I initially reached out on Yelp to inquire and was told I needed to call. I lost the spare key fob to my suv but was hesitant to get replacement key fobs after previously getting a quote from the dealership when the other key fob was lost. I had also hoped I would find my spare, which I still haven't! I called and was given a reasonable estimate, I asked if it would be cheaper on a weekday and that I wasn't in rush (hoping to find the spare) and I was told nope, same price. As a lot of services pay extra for weekend services. He gave an estimate of about an hour and called when he arrived. Momo was extremely personable, professional and extremely efficient. The quote is exactly what I paid for. I was in such a relief to have to only pay the quoted price given the bad timing of the holidays! I paid less for their services with two key fobs than one key fob from my dealership!!! My car was unlocked so not sure if that made a difference but he cut keys to key fob, programmed a set of key fobs and I haven't had any issues for the past few days I've driven my car. I would highly recommend! He came to arlington and despite the distance it was affordable and even better, a stress free comfortable and warm experience. He did tell my husband that his vehicle would cost more to get replacement fobs, but it's a luxury European car. I so recommend Lulu's. I was told by Mordecai that he would be here between 8-10 am, I told him closer to eight would be better. I received at text around 7:20 stating he was on his way (awesome). He arrived before eight and for eight to work. Long story short, I just didn't lock my key in the car, it was nowhere to be found. He cut me a new key and programmed it all within 10 minutes at least (I spent some time looking for my old key). Very professional, very polite and very punctual and I wasn't price gouged. The response time was impressive as they promptly dispatched a locksmith. We agreed on the price, and they successfully gained entry for us. However, it seems that the art of lock picking may have faded away, as the technician had to resort to drilling out the lock, resulting in the need to replace the keyed door knob.
