Navy offers a buy online and pick up in store (which sounds super convenient). read more

I told myself I'm not going to buy anything. I'm not going to buy anything. How do you do it Old Navy... every..time! Walked in to kill sometime before going to work. The store in general is clean and organized. Easily accessible sized. There was a sweater on sale on one of the displays and I could easily find my size. But I notice they have signs posted if they don't have your size they can order it. I like the convenience of order online then pick up like Macy's. It is a good drive from where I live. They had woman section dresses, sweaters, exercise gear and a huge clearance section in back. Almost found a pair skinny jeans that fit. The dressing rooms are in the middle and that's where I found the sweet deals. Tank tops for $6 that's hard to pass up. Maybe it was the timing but there was no line when checking out. They do advertise a lot makeup, accessories near the register. Almost got me.. not this time. But I will be back at the least to find me a nice pair of jeans read more

I really like our Old Navy store. But I like shopping in general so... Parking is plentiful as it's located at a large strip mall on Maui. The staff has been pretty helpful & friendly when I've had a question about something. I signed up for their texts and often times, they will alert me about special sales in the store. Old Navy was moved into a smaller storefront 2 years ago, and it seems like the quantity of items is less, but overall they still have a decent amount of merchandise. The prices are pretty good---getting slightly higher but I feel that Old Navy has pretty nice quality clothing. Always make sure to go to the back and check the clearance section. I have found some really good deals on those racks! Also, they kind of have to follow mainland shipments so: less summery stuff: slippers, tanks, etc in the winter. If they go on sale in the late summer/fall, snatch it up! Mens, women's and children's--they have sizes and product for everyone. They also have Hawaii t-shirts by the registers. I shopped here yesterday and found some of the greatest deals. My friend and I just love going through their clearance section to see what deals we can find. It's just unfortunate that we didn't have enough time to play with here because otherwise I would end up with a handful of bargains. This time I just settled on a cute peasant blouse and a little sleeper for my upcoming newborn. I like the fact that they keep this branch pretty neat and organized. I really like Old Navy. I have the online & store sales sent to my Email and I always find what I need at the store when they advertise a sale. I was disappointed when they downsized to the smaller space last year but, they have done a lot with the new space.The only downside I have noticed is that the clearance sales are much smaller because of less inventory I'm guessing. The staff is always very helpful and friendly from the staff in the dressing room area to the cashiers. The sales are fantastic ! When I order on line if I need to make a exchange or return they are always helpful. I'm really glad we have this store on Maui. read more

Old Navy has some of the best deals. I love their graphic tees, sweaters and luxe comfort tanks: they are so cute, soft, and comfortable. They also have a nice selection of soft men's polo shirts, pocket tees, and fan gear to show your support for your favorite sports teams. The past Old Navy store was huge, and they used to have so many options of styles and sizes. But they downsized into a much smaller space at Maui Marketplace. Although there is less variety and space to shop and move around in the store, and the right sizes are a bit more difficult to find, the good news is that you can just order whatever you want from their online store. Make sure you sign up on their mailing list to find out about all the best sales and coupons. You can find great tees and tanks for $5 or less. read more

This is one of the best Old Navy stores I have been in. It's usually very clean, and organized. Their layout is easier to find items as well. Women's apparel on the left hand side of the store. Men and Children's on the right hand side of the store. Their sale section is BOMB.COM! I've visited the Old Navy at Ala Moana, and the items offered at Maui's ON is easier to find, and I feel more variety. Sorry Oahu! read more

Its been a long time since i shopped there, last time i was there it was a big space now it feels like they have squeezed everything & less space to walk. I do love the new make over on the dressing room its in the center of the store, before it was waaaaay back of the store. I love shopping there due to the prices & sizes. I like the remodel/update but they need to work on their sale labeling. The lady in front of me had two items she thought were on sale and they weren't. Then I had an item that I thought was on sale and wasn't and both times the cashiers just shrugged. It doesn't help that the tags aren't marked for sale items and the signs don't specify, you just have to guess by the section. read more

Old navy is my go to place I live the price and most things are pretty good quality

Tried on a pair of their new men's jeans with stretch in them. Absolutely amazing. Went down a size which is awesome, they just had a newer one that was an athletic style which was thicker in the thighs which many of us need. The deals we found here were extraordinary! However, the service was terrible. Our cashier had said she couldn't check for rewards points my mother had. She could've at least told us that she would try to look. Instead, she made us search for an email sent to us or rewards points on her online account. It took a while to search and my mother even forgot her password. Our cashier told us that she still couldn't help us and she stood there watching as we searched. It was a nightmare and my mother just paid full price. She was VERY disappointed. read more
