The owner, Shannon, is a doll! Both locations are beautifully decorated and styled. But then again, Shannon is a personal stylist in offers the service and primp style lounge so you really can't go wrong. Eufora products are what graces your hair follicles. Tonight was my 11-year-old's homecoming. She wanted to get her makeup done for the dance, and I…read moreagreed. I thought what better place to take her than Ulta Beauty Salon. Boy, was I wrong. The customer service was there. The experience was there. However, the expertise was not. The only part of this look that gave anything was the lip, and it was just a simple gloss. I chose an everyday look, so it wasn't a cake face look for my 11-year-old, so we could keep it kind of clean and natural but just old enough to make an entrance. After the makeup artist messed up the eyeliner, he redid it about three times on the wing before deciding to just cover it up with layers of concealer. The liner didn't even go all the way to the Lash line. She had lashes done just strip lashes, and the glue and the lashes had popped off before we even made it to the counter to pay. The artist kept saying how the lighting was so bad in the store. And then he said that he doesn't do bottom liner that she would have to do it herself, excuse me, what?!! The manager offered to let me know that they were happy to fix it for her, I declined and let her know we would be going home to wash it all off, making her almost an hour late for the dance to redo it at home. The two dark dots you see on her face are just make up, that shouldn't be there. I still appreciated the artist's time, and I tipped him half of the price of the service, although I didn't pay for the service. Oh, and he also told my daughter that they would be waxing her eyebrows without even asking me if it was okay.
